Important Information

Costs for gas, water and electricity are already included in the accommodations price. A damage deposit of 100 EURO is required. This is to be paid by bank transfer. You will usually receive a refund within 7 to 14 days after departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after the accommodations has been checked and no damage has been found. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You can optionally book bed linen and towels for a fee of 22.50 EURO per person up to 4 days before arrival at the accommodations. No stag and hen parties or similar celebrations are permitted in this accommodations.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Elena (10/5): Schöner kurzer Urlaub am Meer! Die Möven haben uns gut unterhaltet! - Es ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage! Gute Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles was man braucht hat man da! Jeder Ausgang aus dem Haus hat einen Platz für Ruhe und Sonne tanken! Alles war gut, nur dass man um 10:00 Uhr schon weg sein muss. Am sonsten alles ideal!
