We were a family of 11– 5 adults and 6 children . So much thought had gone into the needs of customers. The playroom was a fantastic place for children full of toys games and dressing up clothes. - Denise (9/5): We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return. - A fabulous place for families and friends to share without being on top of each other. Very well equipped. The heating was perfect. Clear instructions given and communication with the management was prompt and very helpful. There was unfortunately an issue with the dishwasher not functioning and as a result two tea towels were not enough to dry with. That said, the management responded to all communications in a timely manner and provided more tea towels on request. Observations for housekeeper - Some of the bed linen had an unpleasant smell as if it had been put away after drying still slightly wet leaving a 'damp' odour. Light bulbs in 2 bedrooms to the right of the stair case not functioning.
