• Martin Vychopen (10/5): Nice and romantical flat i Rome - It is nice, romantical flat i Rome. The owner was helpful when we said complained When we complained about the uncomfortable. They brought for us new double blanket and pillows and made all they best for us. The flat is situated in good place for staring discover the city - very close to underground station, close to Colosseum and the center od city. We can recommend this accomodation. Only the bed - too narrow,, too soft mattress and not very comfortable blanket. The windows are not very sealed, so you can actually hear everything that happens outside until the morning. However, we accepted this because it is a classic Roman old house :-) But I can't say that it was pleasant, in my opinion this is the biggest disadvantage of this apartment.
• Anita (9/5): Gem - Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of great restaurants & bars in the neighbourhood. Really nice vibe . Metro right on your doorstep as well. Although located in a lively area we weren't bothered by any street noise. No lift but not an issue for us personally
• Els Buijze (10/5): Centraal gelegen, knus appartement - De ligging van het appartement was geweldig. We konden alles te voet bereiken en de metro was naast de deur als je iets verder weg wilde of geen zin had om te lopen. Ook het treinststion is op loopafstand. Het appartement was leuk ingericht en de buurt is gezellig met boetiekjes en veel restaurantjes. Niets

• JOSE ALFREDO (6/5): Decepción. - Solamente me gustó la ubicación. Ofrecieron que el alojamiento tenía buena vista y recién el día que llegamos nos avisan que estaban haciendo algunos trabajos... La verdad que había un andamio y las ventanas estaban totalmente cerradas, Ver la respuesta anterior.

• Mónica (9/5): Hermoso departamento - El departamento es muy cómodo, bonito, sobre todo muy bien equipado, incluyendo todas esas pequeñas cosas que vas necesitando y aquí están. Buena ducha, buena cama. Hay una parada de metro a pasos del edificio. El coliseo y el Foro están a muy pocas cuadras. Solo para tener en cuenta (incluso esto puede ser un punto a favor para algunos viajeros) no es un sitio muy silencioso ya que a pocos metros suele haber espectáculos, músicos, etc. más o menos hasta la medianoche, luego está bien.

• Kieran (7/5): Overall, a very positive experience. Apartment is nice and location is great. - Location was excellent (right next to metro station) and the apartment was spacious with all amenities including washing machine. Separate bedroom from kitchen had a table for eating. Kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to find a supply of more than the basics i.e. coffee, tea, pasta, etc. We only used the coffee, but it was still a nice touch. At the time we were there, the building is having exterior work done. Because of the scaffolding and associated security risk the exterior window shutters are locked in a semi closed position making the apartment dark. We were not in the apartment when the builders were working but if we had been it would have probably impacted the noise level, the privacy and the dust. I would also recommend that the mattress be upgraded along with cotton bedsheets because it is such a nice apartment.

It was so nice,Rome is si beautiful! - Very close to all “hot spots” and the atmosphere in the neighborhood was great,bars,restaurants all over and the food was sooo Italian😊. A little bit noisy,though I liked the fact that it was in the “heart” of Rome…noise comes as a consequence😊

• Otto (10/5): Perfect! - Location in Monti is perfect for any type of visit to Rome. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean. Friendly and timely support from the owner. Note that there is no elevator. The apartment itself is on the third floor, so if you have difficulties with walking stairs then be aware of this.
• Timo (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cozy apartment in a great location. The subway is right in front of the door, plenty of restaurants in the area and a great host that responds quickly to any messages. The windows don't block a lot of noise so if you're a light sleeper you might want to consider bringing some earplugs as the area can be quite busy. But it isn't all that bad, really.

• Jelena (10/5): Cosy piece of heaven in Monti - Fantastic neighbourhood, almost a pedestrian zone with plenty cafees and small food shops for authentic italian experience. The apartment is stylish and cool, very cosy and we enjoyed spending time in it. Right next to metro and very close to Colosseo and many other landmarks. Building without elevator is the only dislike for me but again it comes with the neighbourhood. :)

• Clara (10/5): Excellent! - Location is great, you can walk everywhere. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Gian was a great host to us as well. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! Excellent choice!
