• Federica (1/5): - Questa struttura non la consiglio a nessuno in base alla mia esperienza;avrei dovuto pagare 150 euro di deposito cauzionale dopo aver pagato l intero soggiorno, ma al mio arrivo mi inviano l importo ed era 15.000 ovviamente problema loro del sistema. Comunico questa informazione svariate volte e invece di trovare una soluzione. Hanno cancellato la mia prenotazione e sono rimasta dalla mattina fino alle 18 presso la hall con la speranza che mi risolvessero il problema e invece mi hanno lasciato in mezzo alla strada e a quell ora l unica disponibile, ma lontana era a Torrequebrada quindi completamente altra parte. Pessimi. Viaggio da anni,prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere. Mai più. Non mi è piaciuto nulla e la sconsiglio. Persone scorrette.

• pedro (6/5): - El sitio El no tener un sofá para sentarte dentro, ya que estaba extendido y no se podía cerrar, y la terraza que no se podía tocar el cierre y no entraba ventilación.

• Badre (8/5): - En general, bien. Por una estancia larga ,mas de una semana, hay que dejar sabanas extra para poder cambiarlas , con el calor y sudor no vamos a perder tiempo en limpiarlas ya que estamos de vacaciones.
• Agenjo (1/5): Lo nunca visto - No me gustó nada ni el trato ni nada .impresentables mires por donde mires Que mi mujer tuviera que limpiar para poder quedarnos los días que queríamos .encima se atreven a pedir fianza .para ver el piso...tengo fotos y se las mandamos todas ...de nada Silvio..ellos me responden con fotos de un piso limpio ...No me gustó nada nada .no repetiría nunca .las sabanas sucias la abitacion sucia y no respondían para mandar unas sabanas nuevas que alfinal insistiendo consideraron traerme una sabana de cama de 80.todo sucio lleno de pelos .paredes donde apollar una cama todo pinturreado paredes llenas de manchas...vecinos informan que ese piso se coje para fiestas..faltas de respeto al ablar con ellos intolerables
• Malki Noureddine (1/5): - L emplacement malheureusement, il y avait une forte odeur d’égout persistante dans le logement, ce qui a vraiment affecté notre confort durant le séjour. C’est dommage, car le reste était correct. Une amélioration sur ce point serait vraiment nécessaire.

• Christian (2/5): Very poor - Close to the beach Cockroaches in the kitchen, mold on the wall. Shower door broken, there is dirt on the walls on floor. We found a lot of damaged things and photographed them up on arrival. When we left they kept the deposit of 100 Euro and claim we broke a hairdryer, which was already broken. Stay away as they are scammers, you will loose money and bring cockroaches home from this crappy place. A lot of bugs and mosquitos also. Don't be tricked by the pics.

• Kayte (1/5): HORRIFIC! - The location. That’s it. The smell in the apartment was horrific and smelled like there was a corpse rotting somewhere, we went and bought air fresheners that didn’t help with it and kept making us wretch. The kettle kept tripping out the electricity. The outside looked like it was in a war torn country. The mattresses were so thin. We were booked for 2 weeks but managed one night and had to pay for different accommodation elsewhere because messages were getting unanswered.

• Suzanne (10/5): Amazing x - It was the perfect location, beautiful views, lovely comfortable and fully equipped studio apartment, great value for money. There’s nothing not to like, it’s suitable for all needs.
• Rush (3/5): Poor - We asked for two fold up beds to be removed from the apartment because their was a double bed in the room which was all we needed it was a studio apartment the day after we arrived we were told someone would call to remove them it didn't happen we rang about the washing machine the pipe came out from the wall the water was everywhere we had to use the towels to clean the floor they were stinking after two days we didn't get any replacement towels we had to buy some my partner went to the bathroom after we arrived and the the door wouldn't open lucky I hadn't gone out the man in reception came and fixed it so over all it wasn't a great experience I dont think we will be using Booking. Com in the future or staying at those apartments Kind regards Kevin Rush
• Hugh (10/5): Ideal location - Location, right at the beach. Great view if the marina area Could do with an upgrade of the chairs on Balcony.
• William (1/5): Bad - Close to beach and other amenities. Not very clean, leaking kitchen tap causing mould smell, problem with water supply twice during a short 4 day stay. Mattress needs replacing as very uncomforfable. Property owner had the nerve to withhold security deposit because of a stain on the mattress which was not from us, and didn't even bother to inform me until I got in touch asking why I had not received my deposit back! Has the potential to be a great holiday let if it was maintained and cleaned properly.

• Gaston (8/5): Very good - The view, from the balcony it has a great view ro the Mediterean and the beaches. The location was great too, 3 min walk to the Marina, a place full of restaurants the check in. We were supposed to received the check in information one day before the arrival but we didnt. The day we arrived it took us couple of hours to get the checkin instructions from the host. It was impossible to get answer when calling, and after couple of messages we were able to get them,
