- Patrick Edwin (8/5): Excellent apartment-style stay in a superb Myeong-dong location with fantastic transport access and amenities, ideal for - Fantastic location right on the edge of Myeong-dong, which is perfect for shopping, street food, restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. The metro access was excellent and it was also an ideal meeting point for DMZ tours, many of which depart from the nearby Myeong-dong Station area. The apartment-style setup worked extremely well for a longer stay. It genuinely felt like living in a compact Seoul apartment rather than staying in a standard hotel room. There was a washing machine, kitchenette, full-size fridge/freezer, drying rack, plenty of storage space, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Honestly, I could happily live there. The air conditioning was excellent, especially during warmer weather. Strong, cold, and reliable. The check-in process is different from a traditional hotel, but once understood it was very straightforward. Access codes and instructions are sent through the Booking.com app at check-in time. One important recommendation for future travellers: make sure you have internet access immediately on arrival in Korea. An eSIM is essential. We used Saily and found it very easy and affordable. There are also excellent amenities directly around the building, including convenience stores underneath and nearby, multiple 7-Elevens, coffee shops, restaurants, and late-night food options. Our apartment was dual-aspect with lots of natural light and great city views, which made the space feel larger and brighter. There are rules and signs everywhere throughout the property, which can feel slightly overwhelming at first. The garbage disposal system is very strict and heavily monitored, so guests need to pay close attention to the instructions. This is also not really a traditional hotel experience. It feels more like serviced Airbnb-style apartments where a few floors are professionally managed. There is no true 24-hour reception desk, so if something goes wrong late at night, support may be limited. Breakfast was extremely basic and not really a highlight of the stay. The bagels were probably the best part, but overall expectations should remain modest.

Cabinetry, storage, drying rack, fridge and all are well tucked in a place to make room effective. The room is very tight for 4 people. It was described as one bedroom when it was a studio design. So 4 people with luggages became too tight. The aircon unit became warmer and warmer as the days went by- they said it was because of the Korean weather, spring which is why they lower the cooling capacity.

Myeongdong ist zu Fuss in 10min erreichbar wo das Leben pulsiert, aber die Lage des Hotels is ruhiger trotzdem alles was man innerhalb Minuten braucht vorhanden, Supermarkt, div. Cafes und Restaurant als auch die Metro. Personal nicht nur freundlich, sondern extrem bemüht, englischsprachig und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber, funktional und durchdacht. - Tashon (1/5): Small rat house room for 4 adult - Only all the facilities placed in a very very compact sized room with no space to walk also in room with 2 luggage. Very small room like a rat house for 4 adults with 4 luggage which they shouldn't even show them on booking.com . Staff kind but housekeeping person was very very rude and un friendly during check out. Person who collect garbage on 1st floor was not at all co operative. Property is actually near to chungmuro exit 7 and not at myeongdong area in any point. Room showed in booking.com was really a different one as shown in picture by Property. I selected one bedroom kitchen but I was given just a small room. Will really not recommend anyone.
- Fang (9/5): Good stay - The location is great. It’s very close to Exit 7 of Chungmuro Station and Exit 8 of Euljiro 3-ga Station. You can either walk to Myeongdong or take the subway just one stop from Chungmuro. If you’re coming from Incheon Airport by airport bus, get off at the PJ Hotel stop, then walk a short distance. The hotel also offers luggage storage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the prices are much more reasonable than in Myeongdong. For example, Korean BBQ around the hotel is about 1.5 to 2 times cheaper than in Myeongdong. I booked a city-view room. Although my room was technically a city view, it didn’t match the photos on the website, and I couldn’t see Namsan Seoul Tower. It didn’t bother me too much, but I noticed other guests mentioned similar experiences in the reviews and were able to change rooms after talking to the hotel. So if having a view of the tower matters to you, I recommend clearly requesting it when making your reservation to avoid any disappointment. Another thing to note is the trash disposal process, which was a bit inconvenient. If you use the black trash bags provided by the hotel, the staff downstairs may not allow you to throw them away. You need to ask the front desk for a pink trash bag instead.

- Merve (10/5): Merkeze yakın ama gürültüden uzak bebek dostu yere ihtiyanıcız varsa burası orası. - Konumu çok iyiydi. Neredeyse merkezde bulunan her yere yürüyerek gittik. Odalar ses geçirmiyordu bu yüzden asla gürültü duymadık. Odanın içinde mutfak ve çamaşır makinesi olması 6 aylık bebeğimizle kaldığımız için bize çok yaradı. Rezervasyon da belirtirseniz bebek beşiği de sağlıyorlar. Bu nedenlerle bebeğimizde konforla uyudu ve ihtiyaçları karşılandı. Ayrıca su arıtma olduğu için içme suyundan da yararlandık. 8 gün konakladık ve bu 8 gün içinde çarşaf ya da havlu değişimi yapılmadı. En azından sorulması gerekirdi ihtiyaç var mı diye.

Dairenin içi kompakt küçük bir alan ama yeterli imkanları var. Minik bir mutfak, çamaşır makinası, ütü, kahve makinası gibi küçük ev aletleri mevcut. Tuvalet Japon stilindeydi. Banyoda bizden öncesinden kalan saç telleri vardı az miktarda. Vücut havlusu mevcut değildi, ama onun dışında yaklaşık altı adet küçük havlu vardı. Yanınızda getirmeniz gerekir. Onun dışında kişisel bakım ürünleri diş macunu, fırça gibi şeyler yok. Sadece şampuan, saç kremi ve duş jeli vardı.

Salvo secadora de ropa el apartamento tiene de todo lo Que necesitas para tu estancia. Las toallas son muy pequeñas para ducharse, como de tamaño lavabo, no de ducha. Nos alojamos una semana y aunque sabiamos que la limpieza no estaba incluida, un nuevo juego sábanas y toallas se hubiera agradecido.
- Yoshi (9/5): - 地下鉄3号線の忠武路駅（7番出口）と，2号線・3号線の乙支路3街駅（8番出口）との間にあり，どちらの出口も5分以内にアクセスできます．部屋に設置されている洗濯機には乾燥機能がないため，地下1階のコインランドリーにある乾燥機（有料：5000ウォンで50分）を使用したところ，しっかり乾いてすぐに片付けることができました．乾燥機はクレジットカード決済ですが，日本のカードも使えました．洗濯洗剤も部屋に置いてあります．暖房もよく効いて，寒いと思うことはありませんでした．周辺にカフェや食堂なども多いですが，夜には静かで，過ごしやすい宿です． 上記の乾燥機についてなど，ホストの方に問い合わせることが何度かありましたが，すぐにお返事をくれて，助かりました． 部屋に置いてあったテーブルと椅子の脚がちょっとゆるんでおり，使うときにグラグラした，というくらいです． また，これは建物の問題になりますが，地下1階のコインランドリーの場所が分かりにくいかもしれません．

- Sofiia (9/5): Хорошо - Приятное место: все чисто, аккуратно. Хорошее расположение, рядом несколько веток метро, торговая улица, кафе и рестораны. В холодное время года полы обогреваются. Внизу продуктовый магазин с большим выбором. Меня немного смутило, что вода в душе долго нагревается, но наверно это электрообогрев, и иногда напор плохой. Из другого: нам оставили мало пакетов для сортировки мусорка и перед отъездом нам не хватило пары штук, чтобы правильно распределить его, охранник жилого комплекса помог и одолжил свои.

We didn't know what code to input to enter the building as we didn't receive any information for it. We only received the code to enter the apartment. Rubbish - were quite confusing Didn't receive enough rubbish bags so we have to buy from convenience store.

- Melina (9/5): Great location and clean apartment - The room was perfect for our first time stay in Seoul. It was near so many metro lines and great restaurants around. The room is small but it was perfect for a couple. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend staying here!

- Sheena (8/5): Very convenient location, comfortable bed, and everything you need in a compact package - Apartment was spotless, extremely clean and well-kept. Organization and storage was very well planned and clever use of space. Bed was very comfortable. Check in was very easy, with the passcode sent on time as promised, and check out was also very simple, with just an email needing to be sent to notify that we had left the apartment. Location was close to Chungmuro and Euljiro 3 subway stations, and only a 15 minute walk to Myeongdong. Had "city view" which looked out the back of the building, and it was not a very good view, as it seemed like a run-down neighborhood that the windows overlooked. There is not much floor space, so if you have a lot of luggage, it might be cramped.
