• Danielle (9/5): Overall- I had a good stay! - The location was nice and my room was clean and comfortable. I could not get my thermostat to stay on heat. I was freezing a good portion of the night and had to keep getting up to adjust it. I didn't like that the bar closed early during my stay. I stayed on a Thursday and by 10:30p, the bar was already closed.

• Kathy (10/5): Everything was as expected except for breakfast could have been more appealing - We were originally charged for breakfast but the front desk Staff removed the charges at time of check-out once I questioned it, since the reservation stated breakfast was included. The breakfast cost was $30.00 for 2 people and breakfast was not good, Eggs were very watery and no flavor, the breakfast needed more fresh fruit options and more options would have been nice for the price. Add waffles and biscuits/gravy and hashbrowns to make it more worth the price that is charged. They options were very limited for the $30.00 charge.

Upon arrival, I really appreciated the warm cookie and the bottle of water offered at reception. The breakfast area was uncomfortably cold. When I asked for hot milk, the staff explained that they didn’t have the facilities to warm it. I was also charged for breakfast at check‑out even though it was included in the price, but this was corrected once I pointed it out.

I wont recommend staying here just because for the price you can actually go to another hotel very near and actually get breakfast included for free. 15 bucks for 1 person to eat a hotel breakfast ...nope..bojangles is less than 5 minutes away. Not impressed at all. It wasnt any nicer than the Hampton Inn which is less than 5 minutes away and actually closer to restaurants.

• Elizabeth (10/5): This property is beautiful, comfortable and had excellent staff to meet our needs. - Staff ensured that my husband who has mobility issues had only a short walk from the elevator to our room. They were very kind. We took a meal to our room so that he could rest. The food was delicious and enough for both of us to share. Rachel was exceptional! TV didn’t work on the 3rd floor but we were so tired from a long drive it didn’t matter😆

Everything felt comfortable and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have a few more towels and washcloths in the rooms, but overall, it was a great experience.

Other than the above, the stay was comfortable and satisfying.
