• Begoña (9/5): Encantador y agradable - Lo agradable de la decoración y limpio que estaba el apartamento, muy luminoso y en un barrio con muchos servicios para una familia y con la playa delante del apartamento No tiene ascensor, aunque en esta ocasión no nos hizo falta.

• Michelle (8/5): This place has a lot of potential . - It is really hard to write a review as the property was really lovely. After reading the reviews , I was a little concerned . But it was well decorated with everything we needed and in a great location . Near the beach and amenities . The beach and the Spanish culture was amazing . Spanish music. Big grills on the beach cooking sardines . A bustling friendly feel. We didn’t eat out, but the restaurants looked delicious . When we arrived . We were surrounded by building work. It was right under us and around the property. We had been told , after we paid and booked . That there was building work in the area. If it was clear before on the description , then this would have been fairer. As we had arrived and we were tired we decided to stay . That said it was a great base. As long as you didn’t stay in the property during the day. Then it was great . It was lovely in the evening for sunset, despite the noise. I did message Yolanda the property owner , to ask if the price made up for the inconvenience , caused by the noise and dust from the building work . The builders were still working beneath us at sunset . She ignored my message , which is really disappointing . That said, after a lovely day on the beach , we enjoyed our stay . When the building work is complete . (I would say at least 4 months time ) . Then it will be a fabulous property to stay . Also want to address the smell. Yes when used the toilet would smell like rotten eggs and we had to shut the door. But this soon cleared when we returned to the property later that day.
• MARIA DANIELA (8/5): Estadia confortable - El departamento es muy cómodo y está bien equipado! Todo funcionó muy bien y tuvimos una estadía muy relajada. Tiene lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Las fotos que se muestran son muy similares a la realidad. Si bien la propiedad está frente a la playa, el complejo fuera de los departamentos no está bien cuidado, hay mucha suciedad y cero mantenimiento, muy descuidado todo es una lástima, fue una desilusión. El complejo NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO PROPIO, si vas en auto tienes que estacionar en el parking público y por la cantidad de gente que estaciona para ir a la playa es un descontrol.

• Segura (3/5): - Si Nos dieron el apartamento a eso de las 18:00 y estaba sin limpiar, las toallas de los otros huéspedes tiradas, las camas sin hacer todo sucio, nos tuvimos que marchar y regresas 2 horas después
• Gerry (1/5): Geluidsoverlasr Langdurig werkzaamheden voor het appartement - Er zijn werkzaamheden gaande rondom het appartement. Het was niet netjes dat dit pas 1 dag van tevoren gemeld werd. We hadden daardoor geen tijd meer om iets anders te zoeken. De werkzaamheden zijn alle lange tijd bezig, dus Yolande wist het al lang. De geluidsoverlast begon ‘s-ochtends vroeg en bleef heel de dag. We konden daardoor niet op het terras zitten. In de badkamer hangt een rioollucht en de wasbak kun je niet gebruiken omdat het water niet wegloopt. Dit is in eerdere reviews gemeld, er wordt dus niks aan gedaan om dit op te lossen. Er zaten vlekken in de dekens op bed. De wifi is te zwak om te streamen. In het trappenhuis hangt een vieze lucht.

• Kim (9/5): Good value for money. - Close to the beach. Very clean, bedding clean. Aircon fab. Quiet area. Enjoyed our stay. Car parking a pain in the summer, we were made to park on the pavement and a man said we had to pay 10€ for 3 days. More pillows would be fab.

• Teagan (4/5): Didn't meet expectations - The location was close to the beach. Decor was modern. Kitchen was kitted out well. Decent WiFi. This was not the stay we'd hoped for. Air con not functioning in one of the bedrooms. The place was covered in ants when we arrived and even found them in the beds. Bathroom drainage was poor. Noise levels outside of the apartment were quite loud so not great if you're a light sleeper. We did contact the property manager but nothing was fixed during our stay.
• Patrik (8/5): We had a very good time and liked the apartment a lot. It definitely needs some maintenance though. - Perfect location if you want to be close to the city but in a more relaxed area. The view to the sea is nice, and many restaurants are nearby. The private rooftop is also fantastic, generally the apartment is very nice and cosy. The kitchen was attacked by hundreds of ants whenever we left any food or leftovers open. It’s definitely an issue. The water went down very slowly in the shower and bathroom sink too. There were three wide spreaded water stains in the apartment which need to be fixed. Some more diswasher capsules is needed.
• Steve (5/5): Accommodation has once been well refurbished but now seems neglected. - Location. Solarium furniture worn and broken. Air-conditioning out of order. Lack of guest information folder eg appliances operational issues , local services such as medical services from owner .

• Linas (9/5): Nice stay, helpfull staff. - Good IKEA style property at good place, especially with the car. Parking near house - free (if unlucky and meet man with tickets, then its 1 eur). Clean, good beds, full kitchen. Was not mentioned that to get to the nice terrace u need to go out of apartment and take stairs to second level, unlock it ….. Not for morning coffe in pijamas.

• Julie (9/5): Superb - Beds extremely comfortable. Air con excellent. Brilliant location to swim whenever I wanted with a choice of beaches on my doorstep. Sun terrace unexpectedly massive and well set up. . Everything well thought out. Coffee, tea, washing tablets provided. Supermarket within 6 minutes. Basically everything well thought out. Great communication with owners who organised a taxi back to the airport on last day. Could do with a kettle. Keys for sun terrace stick, need to be adjusted
