• Malin (8/5): Saubere und funktionale Wohnung - Kleine saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Terrasse vor dem Haus nutzbar. Die Lage passte für uns, da wir ein Auto hatten. Uns haben Insektengitter vor den Fenstern gefehlt, da wir viele Mücken in der Wohnung hatten.

• Mark (10/5): - Полноценная квартира в нескольких километрах от центра Комо. Есть всё что нужно для жизни. В кухне есть плита, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка и машинка для капсул. В гостиной есть диван, стол, стулья и телевизор. В спальне большая кровать и большой шкаф. Постельное чистое. Вообще нужно отметить идеальную чистоту в доме. В подвальном помещении есть стиральная машинка и даже порошок с кондиционером. Короче говоря есть всё. Супермаркет в 200-300 метрах от локации. Хороший. Для тех у кого нет машины, то до центра города пешком не дойти. Нужно пройти до автобусной остановки метров 300. До остановки дорога идёт на спуск, а до локации на подъём)) Для меня это не минус, но просто имейте это в виду.
• Claudio (7/5): Sehr schön, sauber und gut gelegen… nah an der Autobahn. - Das Bad Generelle Grundausstattung hat gefehlt, besonders wenn man nur 1-2 Nächte da ist. Kein Klopapier, Kuechenrolle, Wasser, etc.

• Kinga (10/5): Ich würde wider buchen - Einfach alles war toll genauso wie beschrieben super sauber Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor den Haus super sauber ich kann weiterempfehlen Gibt’s sowas nicht
• A (9/5): Small apartment in the hills of Como with a very good return on value. - The apartment is small, but has most of the things needed for a short stay for two people or a small family. The rooms were very clean, the place is quiet, and the neighbors are very kind and helpful. There is a nice little garden that you can also use. A big plus is the parking space that you can use for free in front of the apartment. The owner of the property Fabrizia is very kind and willing to help if needed. Although the kitchen has been recently redecorated and has all new appliances, it is not big enough to prepare larger meals and there is not enough usable cookware. So we ate most of our meals in restaurants. The front door could be better soundproofed as we could hear all the noises from the hallway in the apartment.
• Georgia (10/5): Modern, spacious apartment with easy parking. - Very nice , modern , spacious , clean apartment. The host was very nice. You need a car to move to the centre of Como but there are free parking spots just in front of the house.

• Viktor (9/5): Superb - A cozy recently renovated apartment, wonderful neighbors. Free Parking next to the house and a supermarket. Close to the Swiss border.
• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment looks exactly as it is on the pictures. It’s a bit far away from the center, but by car you can reach on the center by max 10 minutes. Apartment was clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. Host is very nice and friendly.
• Kadir (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in Fabrizias Appartment in September 2023. She is a really kind person and she helped us whenever she can. The appartment was very clean and the kitchen has whatever it takes for a good breakfest, meal... The appartment is 10 minutes away (with car) from the city. If you don't travel with a car, there is a bus station in the near.
