• Gloria (8/5): - El apartamento es bonito y luminoso. Además bien equipado y con el detalle del desayuno La entrada es muy vieja y además hay que subir dos pisos con unas escalera en mal estado
• Patricia (10/5): Inmejorable estadía ! - Me enamoré de todo , el departamento es súper amplio y cálido . Super completo , un estar para relajarse luego de pasear todo el día , un baño enorme con una ducha caliente excelente . Los aires todos perfectos . La ubicación en Trastevere inmejorable a una cuadra del ingreso a las callecitas empedradas y de una avenida que te lleva a donde vos quieras . Fue una estadía genial !! Ya la recomendé a varias personas .

• Laura Carrillo Arenillas (5/5): Piso céntrico - Lo mejor es la ubicación en el centro de Trastevere. El apartamento es funcional y tiene plancha, la cocina completa con menaje y algunas cosas básicas como aceite, especias, productos de limpieza. La cama es muy cómoda. La comunicación via email con el dueño es práctica y está muy buen explicado todo. En las fotografías no se apreciaba el estado real del apartamento. Las ventanas están rotas.El armario para la ropa es incómodo porqué la barra para colgar está arriba de todo y hay 4 perchas. Un cajón se abría solo, de vez en cuando. El baño necesitaría una mejora y la terraza anunciada es un balcón pequeño en el baño.El cuadro del comedor daba mala impresión, no era agradable. Es un piso correcto y práctico pero no es fabuloso como leí en las reseñas cuando decidí alquilarlo.

Communication with host was perfect and they were extremely accommodating - even let us keep our bags in the flat past checkout time. Fully recommend. Some noise from upstairs neighbours walking at night but very minimal and didn’t affect our stay.

• Frank (1/5): Niemals! - Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist falsch, siehe auch andere Bewertungen zu Lage und Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen nutzbaren Balkon. Das Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene nicht ausreichend. Es gibt keine Heizung. Im Winterhalbjahr ist es eiskalt. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz. Nach meinen Reklamationen hat mich Vermieter Guido getäuscht und verspottet(!). Booking versuchte zu vermitteln, ohne Erfolg. Habe dann selbst einen Heizstrahler gekauft. Als Dank hat der kompetente Guido sogar noch einen angeblichen Schaden von 120,-- gemeldet, den ich umgehend begleichen müsste. Freue mich schon auf den Kommentar vom freundlichen Guido :)

• ALFONSO (9/5): Our home in Trastevere, just a short walk away from everything - Fantástica ubicación en un edificio histórico con ventanas, puertas y techos de madera. El anfitrión se portó genial, siempre estaba disponible, nos buscó una bañerita y una cuna para nuestro bebé e incluso nos ayudó con el transfer desde el aeropuerto con el majísimo conductor, Gianni. Los suelos/techos crujían y se movían un poco, pero solo porque los vecinos de arriba eran muy ruidosos (también de pisos de alquiler turísticos). Por lo demás, todo fenomenal.

Fernseher ohne deutsche „Programme“ (Länderkennung verhinderte meist Streaming). Leider hatten wir weder Netflix, noch Amazon oder ähnliches im Abo.

• Wanda (9/5): We had a wonderful - It was a large apartment that was well furnished. Large bathroom with washer. The air conditioner worked well. Open living room and kitchen. Multiple large windows. The bed was comfortable. We ran out of hot water after one shower. Must plan for two high floors of stairs to get to the apartment.
• Sanja (9/5): - Prostor je ugodan, prostorije su velike i ugodne. Kreveti su udobni. Vlasnik je susretljiv, jasno odgovara na zahtjeve i pravovremeno. Lokacija je super, osobito ako ti se sviđa Trastevere. Samo jedan ključ od ulaznih vrata. Vrata se ne mogu otvoriti bez kljuca. Kljuc služi kao kvaka, kvake nema. To malo komplicira bezbrižni boravak. Bilo bi dobro da se kljuc duplicira kako bi netko nesmetano mogao izaći, a netko ostati u stanu. Moglo bi se omogućiti nešto više suđa s obzirom da nema perilice posuđa. Jedna čaša i jedan tanjur po osobi je premalo. Stalno moraš prati suđe. Samo jedna kuhinjska krpa je data za cijeli tjedan.

• Robyn (8/5): Guido was super responsive. Great location to explore Trastavere and old city by foot. Lots of charm with original old - Plenty of space, decent table to sit at to eat or work. Great location be mindful it is up 2 flights of stairs to carry luggage. Bed is a double so not so big but comfortable. can get a bit noisy, but it is 1 street back from the Main Street which is a bonus
• j (9/5): Perfecte uitvalbasis voor verblijf in Rome - Goed appartement op perfecte locatie. Wij hebben alles te voet gedaan in het mooie Rome. Contact met de host was perfect. Reageerde snel en we kregen goede tips. App oogt wat gedateerd, maar is het niet en je bent er toch bijna niet. Het belangrijkste is dat het zeer schoon is en bedden heeft. Er is aangegeven met balkon, balkon kon je niet op zitten was zeer klein (1m2?)
• Sandra (10/5): Tolle Lage und tolle Wohnung - Super Lage, tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz, netter freundlicher Kontakt! Ich würde diese Wohnung beim nächsten Romaufenthalt wieder buchen! Vielen Dank. Es ist etwas kompliziert mit dem Gepäck da es keine Depot Möglichkeit im Gebäude gibt. Wir mussten ein Schliessfach (weit weg) buchen und daher war es etwas hin und her und halt eben ziemlicher mehr Aufwand und Zeitverlust. Aber beim Checkout konnten wir die Koffer noch in der Wohnung lassen da kein neuer Gast nach uns war. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!

• Csaba (10/5): Előzékeny szállásadó, kényelmes jól felszerelt szállás, hangulatos városrészben. - Nagyon jó szállás egy régi fagerendás épületben, szuper hangulatos környéken, közel mindenhez. Legközelebb is szívesen megszállnánk itt.

• Edith (9/5): - Zentrale Lage in Trastevere, um von dort in die Stadt zu kommen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Unkomplizierte Schlüssel Übergabe und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Das Apartment liegt in einer Seitengasse zur Hauptstraße und man hört den Lärm.
• Fernanda (10/5): Perfect stay - Wonderful stay in Rome. The adresse couldn’t be better. Trastevere is a lovely place. We walk everywhere, close to nice cafes, restaurants, groceries. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
