• SOUZANNA (9/5): Excellent choice - Perfect location,clean specious apartment.This time we had apartment no 4 which does not have a street view so it was more quite.Just for the record we prefer no 3😂 Apart from the mattress which as I said for the one in apartment 3 may need replacement everything else was perfect.And the bed is comfortable enough I just compare it with what it was on our first 2/3 stays.

• erika (10/5): - The apartment is in a very central and quiet area. They wrote before about a pitaya in the bathtub. Everything is fixed now. We had a problem with check-out because our flight changed. We could leave our luggage in the apartment. The owners are very kind. I highly recommend it.

• Anna (9/5): I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this property for a single person or a couple. - The location is excellent - very close to Syntagma Square and the shopping in Ermou and lots of cafes and restaurants are close by. There is an elevator which makes access with luggage easy. The apartment is lovely and spacious; modern and comfortable. There is no microwave but I used the oven for reheating food. It was great to have a washing machine available in the apartment as I had been travelling for 3 weeks and my clothes dried overnight on the folding line on the private balcony. Maybe provide more information about the remote control for the gate entry. The only issue with cleanliness is the mould on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise the apartment is very clean.

• Sonja (8/5): Perfekte Lage, schönes Apartment - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, was wir sehen wollten. Akropolis ist quasi ums Eck. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und es gibt alles was man braucht. Uns hat es super gefallen. Was ich nur mitteilen möchte, wenn man vorhat sich dort länger aufzuhalten also tagsüber, es ist halt nicht richtig hell. Die Fenster gehen zu einem Innenhof mit hohen Mauern, da kommt nicht wirklich viel Licht an. Und man sollte kein Problem mit Schimmel/Wasserschaden an der Decke vom Bad haben.

• didier (7/5): Pas de lumière du jour - L'emplacement près des transports en commun et des grandes attractions de la ville, l'équipement de l'appartement, la bonne literie. L'immeuble étant en cours de ravalement, il y a des échafaudages et des baches qui couvrent entièrement la façade. Du coup, toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement sont fermées par volets et rideaux, si bien que nous sommes dans l'obscurité et contraints de vivre dans la lumière artificielle en journée. Le propriétaire n'a pas jugé utile de nous avertir de cette situation ni de baisser le prix de la location et c'est regrettable. Par ailleurs l'appartement, près de la place Syntagma, n'est pas situé dans une rue très calme et est parfois bruyant la nuit.

Non possibile gettare carta igienica nel WC per rischio ostruzioni.

• Vanessa (8/5): Apartamento en el centro de Atenas - Apartamento muy céntrico, se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés y también tiene buena conexión con el aeropuerto (bus X95). Cocina totalmente equipada y otros electrodomésticos como lavadora, plancha, secador con difusor. Nosotros llegamos a las 3am y nos encontramos una reja metálica con varias cajas de llaves. No tuvimos ningún trato personal con nadie, solo los mensajes que nos enviaban. Que para nosotros fue perfecto! Le hubiese dado un 10, pero el moho en el techo de la ducha y el baño, no me gustó nada. También deberían cambiar las paellas.

People around me helped to connect me with the owner who accidentally walked by and was able to retrieve keys from the box.

Short walk to Syntagma Station, Central Market, Athens Market, Monastiraki Market, etc. There were many eateries n shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided almost everything we needed. The only things we were missing were some bowls n plates. The host responded quickly to help when we had trouble finding the apartment. We had a very pleasant stay.

It felt safe with main building entrance locked and the entrance of the block being also locked during nights. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we had a small accident locking the keys inside the flat. Issue was resolved within 15 minutes! Mattress was a bit uncomfortable

Had cold showers on the last night as the boiler doesn't work. Told the owner and all he did was ask if I had turned the switch on. Told him everything we did. No reply. No apology. If we didnt have hot water issues and he had apologised and said he will get it looked at right away probably would had rated 6-7

• J-christophe (10/5): A great location and a very nice apartment. - Location is perfect. Totally centered in Syntagme quarter. A lot of life around there. Host was very pro and made us feel welcome by giving us tips on where to go for typical dinner. I highly recommend this place for your stay and Acropolis visit. It’s not a biggie but be aware that you are in the heart of Athènes and that you will inevitably have motorbike noises during the night. We just put some earplugs on and all was well.
• Jerene (2/5): Location is good, but the fleas/bugs from the dirty bed, linens, pillows were a horrible experience - Location Bed & sofa bed, pillows, doona, sheets were not clean. We had 3 restless nights from scratching, as we were bitten by bugs/fleas. Owner sent in a cleaner, who gave us some fresh sheets, but did not even spray anti-bugs on the bed, sofa bed, pillows & doonas, despite I requested her. She only speaks greek & I communicated with scratching action all over my head, hands & body. She just shrugged her shoulders! I had to go to local Bazaar supermarket to buy a Raid spray. Despite the spraying, the bugs were still nasty. I hv sent photos of our red inflamed arms from the scratching. Owner said sorry, but claimed this is first time he has such report! We hope his future guests don't hv to suffer this horrible experience of ours.
