• Tatyana (10/5): Нам было комфортно в этой квартире. - Квартира большая , в кухне есть все,для приготовления пищи. Кровать удобная , но подушки пора поменять . Большой балкон. Кондиционера нет ,но есть вентилятор. Очень тихо и днём,и ночью. Рядом три супермаркета. В 10 минутах ходьбы находится Пратер - парк развлечений. Вечером можно погулять,есть где покушать. Там же находится метро и другой транспорт. Рекомендую для проживания Нет шкафа,некуда повесть поглаженные вещи. Можно поставить стойку с плечиками.
• Karina (8/5): Very good - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s really beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, which made my stay very comfortable. The communication with the owner was smooth and hassle-free. Plus, the location is great — everything I needed was easily accessible. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!
• Florins (1/5): It was a parasite bomb, full of dog hair jeopardising my entire family (including my 2 year-old son) - The property has a "no pets allowed" policy, but it was the house for a dog for a long time. We got quite late to the property and put our 2-year-old son directly to bed. Soon, we discovered this is by no means a "no pets allowed" property since we could see at the artificial "bulb" light dog hairs on everything. In the morning we were shocked, all our luggage, pajamas, and clothes were tampered with dog hair. At a closer look, we could find dog hair in every possible place you can imagine: bed sheets, towels, carpets, beds, chairs and even in the pans in the kitchen (check the photos). The owner, who actually lives in Germany was swearing that she doesn't have a clue about it and the poor Austrian family that does the clean-up is to blame for the situation. We moved to a hotel (first thing in the morning) and raised a complaint and the owner as retaliation did the same stating that we broke some ornaments on the chandeliers which doesn't make sense to do if you are asking or hoping to get your money back. A few things to remember for those who plan to book this property: 1. If you have any animal allergies, don't book. Even you'll not find any animal hair, this is a parasite bomb that cannot be fixed with some afternoon vacuum 2. If you don't have any allergies, bring everything from your house (towels, bed sheets, plates, forks, etc) 3. Ask the owner to send their representative to check the house goods at check-in & check-out to avoid any made-up story of breaking their goods -> basically, follow the second policy they are not following, retaining a damage deposit.
