Kukka (8/5): - The hotel had everything : Onsen, dinner and breakfast buffet, games room, karaoke, free afternoon drinks, beautiful view from the room., free Onsen pass to visit the onsens in the village. It’s a bit of a walk to the main town , maybe 10 mins. But when it’s dark, there was not much street lights however the hotel offers a shuttle every half an hour to the village. The metal door to the room was a bit noisy.

nishiki_no_shacho (1/5): 大江戸温泉には2度と宿泊しないです！ - 夕食朝食共にバラエティに富んでいて品数などはそれなりだったけど、ゴールデンウィーク中とはいえ４人で19万で1人あたり５万近くの内容とは思えなかった。 EV車だったので充電をお願いしたら場所のみの説明しかなく、かなり特殊な有料システムで利用するのに1時間近くを費やしてホテルの詳しい人に来てもらっても15分近くかかり大雨の真っ暗な中で雨に濡れて風邪をひいた。そもそも月額1980円のどこでも使えるEVカードが使えないような機械を設置すべきでないと思うし真っ暗な中どうして説明を読めと言うのか？

NAKAMURA (8/5): 満足でまた泊まりたいと思いました。 - 朝夕のビュッフェがどれも期待以上においしかったスタッフさんが焼きたてパンに回ってきてくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりしたしシェフの方も親切に声を掛けてくれた 5人部屋が畳にベッドでとても広くくつろげましたホテルの大浴場は朝は貸し切り状態でサウナ含めいろんなお風呂を楽しめましたはじめ各部屋のアメニティが少ないと思ったが大浴場に化粧水などほとんど揃っていましたチェックアウトが11時とゆっくりなので朝食後、大浴場を利用するゆとりができました温泉街に歩いて行くには少し遠く、ホテルとの往復バスもあるが最終時間が早いので、チェックインが遅かった私たちは自家用車で温泉街と往復しましたレストランからの食事の匂いが吹き抜けを通して客室通路に充満しやすかったです。

Veronica (9/5): - Overall we had a great experience in this hotel, we came with our toddler and we loved that they had everything for him too! A suggestion: add better labels at food buffet, because you never know exactly which ingredients and what is what. So it was hard to understand, in 2026 i think it's easy to use a translator and print the labels :) But that was it!
Yo (7/5): ゆったり出来て良かった - ラウンジが良かった温泉街までの送迎があったフロントの対応が良かったラウンジの飲み物を部屋に持ち帰りできないおやつがなかった　部屋にもお茶うけなしすこしでもバイキングにかにを使った料理が欲しかった。食器が安っぽい。とてもおいしくて種類も多くて良いのに！
KAZUYOSHI (9/5): 全てに満足でした。😄 - 設備関係は、素晴らしい環境でした。部屋もゆったり出来ました。風呂もゆったりと出来、夜、朝と2回入りました。夕食もバイキングで、美味しく頂きました。只、もう少しカニが食べたかったです。😚 特に支障はありませんが、バスタオルのスペアがあれば、尚　良かったかも。😀

John (9/5): Chill out in Kinosaki Onsen - Short stroll to start of canal and wander through town. Didn’t take shuttle either way. Did 5 of 6 open public Onsen - plus hotel Onsen (beer and ice creams bonus). Buffet breakfast and dinner had everything you’d want. Changeable Yukata’s, river view and great hotel amenities. Whether u stay here or elsewhere - definitely spend a couple of days in Kinosaki Onsen. One public Onsen by station not open (under Reno). Takeno beach in off season a tad desolate (lucky Lawsons/Family Mart (?) open)
Shirlin (9/5): Lovely Kinosaki Onsen stay - I hope to go back! - - Large rooms, with large and comfy beds, a good size table, charger ports near the bed, lovely river view. - Buffet had a great variety of options, and they were pretty flexible with the time slot system (had to pick between two time slots for breakfast and dinner when checked in, but could go a little early without issues). Buffet is the same everyday for people staying more than one night, but plenty of options so wasn't an issue for me - Bathroom was fine; because I used the onsens everyday I didn't use the shower at all - lounge with free drinks and icy poles, and a fire in the evening, was a great place to relax after using the onsens in the hotel - the onsen side with an outdoor onsen under open sky was absolutely lovely! The other side from memory only had two small tubs outside which were always occupied - creams, combs etc available at the hotel onsens were a great addition. Would be awesome to have body cream in the hotel rooms as well - yukatas rental, incl shoes and basket, included in the price (as is the onsen town pass) - no issue storing luggage before and after check in/out - It is a bit far from town with the public onsens, river, etc. Only 15min or so, but it can feel a little long in a yukata or when dragging heavy luggage. Limited shuttle buses available. In exchange, it is I think one of the cheaper options that includes meals and a sizable comfy room. So just be aware of the walk distance :) - wouldn't mind the drink lounge being open for longer; it closed between morning and evening, and then I think around 10 or 11pm? Generous opening hours already, but would be awesome if it was accessible 6am-midnight
Masami (7/5): 大江戸温泉、意外とスゴイ - ラウンジが長い時間沢山の種類で楽しめるし、バイキングの種類も豊富で、バイキングにありがちな、手抜き料理ではなく、美味しい物が提供された一部の施設が古いので、部屋に入って靴を脱ぐ所の電気が暗く、トイレを開けていないと靴が見えずらい。海外の方向けのお風呂マナーが無いので、一部の方が、タオルを入れたり、騒いだりしていたので、表記してあげると良いかも
Iván (9/5): - The baths are probably the main point of this hotel, they are big and varied always had a great time in them. The lounge areas are great, and have a good refill of drinks you may want (sodas, and beers too) The buffet was great as well, nice variety and tastes. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. It is relatively far away from the town itself, not a long walk but still 10 minutes away ( they do offer shuttle services at certain times). The price feels a bit too step.

NATSUMI (8/5): - 名前は不明ですが、ベリーショートでスーツの女性スタッフの対応が良かったです。バイキングで歩行がゆっくりの祖母にすぐ声掛けしてくださり、カートをもってきてくれた。別のお客様へのカウンター対応も見かけたけど笑顔が素敵でした。眼鏡の小太り男性スタッフの対応があまり気持ちよくなかったです。パソコンばかり気にしてるイメージでした。

Mathias (10/5): - Je n'ai pas les mots pour décrire l'expérience exceptionnelle vécue dans ce bel établissement... Des chambres spacieuses, avec une très jolie et relaxante vue sur la nature et la rivière en contre-bas, un sens de l'accueil très professionnel et des Onsen internes vraiments incroyables ! Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner étaient très généreux, variés et vraiment qualitatifs. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente immergé dans une tradition millénaire du bien-être à la japonaise. La mise à disposition des Yukatas et d'un pass pour nous rendre aux différents onsen de la ville a rendu l'expérience encore plus magique. Kinosaki est vraiment une étape à faire dans votre voyage. L'hôtel n'était qu'à 8 minutes à pied du centre et une navette était également mise à disposition. Une perle ! D'autres belles surprises vous attendent, mais je préfère vous laisser les découvrir... Tout est parfait !

Alan (4/5): - Hatte ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten gebucht, doch als ich spontan noch einen Freund mitnehmen wollte, haben sie an der Reception noch mal den ganzen Zimmerpreis verlangt… Nur um im gleichen Zimmer was schon gebucht ist einen Gast mehr dabei zu haben?

rie (10/5): めちゃくちゃ良かった。 - 部屋に掘りごたつがありめちゃくちゃ快適でした。バイキングのメニューは豊富で美味しかったし、朝のバイキングで秋刀魚の塩焼きが出ていて良かったバイキングのお刺身を楽しみにしていましたがイカや甘エビは美味しかったけど魚はあんまりでした。部屋のトイレは綺麗けど古かった。
Isobel (10/5): The perfect graduation trip - The services provided by the property were absolutely fantastic. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The bath passes allow for easy access to all onsen access and are included in the price. Yukata rental, food, drinks, karaoke are all included in the price of the stay. The food is also very yummy and a unique Japanese buffet (recommend the maple chicken and fisherman’s soup)! For our small group, it was the perfect escape from the city and a heading off point for all of North Hyogo. The only bad thing was that we could not use the baths within the hotel as we had tattoos, but I suspect that this is company policy and cannot be changed for Kinosaki, so nothing can be done!

grimmie (9/5): A little further away from the onsens but well worth a visit - The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The suite I had was large and very comfortable with a great view of the river. I found it to be short walk to and from the facility to the onsen district but there is shuttle services that you can use if you don't want to walk. While I normally stay in ryokan that come with a kaiseki meal, I didn't feel that I missed anything with the buffet meal on offer. Everything was very tasty and there was a lot of variety on offer.

Ryan (9/5): Fantastic stay, needs some food variety between days, but amenities were great. Easy access! - The onsen was fantastic and the accommodations were great. The food was good the first night and day but subsequent nights and mornings had the same buffet items. A single overnight stay would be perfect. Varying the items a bit more would be a plus. The water station (just water) should be left open 24/7. They can turn off or block all other drinks but with onsen running, everyone gets thirsty. That would be helpful. Switching sides for onsen access (women/men) is great but it was only for a the mornings so leaving it switched the entire day would be good. It could be they just did it for that day we were there and may not be a problem.
