• Stephan (8/5): - It's a beautiful little holiday home for yourself in a rural environment, yet in easy walking distance from the ferry terminal, the (few) restaurants and the supermarket. The room is very spacious compared to others and equipped with everything one needs. There were cute baby goats running around on the grounds together with their mother. Only having a tiny sink in the shower and the big one in the kitchen was ok but felt slightly strange. There were a few uninvited guests - cute geckos and less cute ants.
• Juris (9/5): - If you prefer to stay close to Uehara port (where most of the restaurants are and which most of the excursions offer as one of the pickup points) than the location is simply perfect - less that ~100m from the local bus stop (running just 4 times daily though) and less than ~200 m fro the port. Initially were eying something more hotel like (due to arrival times convenience etc.) but as it seems than most of the accommodation on the island is of very similar condominium type anyway, and at TANDI GA TANDI we just got more privacy around our unit then on more pricey hotels nearby. So, to summarise - fast and convenient check-in, friendly owner, size and comfort of the unit well exceeded our expectations, and possibly close to the best type of accommodation you on Iriomote can got. Highly recommended and would gladly book the place again if an opportunity to revisit the island arises.

• MANAMI (10/5): とても快適にゆっくり過ごせる - お部屋も清潔で奥様のセンスがとても良い。 キッチン用品もしっかり揃っていて調味料も冷蔵庫に用意されていた。この季節の西表島は寒くて、部屋には暖房もあって助かった。庭にいる2匹のヤギさんに癒されました。 無し
• TOMOYO (9/5): 暮らすように旅できる。 - 上原港から近く、歩いて行ける店やレストランがあり便利でした。 ヤギの親子がいて癒されました。 コンドミニアムで広く２人でゆったりな広さでした。 特にないのですが、欲を言えばお風呂の浴槽があればうれしいかな。

• Kati (9/5): Beautiful studio, friendly host - Beautiful studio. Comfy tatamimatress. The host provided local fruits, so lovely. Micro ants inside, didn't bother. I had cold at night and I couldn't use AC, my bad.
