- Scott (5/5): Overall place was clean and it was a good location close to the hospital. - There was no breakfast, the location was great Room smelled like cigarettes and pot every night that we got back.
- Catherine (9/5): Good option for families and friends - Clean, convenient and well priced.
- Robinson (7/5): - The first room had roaches so they moved me to another room.
- Anthony (10/5): -

- Kinsey (10/5): Everything was excellent - Everything you would expect. EXCELLENT customer service and cleanliness is what is important to me. I have nothing negative to say
- Rena (9/5): We stay here when in Tucson for medical appointments. Staff is courteous and helpful. Room is comfortable and very clea - Very clean and close to my medical appointments. Excellent price point. Basic hotel, few amenities.
- Alezia (8/5): -
- Daryl (8/5): - The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Friendly check in from the young man who was at the desk. Very simple room and it provided what I needed. Just needed a comfortable sleep and a place to hang out for part of the day. Some strange smells in the hallway possibly from cooking in the rooms making itself out. Very little amenities provided other than a bar of soap and bottle of shampoo. No coffee but a Starbucks is a 100m away. My air conditioner was making a weird sound but I didn't make a big deal of it.
- Philip (1/5): Basic place & poor staff instructed to rip off customers - New hotel and good location Staff especially manager Xitlally totally rip you off on rate for extending any days! ONLY book via Woodspring website. Also saw staff charging $ for any late check out, stained towels, etc.
They should match their own web rates, but don’t by significant $
- Polly (7/5): - Location
Clean Tv wasn't working and no help available
Bed uncomfortable
Bare bones...no hair dryer, minimal towels
- donna (5/5): Not a hotel. - Close to where we were staying. Clean but barren. This is not a hotel experience.. This is an empty apartment for extended stays. No amenities like coffee machine or anything in the rooms. Empty apartment.
- Nicolas (10/5): Enjoyable - It was clean and really well kept.
- John (10/5): Three nights in what is the future to come. - What I like about the place was it was very clean it was a new building as well the other thing I thought was pretty cool was the lights shut off at night they got motion sensors on them so they're doing their best to conserve and save energy that's pretty cool all around I really enjoyed my stay definitely would love to stay there again. What draw me nuts was the elevator the elevator seem to take forever and then when you got in it it seemed to take like 2 minutes before it would even start to take off to the floor that you selected but other than that everything was great LOL.
- Sierra (1/5): Zero out of ten. - Literally nothing. This property may be new but it’s terrible. They provide almost nothing in the rooms. We had to ask for sheets (mattresses were still in bags!), towels, pillows, etc. The beds were like cement slabs on metal frames (not even real beds). The staff was incredibly rude as they probably get complaints like this often. We will never stay here again!
- effie (8/5): - Laundry was nice and convenient. They do not provide daily room service. It is designed for longer stays where they clean your room only every two weeks. It was fine for us. I don't particularly like having someone in the room daily. They will exchange dirty linens for clean at desk as requested.
- Robinson (7/5): - The staff was awesome and on time very respectful. Well I been over there a few times and I never had a problem but the room I had I seen some roaches but as soon as we connected to the staff they gave us another room.Overall It is a great place to stay at.
- James (8/5): Good clean and a good value - Good clean facility with electric chargers in the back of the building. Electric charging was a Level 2 by Orange and costs $.49 per KWH I could hear foot steps above our room and there was a barking dog down the hallway. I recommend rooms at the far end of the hallway away from the elevator.
- Jim (5/5): Great place for anyone with hearing loss - Excellent price Absolutely zero sound proofing. Was awakened constantly by slamming doors and guest traffic
- Chi_Chi JellyBean (4/5): Process of moving - I liked that fact there was a little kitchenett, with a full fridge and microwave. Also the price wasn't too bad and I appreciate that they accept service animals, which is a major plus for us, since our animals come with us everywhere. The WiFi: didn't work and the network was opened to anyone not just the guests
The television when I got there didn't turn on so they had to bring a different unit from another room, fine I was okay with that, but than the replacement tv only got 4 channels.
The shower head leaked very badly and the water didn't get very hot.
The room itself was very echoey and seemed to amplify your voice when talking.
I didn't like the fact that everytime we entered our room there was a smell of some sort of food that lingered in the room, mind you my husband and I DIDNT cook the entire time we stayed.
- Clarisa (8/5): - Es un lugar limpio No hubo café y agua en la habitación ni en recepción.
Para un tiempo donde no permanezcas mucho tiempo en la habitación muy bueno,
No considere que era Suite un tanto austera.
- Kristi (10/5): -
- David (8/5): - No breakfast offered Earlier check in
- Katherine (10/5): -
- Kerby (10/5): - Location was good for the areas I needed to be.
- Rose (10/5): excellent -
- Dustin (5/5): - Staff Not friendly
Only one key to the room
Only 2 towels in the room. When we booked for 4 people. When I asked for 3 more I was told to bring the other 2 back.
- Sharon (10/5): -
- John (6/5): -
- Dolly (7/5): -
- Francis (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! - Location and cleanliness was great. Security for night entry was excellent. Bed was okay but not the most comfortable.
- Brenda (9/5): Now we know what to expect, May stay again. - Overall, great staff, state of the art build. We get it's extended stay, but odd a coffee making appliance not in kitchen ( not coffee in itself, just appliance), and no ice maker machine on site.
- Robinson (10/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): Good value and location. - Staff is nice. Place was very clean. No coffee maker.
- Robinson (10/5): -
- Jones (8/5): - Clean, quiet, location is a good central place.
reasonable priced The place has a kitchen but no cups, plates, etc. No coffee pot.
No food service. not even coffee in the lobby.
- Brown (7/5): It served its purpose. - The biggest issue is the wi-fi internet is the slowest ever encountered. When doing a speed test the results were underwelming. The speed came in at less than ONE download. At a speed of ONE it becomes absolutely useless. The front desk just refered me to a phone number. The hotel costs make it a excellent deal but I wouldn't stay here again. WiFi was abomnable.
- Frances (10/5): -
- Michael (7/5): -
- Eduardo (10/5): - Hospitality and room services is what I like the most Leaving
- Susan (8/5): Clean and a convenient location for my trip. - New property so it was spotless. Very basic accommodations. Formica everywhere.
- Brett (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying here if I return to the area. - The staff were very helpful, and the mgr was exceptional. A building of this size should have two elevators, and the stairs should be more centralized and convenient to use.
- Ruben (1/5): Poor - Nothing Terrible odor in the hallways
- Jose (7/5): -
- Whimper (10/5): - No Ice machine
- Colleen (6/5): Stressful to get an appropriate room and lacking utensils to even eat my soup before bed. - It could have been nice, BUT!,the first room had not had changed sheets! The 2nd room given me had a loud tik-tok sound that I could not tolerate all night. The 3rd room given me was fine, except these rooms need bath room linens and utensils and bowls to be provided the basic traveler, and no info given on that.
Also, It was not a convenient area to my friends to get together with. They said I was way far east in Tucson. It took me 1.5 hrs. To find. Nobody I asked knew where it was, so lots of wrong directions. See above
- Alexis (10/5): -
- III (10/5): -
- Sandra (4/5): Not clean, no supplied - No breakfast at this site. We were not told the room was not stocked with basic supplies for bath or kitchen at time of booking. Arrived at midnight to discover this and then was told we could go to the dollar store for any supplies we needed. Not even one hand towel or hand soap.
- Marysolrod (10/5): - Everything was really nice, it was really clean and very comfy NA
- Marysolrod (10/5): -
- Lorraine (7/5): Barr, minimalist new build which was clean and comfortable but serves up little hospitality in terms of comforts like co - The location was excellent and being a new build made it feel very clean and spotless. Absolutely bare bones furnishing and amenities - no coffee in room or lobby (WTF?), no tissues or any sort of utensils or condiments or even dishes or cups or glasses, in spite of having a small kitchenette.
- Sierra (10/5): -
- Noah (8/5): - The Location was fine, It's Tucson. Room was across the hall from the elevator. Constantly hearing it in use.
- Alejandro (10/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- Wil (9/5): -
- Mario (10/5): -
- Foster (3/5): Consider other choices - It was clean Most everything else. Substandard beds. Poorly equipped. No hand towels. No equipment for kitchen, no soap, no hair dryer and no coffee for room or lobby. Basically missi ng most things available even in the most basic low budget hotel. Not a low budget price
- Shujaat (9/5): Great and peaceful stay. - It was clean and well priced. Everything was great.
- WEI HAN (10/5): -
- Marisa (1/5): - Staff was rude. Couldn't get assistance for a basic question
- Sara (10/5): -
- Cox (8/5): -
- Seth (8/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Teresa (8/5): Very comfortable and clean, but no coffee. - The room was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. New updated furniture and beds, very clean. No coffee/tea! None in the room or in the lobby and not nearby place to walk and get some. For the price coffee/tea should have been included
- Rachel (10/5): -
- Ayad (10/5): -
- Zuelich (10/5): -
- Debra (9/5): Very nice hotel, can tell is really new. - There is no breakfast, the hotel is clean and was in the location where I was visiting. Would stay there again. Very close to TMC hospital. No breakfast. There were several breakfast restaurants within 2 to 3 miles from hotel. Had trouble with internet but did not report.
- Oscar (10/5): - Everything was great!!! They should add a couple of courtesy water bottles or drinks to room but everything was great
- Easley (8/5): -
- Frederick (8/5): -
- Kurt (3/5): An expensive very cheap hotel - Place is clean and quiet. Generally the staff is friendly. They tried to charge me more than what was agreed on when I booked on booking.com
No coffee/tea available.
No hair dryers available.
No ice machines.
No pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, except to be bought.
No place to their away garbage.
Rooms are quite small.
Absolute minimum of towels provided.
- Delaney (10/5): -
- Charles (10/5): -
- Charles (10/5): -
- Newsham (5/5): - Staff was very good, but hotel has no amenities, no meals , ice or even coffee or tea No amenities
- David (7/5): -
- David (7/5): -
- James (9/5): Good place to spend the night! - It is a very clean and new hotel. Beds are cozy.
Showerhead was awesome!
Area seems very safe.
Starbucks is opening in the adjacent lot soon. . Noise echos from other rooms and hallway.
Kitchen does not come with any plates, utensils, or glassware. No coffee or coffee pot.
- Kerby (9/5): Great experience - It was close to the hospital and areas i needed to be near. Great staff, very accommodating, very friendly. Very clean facility. I felt safe and very comfortable. I will return at a future time!! Only negative was whomever was staying above me sounded like they were moving the bed most of the night and rolling bowling balls on the floor. It did not bother me much.
- Lewis (8/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): Worth the price and very comfortable - It was comfortable, great staff, big frig, stove top, the room was very clean, don't have to leave to do laundry! Not having coffee
- Jeff (10/5): -
- CARISA (10/5): Was great - It was clean and welcoming Just noticed others being screwed around by 3rd party bookings on a super busy weekend in Tucson. Left the hotel without control of who they could help
- Nadia (8/5): - No sabía que había desayuno
- Adam (8/5): Brand new cleanliness with minor hiccups. - It’s brand new and clean. No guest WiFi and the elevator was broken.
- Shawn (7/5): -
- John (3/5): Disappointed - Staff and clean. Walls and floors too thin. I could hear everything the other people were doing in the next room. Couldn't sleep for several nights. I had to request a room change. It was very inconvenient.
- Kelly (3/5): I served the purpose for why I was there. - I didn't eat breakfast on property. I like that the location was next to my event. When I arrived to the first room I was given there was dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and was given another room.
- Leslie (8/5): Excellent, location and value hotel and the national weather service.Do we have any sense of whether - All the staff is friendly and and-helpful especially Veronica! This isn't a great location with walking distance too.Several restaurants and convenience stores. Generally it's a very nice and spacious room with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette facilities. Given that it's a long-term stay, it's very odd that there are no racks for towels and no mirrors outside of the one in the bathroom.
I get that the target guest are medical professionals, but that's not the people I encountered. I know that several people had recently been evicted from their places, and given the low cost, this hotel is attractive for those in transition. I had a family with children above me and they made loud noises for several hours and late at night. I had two people involved in loud domestic altercations several days, right across the hall, to the point that the police were called.
I will say the staff was very responsive to my complaints.
- Smylie (8/5): - Location Elevator went out so we had to use stairs with a toddler from 3rd floor, it's a suite thought there would have been some supplies, but nothing no forks. Knives, silver plates pans cups, coffee maker ice pans, nothing you have to pay for everything and you don't get to keep it and you don't get your money back for 3 people, we got one roll of toilet paper, 2 towels and 1. Washcloth, and that was it if we wanted more, we had to pay for it. Just ridiculous. Room was nice just not what we expected. Very dissapointed.
- Susan (7/5): -
- Smylie (3/5): - Location The fact that's it's a suite and had to purchase everything they wanted to charge us $30 for pots and pans; $2 for an ice trays, 3 ppl in the room and only given 2 towels and 1 washcloth asked for another set as well as hand towels and were told no. Asked where we can dump our trash they said out back in the dumpster but ask first, Maybe im use to the basics when renting a Suite
