Maria Fernanda (8/5): La casa tiene potencial! Pero le faltan varios detalles! - La alberca esta muy padre, tiene una vista padrisima hacia la zona hotelera y el mar. La cercanía a las plazas comerciales La recamara principal muy cómoda, toallas, ropa de cama muy limpias Climas muy eficientes La casa muy limpia en general. Que en la publicación decía que contaba con asador y obviamente llevamos todo lo necesario para hacer unas carnes asadas y cuando llegamos no habia asador , se lo comente al encargado pero no hizo nada por resolver el tema.... mas que confirmarme que "No tenían asador"... al menos una disculpa... pero ni eso. El garage, su entrada es muy muy estrecha y solo abre una parte del portón. Tuvimos dificultades para poder meter nuestros vehículos. Hay varias zonas de la casa que estan descuidadas, sobretodo en el área de la terraza alberca. En la alberca hay una zona muy muy profunda... hay que tener mucho cuidado si llevas niños pequeños. En la terraza debería haber un frigobar, es muy cansado y peligroso por que puedes resbalaste el estar subiendo a la casa a la cocina para servirte algo de tomar o de comer. Que solo hay clima en las habitaciones, en el área común no hay.. osea sala, cocina, comedor solo hay ventiladores y pues hace muchísimo calor. Que me pidieron un deposito de $1000 pesos y quedaron de reembolsarlo de 24 a 48 hrs. Y no fue asi, estuve escribiéndoles para que lo realizarán porque ya habían pasado mas dias. En el baño de las habitaciones que se comparten urge!! que coloquen una mesita, repisa o algo para poder colocar tus cosas como la toalla... o al menos un perchero... no hay donde colgar la toalla y la tienes que poner sobre la taza del baño!! Se me hizo super antihigienico!! Junto a la casa, hay una casa que esta abandonada incluso esta toda grafitada y los dias que estuvimos ahi llegaron varias personas a "tomar fotos" ya que tiene muy bonita vista hacia el mar y la zona hotelera... la verdad nos incomodo esa situación, entiendo que no es problema de la casa porque es otra propiedad pero me causó un poco de temor el ver que llegaban distintas personas inclusive llegaron unos policías... y desde ahi nos podían ver que estabamos en la alberca.

Elizabeth (7/5): Good - The facility is beautiful and extremely clean. The view is gorgeous! Wifi and rhe air-conditioning were a plus. Loved that they had toilet paper, iron and dryer. Give the interior and exterior a 10!!! I didn't like that staff was a bit petty and felt as if we were continuously being watched. One day, they sent a message stating that a towel was left on their plants all day. The towel flew off the balcony, and we didn't notice. If they seen the towel, why didn't they hang it on the chair as simple as that. Ru the gal next door was extremely nice and helpful.
