- Yukiko (3/5): Good from Afar but Far from Good. - Good instructions were provided to find and access the apartment. The apartment was spacious and in a convenient location, approximately 25 minutes from Legoland and 7 minutes to the closest hospital. The entire apartment complex is run-down. Lifts were broken and the common areas were dirty and dilapidated. The parking garage is atrocious. Large cars are unable to complete a full turn when on the ramp to next level, due to the poor garage design, which means it ends taking up to 10 minutes to get to our car-park. In the apartment, the stove-top was filthy and the cutlery in the draws still had food stuck to it - See picture. The apartment also had an ant infestation and leaving anything out on the kitchen bench or on the dining room table for more than a few minutes, would find it swarmed by ants. The electronic lock on the front-door (of the apartment) was loose an insecure and they didn't have a toaster. The blinds weren't thick enough to block the daylight in the morning. Finally, they had the audacity to charge an 86RM cleaning fee and 300RM deposit! I wouldn't stay here again - Avoid avoid avoid.

Carpark level is dark and creep(I’m parking beside an abandon car). Unit is old, air cond is loud, mattress is thin, water heater too hot even turn to the lowest.
