- Goth (9/5): - Near to Southbank Not many public transport options nearby but that only affected us because we were with an 86 year old. It was a pain being asked again and again for check in details including ID checks for every guest.

- Bronwyn (7/5): - Apartment was large and comfortable and in a good location. Picking up the keys was an ordeal, communication was poor and then they didn't give me the key to the carpark so back we went for another long walk to pick those up, we wasted about an hour trying to get in and settled.

Being a home owner I owe that it would take ver - Location and size There several husbandry issue that were frustrating and made me question the professionalism of the people who ran the show. Especially when you to tell the that the ensuite light is not working and nothing is done about it the whole time we were there. Lounge curtain that had device to lower or rewind. Tapes were loose. Toilet holders loose and not able to hold paper. Third bedroom bed side lamp not working. There were others which left me embarrassed as I was the one who suggested we stay on the property.

No concierge and nowhere to leave bags when arriving early or departing late. Recommended service was 30 mins away and bad value.

- Shannon (9/5): - Great location, walking distance to cbd and southbank. Clean and beds comfortable. Helpful staff, clear instructions and good communication. I didnt like that they took almost $500 out of my bank account as a 'security deposit' and it takes a whole week before it goes back in. The pick up for key was also quite a walk away. This process was arduous.
- Poay Kuan (5/5): - location was great, apartment was clean Clothes dryer was not working on Day 1, cause a lot of inconvenience, we could not dry our clothes as we didnt know it wasn't working. We could not wash our clothes for the rest of the stay, not good at all! There was no luggage space to hold our suitcases at the apartment reception area as check out time was at 12 afternoon and our flight was in the evening at 9pm. Again a big inconvenience.... Parking lot was given only the number but not the level where the parking lot was located..spent unnecessary time hunting for the parking lot.
The building's address is blocked by plants; hence Uber could not find where the apartment is. Suggest you include more specific instructions/photos in your description.

- Julie (2/5): Very disappointing for the price - Location Dirty, stained rug, half empty can of drink in wardrobe, broken furniture handles, shabby old furniture, toilet brush lying on floor, toilet flush button broken, stained crockery and dirty cutlery, dustpan and broom next to the front door, absolutely nothing like the website photos, endless emails and messages requesting endless amounts of personal information, would never stay there again and would not recommend it.

- Nicole (10/5): Well placed apartment for a Melbourne visit - The location of the apartment was excellent, rooms were spacious and had storage for clothes. The apartment was clean and close to everything we needed. Only feedback would be we went through the 2 little packets of dish soap quickly and ended up buying a bottle of dish soap. Selection of Tea, sugar and aluminium foil, and cling wrap would be handy to have in the kitchen. Other than this, the apartment was an excellent space for our week stay for work.

- laura (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery shops and the city, which made getting around very easy. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the TV room with large couches and chairs was a great spot for all seven of us to relax together after a full day exploring Melbourne. A couple of small things could be improved: the ensuite door didn’t close properly, which was a little inconvenient as it had to be shared, and the oven and microwave could have been cleaner.
Overall though, it was a great stay and a very convenient base for our holiday.

- Nix (10/5): Comfortable accommodation, close to everything we needed. - Location was easy walking distance from Flinders Street Station and Rod Laver (where we were seeing a live show), very clean and comfortable.
- Sandra (8/5): Very comfortable apartment, good location for our needs. Loved the pool and spa. - Good location, the pool area was lovely, well maintained, very clean. Comfortable. The collecting of the keys was a bit difficult. We found the pick-up location fine, but the attendant was reluctant to hand over keys without a pass code. He wouldn't take my ID until after I rang Readyset Apartments, who then contacted him. The floor number on my confirmation email and what I was advised over the phone was incorrect. Obviously a typo but it made it very difficult finding our apartment.

- Grey (9/5): Great location clean and spacious for a group of 5 - Plenty of room for a group of 5 comfortable beds clean great location For picking up the keys we choose the chauffeur company recommended by the apartment, he had to park away from the location where the key had to be picked up. It was raining had bit of difficulty locating the shop for pick up. It would've been better if he drove past the pick up location so we knew exactly where to walk to in the rain (he did gives umbrella)

- Helen (6/5): Adequate but could have been better - Location handy to Southbank river walk and Rod Laver Arena; location of key collection point was difficult for interstate travellers, one of our party had a hire car and had to drive by the convenience store, drop their partner off, drive around the block and then pick up their partner. Mattress in the 3rd bedroom was old and uncomfortable, dipped in the middle so guests rolling together on the bed; clothes dryer did not work. Issues were reported to Ready Set Apartments so hopefully next guests will have a better experience.

- Shane (6/5): Most overpriced and disappointing experience ever! - Fantastic location. Inside was well cleaned. We regularly travel a lot around Australia and abroad for both business and pleasure (dozens and dozens of these booked on this platform). This was probably the worst experience we've ever had and it was the most expensive accommodation we've ever booked. The booking process went well beyond the platform of Booking.com and was extremely arduous, time-consuming, and actually stressful. I was booking as a surprise for family, but ReadySet Apartments (the property management company) insisted ALL guests uploaded their driver's license, despite me explaining the situation (booking a surprise), paying a $500 bond, providing mine and my wife's ID and offering written assurance that the place would be well respected and I would take personal liability should anything go awry. They could have cared less. This was a very annoying and difficult task as there were 8 guests spread across 3 different states and obviously it spoiled the surprise which was a really special occasion (my daughter going wedding dress shopping with all her fave female relatives and soon to be in laws). Next, despite paying over $1640 for a one night booking, I was charged an additional $25 for a single car park. The managers of the property absolutely bombarded me with communications across Booking.com, SMS, email, and even Whatsapp (which they had not been provided and had no authority to contact me on). They also insisted I change the booking and contact info to use my wife's details (which was reasonable), and I did, but they continued to contact only me... repeatedly. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the property was not actually set up to accommodate 8 guests. Two adults needed to share a fold-out couch. There were only 4 dining chairs, and the balcony was absolutely filthy, with no furniture whatsoever - rendering this an unusable space. The provision of tea, coffee, etc.

There is plenty of room to Kobe around the condo. Old food from previous guests,
Rubbish and dirty socks left from previous guests.
The bathroom had used bathroom supplies from previous guests.
The lack of cleaning was obvious and left of feeling uncertain about the cleanliness of bedding.
