• Timothy Reid (10/5): Amazing in every way! - We arrived mid morning in Valletta and check in was not till 17.00. Made contact with the owners which was straight forward via Booking.com and later via WhatsApp to see if we could check in early (you don’t ask you don’t get), only as travelling with elderly Mother and Father. Prompt replies in a friendly manner. Wandered round till 16.30 and made our way to the apartment just as the cleaning staff had finished. They welcomed us and showed us round, lovely warm welcome, and apartment lovely and clean. We were contacted during our stay to check all was good, which it was. Location is 10/10! Away from the hustle and bustle so no noise yet only a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and local historical attractions. The lift is a God send as the penthouse is on the 5th floor and looks relatively new. The roof terrace is amazing with sea views over to Silema and the rooftops of Valletta. It’s a sun-trap from about 11.00 till sunset. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to be self sufficient if you desire, but then you miss out on the foods of Valletta. There is a handy convenience store round the corner that sells everything you should need all at a sensible price. Nothing. There were four of us and non of us can come up with anything!

• María xesús (1/5): Una estafa! - NADA El primer día tan solo aterrizar nos envían mensaje de que el establecimiento no está disponible para la primera noche y tampoco nos aseguraban las siguientes. Nos realojaban en peores condiciones y no en la Valeta . Un despropósito!! Muy descontentos!!: Espero que Booking les aplique la penalización pertinente. Si no nos gustaba el realojo nos devolvían el dinero. Recién llegados y sin alojamiento, era como dejarnos en la calle. Un desastre y una tomadura de pelo!

• Daria (8/5): - Просторные аппартаменты, удобные комнаты и 2 отдельных туалета и душа. Кухня хорошо оборудована. Просторно. Шикарная терраса с очень красиаым видом. Фото приложила. Достаточно постели и полотенец. Всё понравилось. Мы попали на Мальту в плохую погоду. Было очень холодно и кондиционеров не хватило на отопление, мы мерзли. Окна не герметичны и пропускают дождь и ветер внутрь аппартаментов.

• Agnieszka (8/5): Świetny weekend z przyjaciółkami. - Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko do wszystkich najpiękniejszych atrakcji Valletty i blisko do sklepu. Świetny, duży taras z pięknymi widokami. Wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzem. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, jedynie przydałoby się więcej kubków. Fajny ekspres na kapsułki.

• Colette (7/5): Overall a great holiday but I thought we had paid at least a four star price for at best a three star service - Location was excellent Plenty of hot water Good kitchen facilities Broken windows (2) Lack of lounge furniture - only one settee but accommodation for up to 6 No one came to check in or out - all done by lots of e mail exchange. Reported damage but no action.
• Elaine (1/5): Worst Nightmare - Nothing This was the worst nightmare of any tourist renting a private apartment. Property Management Company refused to let us into citing "some electrical issue" with the apartment 3 hours before the check-in time No acceptable replacement property in the same city was offered. They also claimed that the "owner was not able to secure electrician" until one week after the intended check-in which appeared highly unusual for a famous tourist destination like Valletta. They did not call me back as they promised and stopped responding to my calls. We were left on the streets of the foreign city thousands miles from our home in the dark and cold without roof over our heads and without help. Then they lied to Booking.com that I did not show up for the first night trying not to even refund the rent. Because of the New Year festivities in Valletta, no reasonable accommodations were available to us on the spot. Very few properties that were available were charging several thousands dollars per night. It appears this company resold the apartment to somebody else for more money as it was impossible to find accommodations in the city for the New Year week. I've never experienced such unethical treatment and such blatant disregard of the rental management responsibilities and customer wellbeing.

• Rasa (8/5): Puiki lokacija, bet tvarkos trūksta - Lokacija ideali - Valetos širdyje, visur pėstute. 5 aukštas, tad panorama kaip ant delno. Didelis butas, tai labai konfortiška. 1. Liftas nekelia daigiau nei dviejų žmonių. 2. Duše boilerio šilto vandens užtenka tik vienam žmogui išsimaudyti. 3. Mažai indų, nėra virtuvinių rankšluosčių. 4. Tualetinio popieriaus prasta kokybė, palikta tik vos keli rulonėliai. Duše įranga prastos kokybės, krenta dušo galvutė, nesilaiko rankšluosčių kabykla. 5. Prasta čiužinių kokybė, labai kieti, lyg akmeniniai, pagalvės prastos, nėra pakankamai kaldrų ir užvalkalų. 6. Pilna maistinių tarakonų, kas labai nemalonu.

• Catherine (5/5): Beautiful terrace and views , but budget standards services and particularly poor beds - ⸻ The apartment was clean, attractive, and as pictured, with a lovely terrace, great views, quality kitchen appliances, secure access, and a quiet, convenient location. However, several issues detracted from the stay: the TV didn’t work despite purchasing new remote batteries; there was no hot water on arrival and the switch was in an obscurely placed spot marked “Power”; only two toilet rolls were provided for the week with no shampoo or conditioner; the hairdryer didn’t fit the sockets; no tea towel and only tepid water for washing up; dead plants on the terrace; and bedding was poor — a thin inner-spring mattress, synthetic sheets, and large lumpy pillows made sleep uncomfortable, forcing my partner onto the sofa.
• Alessandro (6/5): A nice place to stay...if there are no setbacks... - The apartment is very nice, bright, and has a beautiful terrace with a lovely view. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms, one with a window, are comfortable and fully equipped. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay and is located in a strategic and convenient location. The staff is friendly and attentive. I suggest paying more attention to cleaning since we found dust and hairs on the floor. Unfortunately, on the third day, we had to be moved to another apartment because there was a power outage that could not be repaired immediately. The staff was kind and thoughtful in finding us alternative accommodation, but unfortunately, the new apartment, although nice, was not up to standard, so we were rather disappointed because in the end we didn't get what we paid for and we were not offered any form of compensation (i.e. we booked the Penthouse for its beautiful terrance and its view over the city and the new place was dark, with not view and not any balcony). For these reasons I cannot give a score higher than 6, otherwise the score would be a full 9.
• Giorgos (9/5): - Κεντρική τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης της Βαλέτα. Ευρύχωρο κατάλυμα, με υπέρχοχη θέα. Συνεργάσιμος οικοδεσπότης, όταν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποια μικροθέματα καθαριότητας κι ένα ζήτημα με τον ηλεκτρισμο (μετά επο δικό μας λάθος) ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα για αποκατάσταση του ζητήματος. Υπήρξαν κάποια μικροπροβλήματα καθαριότητας αλλά όχι κάτι τραγικό. Σημαντικό ότι υπήρξε προθυμία για άμεση λύση του ζητήματος.

• Monika (6/5): Pleasant - Nice new apartment in a great location. well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace available Unfortunately, it was not cleaned upon our arrival. Dirty bathroom and shower with towels left by previous guests. Poor quality bedding, each from a different set. It did not smell fresh. Unfortunately, the owner is not on site and the apartment is managed by an external company. The owner intervened quickly after our complaints and responded to requests. No information about the need to turn on the water to heat it. Upon our arrival in the evening, there was a cold shower. One remote control for 3 air conditioners. the grill on the terrace was dirty, uncleaned, and unfit for use

• Oana (10/5): Excellent! - The hosts are lovely people, we had a warm welcome and they were responsive and attentive to our needs. Beautiful surroundings, everything is at a walking distance. The view is really nice, we loved the balcony. And the facilities a washing machine and a dishwasher. Thank you for having us!
