• Jona Katanka (5/5): - It was cleaned well. There is a lot of equipment for cooking, or stuff like iron board, washing machine, kitchen equipment, many pillows, a computer chair and other stuff. The bathroom is quite nice. In theory the workplace is also nice for working on laptop. The "double bed" is small. Maybe good for a philipino couple, not for tall westerners. There was a pest problem, i killed around 20 cockroaches in a week, and there where still more. Also flies and small ants where present in number despite us cleaning kitchen and bringing out trash daily. The hosts reaction to that was not satisfying. No offer of reduced price, no offer of playing some traps or cleaning the infested areas. The AC is block style, and i think the host deliberatly does not show it on the pictures. Its noisy. For the rental price i expected a split type AC. I am in a unit half the price right now, with split AC and no pest. There is a lot of trash in the unit (useless decoration and malfunctional equipment, useless stuff) taking up the little available space. All sinks are prone to overflow. The area there is bad. There is a small SM Mall close (only fast food there, so better cook yourself), anywhere else you gotta go over one single road with the worst and most dirty traffic i encountered in whole philippines. At least there are busses. White cabs are harder to get there, grab too. Overall i recommend Makati or Pasay, if your looking for a budget, this one is "meh", and the location is awful.

• Adrianne (10/5): Honest Review - I love that the owner is responsive and very helpful as we experience some technical issue inside the unit. all staffs there are kind and we love the atmosphere and how accessible the location is. we can easily do grocery or eat inside the Mall. There is a parking slot you can pay for and is safe for visitors. the room itself is comfortable and very spacious. The beds are also very spacious so we all comfortably sleep. there is a provision for towels and slippers we can use. they have water filter This is very understandable but when we arrived the floor of the restroom is still wet which is an indication they cleaned. The main door is hard to push, the restroom door was I guess left pressed down so we unfortunately accidentally locked it. there is a slight drainage small in the restroom that makes it slightly uncomfortable. We only have limited blanket but it's okay because the air-condition is working well and can be adjusted.

• Benjamin (3/5): Poor - The location. The unit was very dirty, so we had to clean and disinfect everything. There is an infestation of roaches and mice, so purchased roach and mice traps. The water filters were dirty and unsanitary. The kitchen and bathroom faucets were not working. We went without water one day. The internet started working only after we complained. The master bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. The landlord and her husband are not truthful. The husband came there posing as the maintenants repair man and was rude and verbally abusive. One night he came there on a Sunday night banging on the door and then hid, so we could not see him through the peep hole. This was very sketchy. Several nights we decided not to stay there because we felt uncomfortable. This was not an enjoyable stay.
• Tim (10/5): Comfortable and Positive Environment - It was clean and comfortable. The aesthetics and decoration were very nice as well. The owner was thoughtful and had some amenities like soaps, etc.. No complaints about the property.

• Michael (8/5): My stay was convenient, comfortable, and hassle-free, with excellent service and a great location near SM Novaliches - Location: The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to SM Novaliches, making shopping and dining highly convenient. While the entrance may initially seem tricky to find, it’s located in the same direction as the mall's parking area, ensuring easy access once familiar. Amenities: This property offers nearly everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a swimming pool (available for a fee). While parking is not available within the premises, the nearby facilities more than make up for it. The space is ideal for accommodating up to 2 adults or a couple with 1-2 young kids, making it perfect for small families or couples. Service/Staff: The property owner is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist and provide guidance for any questions or concerns, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. It’s important to note that the property is self-service, giving guests more flexibility and independence during their stay. Nil

• Nigel (8/5): Very good - The host was very nice to deal with, very helpful. And the apartment is very nice. On first impressions the complex and apartments look very welcoming, in reality,,the mattress is too thin, the bed creaks. Coffee isn't complimentary. The only things complimentary are the drinking water and the bars of soap in the cr left by previous guests presumably. The security guards on reception are like soldiers defending the property from attack, surely receptionists should be happy and welcoming.

• Rd (5/5): Depends on what you're used to - I liked that it was walking distance to a mall with plenty of places to eat plus a supermarket It had the most god-awful, uncomfortable bed I never got any sleep on. The couch wasn't any better. What passed for the two towels they provided were less than adequate. I think these places are mostly designed for in-country tourists who are used to the accommodations and are prepared. As an international traveler, I was not. I did note that in the guest book, at least one other traveler noted the bed and towels.
