Reina (7/5): We still enjoyed our stay after all - Great location near the bus stop and walking distance from La Latina Metro Station. The Kitchen was fully equipped The bed in the first bedroom on the left, the Hot water did not last enough for 5 People to take a shower around the same time and there was no dryer only washing machine

Will (7/5): Beautiful, central flat but lacks privacy. - It is a beautiful flat. A combination of rustic and industrial. The location was awesome and thank god they had AC because Madrid is HOT in august! There were no locks on any of the doors and the walls to the rooms were made of the those see through glass blocks, so there really was no privacy. The host did not bother to contact us when we had a question. While the flat is beautiful, the kitchen needs to be better furnished and there needs to be dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher.
Larae (7/5): Good - Location No AC in 2 of the bedrooms noisy (but that was understandable)
Garai (4/5): Disappointing - Location of the applicant is good as all the major attraction and metro stations are at walking distance. The AC's were not working plus the washrooms were not cleaned properly and there was not door lock available for the toilets. We had messaged these issues to the host on our day of arrival but there wasn't any revert from them. The bedrooms were suffocating at night without the AC.

Alan (8/5): Very good - Abit of a faff getting entry, but.once.in a nice place Noise in the apartment, but it is very city centre so can't complain to much
Kenvelin (9/5): Love the location, apartment was beautifuly decorated and it was easy acces - The decoration was fabulous Dirty Linens where stuff on the closets, the refrigerator smelled rotten, and the wifi code was not provided
Aixa (5/5): It is a pity. - The location was good, must of the places of interest are walking distance. Rustic well decorated. The building has a bar with terrace that closes at 2:30 in the morning and the noise is too loud to sleep. The towels (just one per person for the three days) and toilet paper just one roll per bathroom, two of the bedroom do not have air conditioning (just heater) no place to put and open the luggage. The sheets do no fit to the bed. Just one sheet to cover at night. Small, but important things to make the stay pleasant.
Tami (9/5): Beautiful apartment at the heart of Madrid - Beautifully decorated apartment, fully equipped with everything you need, great location near to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and other sites. Many restaurants and bars around. Hot water didn’t last for all 5 of us.
