Hanna (6/5): Great location, but overall - drop in quality - The location is great, and visually the property looks nice. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth, and they reply to messages quite quickly. Cleanliness was… questionable. We were glad to have a kitchen, but when I pulled a spoon from the drawer, it was literally glued to another spoon. I ended up having to re-wash a lot of the dishes before using them and ultimately decided not to cook at the property. Additionally, the towels and linens were heavily worn out and had holes. They don't need to be brand new, but they should at least be intact and in decent condition. I stayed at this property a few times years ago when it was new, clean, and comfy. I was really disappointed by the lack of care now :(

Patrick (9/5): Great apartment in great location. - Great location, close to market, Old Town, railway and bus stations, lots of bars and restaurants. Everything was provided, including washing machine and clothes rack. Check-in went smoothly without any complications, which is always nice at the end of a very long flight. Nothing really.

Julia (8/5): Уютная квартира рядом с центром - Квартира уютная, светлая, есть прямой выход во внутренний дворик. Удобная кровать. Хорошее расположение. В 7 минутах пешком автовокзал. До старого города минут 10 пешком. рядом есть магазин и небольшой рынок. Неудобный шланг в ванной, постоянно падает, сложно отрегулировать направление струи воды. Было бы хорошо иметь микроволновку. Недостаточно изначально выдали полотенец. квартира рассчитана минимум на двоих, но выдали полотенце только на 1-го, как было указано при бронировании. Но по просьбе на след день донесли еще полотенце.

Holly (7/5): Nice - The bed was very comfortable, although the location is pretty central, five mins from the train station, it was super quiet and generally a good location to be close to old town. Nice oven, dishwasher, washing machine and TV. The plug in the bath doesn’t work which was a big disappointment, it would have been very nice to be able to use the bath tub. More forks and drinking glasses are needed otherwise the kitchen is adundent.

Luisa Benedetta (9/5): Un bell'appartamento a due passi dal centro. - Appartamento moderno, ben insonorizzato con cucina attrezzata e lavatrice. La struttura è nuova. Una piccola corte interna permette relax e zone aperte ben curate. Vicinissima al centro e al mercato coperto. È una ottima base anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Consiglio vivamente la struttura. Mi hanno mandato molte mail dove mi richiedevano la carta di credito (sebbene il pagamento fosse andato a buon fine). Il sevizio clienti mi diceva di avere mandato mail con dati per accesso (codice porta di accesso e codice per il box chiavi) ma la mail non era stata inviata se non a mia richiesta specifica al telefono. Gli asciugamani sono vecchi, logori e bucati e vanno sostituiti.

Inger (8/5): Nice and clean - Nice apartment in a safe building, with access code to enter the building. The apartment was clean and had basic equipment in the kitchen. There's no housekeeping during the stay, so you'll need to wash your towel or bring with you extra if you're staying many nights. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine. The staff was helpful from the chat. Self check-in with good instructions received on email. There could have been extra garbage bags in the kitchen.
Hakan (9/5): Superb - So we rent 3 rooms for 4 nights. Place ia close to city center, you can walk everywhere and also it was a calm neighborhood. Rooms were big, with iron washing machines etc. a big bath tab and always hot water. So money value is really high. Garden was nice. Building was clean Towels were old and could be in better condition generally. They can be more. May be more glasses and cups. Minor things. Generally there was nothing big to complain.

Except from that, it was a great stay!

Janis (3/5): Huge hassle. - Good location. ID check after booking on 3rd party website. Full room inspection to do and report any damage to get back security deposit. Mandatory apartment cleaning before leaving to get back security deposit. Stained and holed towels. Broken sofa, broken cooking surface, broken toilet seat, small and unusable TV, slow and unusable WiFi. Apartment cold, was at 18 degrees when arrived and took 1 day to heat up to 21 degree. No sugar, salt, coffee and no toiletries. Only paid parking in proximity of apartment.
