• Helen (9/5): Comfortable stay near family. - The apartment had a Comfy bed. The shower was good. The apartment was warm. It has a great view over Bristol. The balcony is a great asset especially for summer. There was car parking. Maybe some written instructions for the washing machine and central heating boiler. Air BnB/rentals are expensive in Bristol and this was inline with prices!
• Helen (7/5): Spacious - The apartment is located about 50 mins walk from Bristol Centre and has a parking space which is a real bonus. The apartment is well-presented and looks nice. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was really clean with large towels provided. We had plenty of space as a family of four. You enter the apartment on the ground floor but the balcony at the back gives you first floor views which was very confusing from the initial photos when we were booking. There are lots or eating places nearby on Whitelady Road/Blackboy Road which we were directed to on our first night by a very friendly passer-by. We walked into Bristol mostly but there is a bus service that runs from the Centre to a stop a couple of roads away from the apartment. There were no instructions for using the appliances and we ended up giving up with the dishwasher (lots of others must have too as the dishwashing tablets provided were extremely old). Lots of little repairs are needed around the apartment - toilet roll holder has come away from the wall in the bathroom and there are some wall holes that need filling. The parking space can be very tight to manoeuvre into when other cars are parked.

• SANDI (10/5): Impressive apartment - Beautiful spacious well laid out apartment. Off street parking, secure and exceptionally clean. Balcony at rear with lovely view of trees. Convenience store next door plus pizza place. Other food stores and restaurants nearby. Kitchen is well equipped. There wasn't anything I didn't like however just an observation that a dryer would be really convenient. There is a drying rack available.

• Paul (6/5): It was pleasant to stay in and comfortable, however when we first arrived, the toilet wasn’t clean. - The location and view is amazing. Safe area, and there’s a convenience store right next to it. Good heating system, and kitchen was pretty. When we came, the toilet wasn’t clean so I had to clean it myself.
• Alan (10/5): Couldn't have been better! - Garden View was an ideal location, 5 minutes walk from our daughter and family, and with son visiting from Canada allowed us to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday together. The spacious open plan layout for lounge/dining/kitchen and balcony was great for them all to drop in on us and 11yr old grandson was very excited that he could come on his own after school. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well fitted out and the views over Redland Green and across the city were terrific. Pizzaland next door, convenience store and bakers close and Waitrose and bus network nearby. hardly worth a mention but we would have liked some small glasses for fruit juice or a drop of whisky!

• Leanne (9/5): Very enjoyable stay and would happily stay again. - Great property with amazing views over the city. Very comfortable with a well accessorised kitchen. Not really a negative but there is no chest of drawers in the bedroom.
• Spencer (9/5): Great place to stay in Bristol - Great location (even if not central) as close to the Downs. Parking. Quiet. Lovely views out the back. We could bring our dog and there was a park out the back for walks. Close to big supermarket. Cooking smells from another flat coming through into the bathroom.
• Spencer (9/5): Very nice and practical place to stay - Overall very good. Big, comfortable, clean, quiet and ideal for us (with a dog) as next to a big park. Also off road parking in front of the building. The kitchen was good but lacking a bit in equipment eg no baking trays, jugs, potato masher and the pans were small. Perhaps there aren’t many people who cook these days.

• Cook (9/5): Perfect little property in Redland. - The property was lovely. Everything was very clean and the little balconies were perfect to have a morning coffee on. Gorgeous view of Redland green Gaining access wasn’t smooth. The code didn’t come through until late so had to ring the property owner. Closing the property also wasn’t super easy. The codes were a little frustrating. The plates and mugs in the cupboard had been put away wet so needed another clean before use. Not big issues though. Loved my stay.
