• Gustavo (4/5): El mal olor impide disfrutar la estancia - La ubicación El olor horrible y que la sra Charon se hiciera la distraída cuando le hablamos del mal olor. El ayudante se metió en el apartamento cuando no estábamos a pesar de decirle q no ingrese. ( Le pedimos lejia para combatir el mal olor del baño y trajo detergente ). Desde el año 2024 están quejándose del mal olor cada inquilino que va y aún no lo solucionan y se hacen los q no saben. Espero que Booking le baje la puntuación por no resolver un tema que es recurrente. Además huele a droga todo así no lo recomendamos para familias. Podría ser una gran experiencia si resolvieran lo del olor del lugar. . Deseo de corazón que lo solucionen para que otros huéspedes no la pasen mal como nosotros

• Maria Lucia (1/5): I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, and ended staying only for 1. - The only positive thing I have to say about the property, was that it was easy to collect the keys. The place was nothing as expected, to begin with, the area was not safe, although it was close to the Prado Museum; there is nothing to do in the area, and as I mentioned, it is not safe at all. Then the apartment had a bad smell due to sewage and humidity. The pictures are not the reality of the place, painting from the walls are falling apart, and some tiles in the bathroom are falling. The curtains are sheer, so the sunlight comes in in the morning. The kettle did not work. I did an early check out and complained about the place the day I left, the next day I got an email from Booking to check if I had or had not checked in, as the property owner/landlord was saying I had not checked in.

Un olor nauseabundo en el baño que te obligaba a abrir constantemente las ventanas en pleno invierno, una mezcla a orín de rata, caños y especias de comida tipo Marruecos Al chequear las reseñas veo que es un tema que se repite constantemente y no dan solución Le escribí al anfitrión y me dijo que no estaban al tanto del problema pese a tener 30 reseñas que hablan de este tema , booking por supuesto tampoco te brinda ayuda Realmente lo lógico era al entrar y contestar el estado del apartamento pedir cancelación y el reintegro de la reserva y buscar otro alojamiento que esté en condiciones de tener huéspedes Por supuesto ni el anfitrión ni la app jamás te dan una solución, el huésped es quien se como el problema y la mala experiencia No lo recomiendo, no me volvería a quedar y me hubiera gustando que me cancelaran la reserva y ser libre de poder elegir un lugar en condiciones optimas de higiene. Realmente pasamos a disgusto no queríamos volver a apartamento, teníamos el olor pegado en la nariz y la garganta Llevamos comida y la tuvimos que dejar porque el olor tan fuerte te cambia el sabor de la comida El olor era una mezcla muy fuerte de orina de rata, caño y condimentos espaciados como los que se usa en Marruecos. Además de eso el colchón del sofá está en muy mal estado. La zona de noche no es linda Y la madera hace mucho ruido de noche, sin que haya nadie caminando por la propia contracción del material estos tres puntos también cuentan con varias reseñas que los plantean como aspectos negativos Y por último nos quisieron anexar gastos extras no declarados me pareció muy poco ético En el perfil dice que si el check in es posterior a las 21 te cobran un adicional de €5 , cosa que me precio cuestionable pero al menos está notificada desde el inicio Cuando haces la reserva te pide que especifiques la hora de llegada yo puse luego de las 18hs la verdad no sabía bien , pero sí sabía que no antes de esa hora Llegué a las 20hs el anfitrión me dice que tengo que pagar una multa de 5€ porque llegue a las 20hs La información de llegada es una guía para facilitar y entiendo que ayuda la gestión pero cumplir con la hora prevista me parece muy poco ético que lo tomarlo pretexto para multar o generar costos adicionales

• NATALIA (5/5): - El dpto es cómodo y limpio, las instalaciones impecables. Está ubicado en un barrio rodeado de delincuencia y narcotráfico. En el palier del edificio, en el piso donde está ubicado el dpto. El aire era irrespirable, debido al humo que salía de los demás dptos, de diferentes sustancias. Ese olor y humo ingresaba al dpto e inundaba el olor. Por las noches se escuchaban gritos de las personas que duermen en las calles alrededor y diferentes sucesos de delincuencia.
• Anna (7/5): - The location is very in the centre you can walk to the city centre. The apartment right next to a party street, so it’s very very loud! The sink in the toilet smells bad. The apartment is right under the roof which cracks really loud at night and you can hear your neighbours really well.
• Acaba (5/5): - The house is close to the metro. The couch is uncomfortable to sleep on. The roof boards make creaking and noise at night, making it difficult to sleep. Because there's a bar and restaurant outside, the noise drifts into the house late into the night. The insulation from next-door neighbors is poor, so you can hear their conversations.

• Maria Cristina (7/5): No geral foi bom. - A Mari nos recebeu muito bem, tudo estava limpo e organizado, boa localização, perto do metrô lavapiés e Carrefour. Um estação da Plaza del Sol. A noite começa a estralar o madeiramento e dificulta a gente para dormir. A escada de soalho antigo também faz barulho. Sem dizer da vizinha debaixo que as 23 horas aperta 5 x a campainha e fala que vai chamar a polícia, pois não tolera o tom de voz normal, tem que sussurrar.

On nous disait seulement « un peu de patience ». Peu de communication. - l odeur désagréable de la salle de douche. Pensez à fermer la porte si vous partez la journée. Je mets rarement des avis sur booking mais je le fais cette fois ci car attendre une heure alors que nous avions des visites de prévu et que l’hôte ne me réponde à peine ne m est jamais arrivé (plusieurs messages laissés la veille et le jour même sans réponse).

• John (1/5): Warning - buyer beware - The apartments location offers quick and easy access to the city centre. The apartment is in a busy and noisy neighbourhood. Though this noise is bearable compared to the persistent creaking coming from the apartments ceiling. This noise is loud. We were unable to get any decent or uninterrupted sleep as this noise, along with the strange noises from the boiler and pipework made it impossible. If these noise issues could be resolved the property does have potential. However, the property owners and Booking.com are not acting in good faith by knowingly renting this accommodation and not informing the customer. This practice is dishonest at best. Our vacation was ruined by our experience at this property. The strange, unexplained and loud noises coming from within the apartment made for a very unpleasant experience. The boiler and pipework work make strange animal like noises. However, these are bearable compared to the creaking coming from the ceiling. This horrendous noise constantly disturbed us, particularly during the night. The sound can be described like the cracking of a whip, loud, unpleasant and unexpected. It occurs randomly but frequently. The noise makes it impossible to get any quality sleep due to the constant disturbance, it is like being tortured. To compound the issue, you are made to feel very unwelcome by the neighbours. We contacted the property to investigate the noise but nothing was done. We also contacted Booking.com to request alternative accommodation as the lack of sleep and experience was so unpleasant, but both Booking.com and the property were slow to respond and even slower to react. Their combined response felt like a stalling tactic designed to keep us in the awful conditions. We raised our concerns daily but nothing improved. We requested alternative accommodation or a refund to make our own arrangements early in our stay but these requests were ignored. We gave the property and Booking.com time and opportunities to resolve this issue, but in hindsight we should have just left. The negative costs of sleep deprivation were not worth paying. Please consider this review before staying here. You will be disturbed, it will cause distress and you will be ignored.

The roof noise was killing me together with the boiler noise, I hadn't slept one night! We were close to cancel our stay. First day someone got arrested in front of our window.
