Felix (8/5): A Wonderful Second Stay at Vinhomes! - This is my second time staying at Vinhomes Central Park Premier Apartment, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right by Landmark 81 and Central Park, making it convenient for both leisure walks and easy access to the nearby mall.
Danielle (4/5): - I was extremely disappointed in this apartment. There was no communication to advise it was a privately rented apartment. We got in at 2pm and they were still cleaning it. Shoes for the owner were left lying around and we found used dirty condom in the bedroom. The bathroom was riddled with mould. The only thing that saved this accommodation was the amazing views. Short of that I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone stays at this property.

PETER (8/5): - Overall is okay, clean room, easy to communicate with the owner. Except the security guard at the front desk is very mean, so rude, lazy, not willing to help. The front desk officer are mean and lazy too. They don't want to help. I checked out at 12 noon, I need to stay in the waiting room at the lobby until 1 pm to wait for the car to pick up. But the security guard didn't open the door for me to get in. I also ask the front desk officer for the room access but they are rude. They didn't care.

PETER (10/5): - It is super clean room, friendly, easy on communication, respond very quick if you need help. Very honest people. I forgot the phone charger. They keep it and return it to me when I asked them. All equipments are working well.

Brendan (4/5): - Booked here so I could use the pool which was in the photos and after checking in, I was told you can only use the pool in you stay over a month with the approval of the owner. The only reason I booked here was for the pool, it should not have it in the pictures if it can’t be used. It’s misleading. I definitely would not of booked here if I knew I couldn’t use the pool.

Ha Thanh Huynh (8/5): - Located in an exclusive areas of the city. Difficult to travel in/out of the areas as taxi service has difficulty locating the exact location. The apartment has a washing machine which is very useful for extended stay. The gym is extremely hot due to temperature being set at 28C. There is no reception lobby; however, the contacting agent has been responsive and efficient to ensure smooth check-in process..

Louise (2/5): - Firstly these apartments are rented out privately and this apartment didn’t have the basic utensils for a self contained unit. No coffee cups no glasses except for 2 wine glasses. There were hardly any cooking utensils but worst of all no access to the swimming pools. I recommend people check first when booking these types of accommodation because you either cannot use the pool or they charge 200,000 dong per person per day which is outrageous. We couldn’t use the pool at all for our whole stay. Whilst the Vinhome Landmark Apartments are in a good area there is very little local food stalls available and the Vincom Shopping Centre is so expensive. Stay away from booking these private apartments. Technically the complex doesn’t allow owners to rent out but they still do. Very disappointed considering this was our first stay in Ho Chi Minh.

From reasonable pricing to attentive customer care, and even the smallest details in arranging amenities for guests, everything is top-notch. The apartment is comfortable, clean, fragrant, and cool, creating a pleasant atmosphere. As someone who has experienced this place firsthand, I am very satisfied with this apartment. I will definitely book here again without any hesitation. I give it a score of 10/10.
Jonathan (10/5): Love my stay at tis property - We booked a surperior two bedroom apartment for 9 nights and we really enjoyed the place. It was in Landmard 5. The apt was spacious and clean. Just a few steps away from landmark 81, we loved the conveniences of shopping stores and the restaurant and the river park nearby. The owner Thao Nguyen was very nice, she let us in early than the standard check in time once the apartment was ready. She always replys to our questions via Zalo and promptly sent helps when we needed urgent requests. She was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. She also offered to keep our luggages after the checkout time so we could tour more of Saigon city as our flight was later into the evening. Between a hotel and the apartment, I would pick the apartment again when I'm thinking of revisiting Saigon, Vietnam, additional amenities, conveniences, comfortable, feeling like living at home. Also, the night rate was very affordable.

Kien (10/5): - Exceptional Rental Experience I recently had the pleasure of renting this Vinhomes in Landmark 4 and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly maintained. The cleaning team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The floors were polished, the bathrooms were sanitized, and the kitchen was sparkling clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the linens and amenities, which were always fresh and clean. The property management team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns I had. The check-in process was seamless, and the communication was clear and concise. The location of landmark 4 was perfect for my needs. It was close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, my experience at this Vinhomes was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable rental experience.
Brigid (6/5): - When we arrived, there was no shower curtain, limited towels provided. We have to request hand towels. The bathtub is about 21/2 ft tall that we have to climb in and out with no handhold. It is not handicapped and elderly friendly. Spacious kitchen with basic pot/pan, silverware,etc., It has washing machine in the unit, but no English instruction. TV channel has only CNN available, it is not friendly for someone who could not understand Vietnamese language. The staff tried their best to accommodate us setting the Netflix TV in English caption to no success. Safe neighborhood and accessible to restaurants and stores.

Both were not available. When I asked about both I was told the pool was not available for short term rentals. The gym availability inquiry was lost in translation. Contact renter first before booking, in order to make sure these are available, if you want access to gym and pool.

WILLIAM (10/5): - The person that contacted me was excellent. If I messaged her she contacted me almost immediately. Room was clean, spacious and very quiet plus a great view of Saigon from the balcony.

Anson (6/5): - The Good: - The location is very convenient for everywhere I want to go, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. - House keeping is available during my stay - The owner is very communicative and always ensures everything runs smoothly. Whenever I make a request, she promptly provides. The bad: - The restroom has a lot of mold around the corners - The apartment appliances are cheap. Mostly made out of very thin plastic. -The apartment does not look the pictures posted on Expedia. - The apartment fills with alot of fragrances to hide the existing smell, maybe moldy smell? - The exhaust fan in the restroom is very weak and covered in visible dust. -The bed is as hard as a rock, and my back hurts every morning. -The bed sheet feels cheap, almost like it’s made of very thin plastic. While ironing my clothes on the bed because I did not see an ironing board, I accidentally burned the sheet. It burned very easily with just a little heat, and I could even smell the plastic. Honestly, for the price, this apartment is not worth it. It doesn’t look like the pictures.
Aliza (10/5): - This is a beautiful clean apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The owner is helpful in every way and makes sure to contact you to ensure a smooth stay. She was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage with her after we checked out. I can't say enough good things about her and the apartment!

Nirav (10/5): - Ann, our host was great. She was extremely understanding and helpful. She even volunteered to keep our bags after the checkout. The location of this apartment is great, right next to mall. The apartment itself is extremely spacious and great for family. Its extremely neat and tidy. Definitely would come back and definitely recommended.

Felix (8/5): Fantastic place to stay! - The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The interiors are well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities you could need, making it feel like a home away from home. Did not had the chance to use the facilities though. One of the highlights of staying here is its unbeatable location. The building is close to a variety of amenities, including a cinema that’s perfect for catching a late-night movie. After a relaxing film, it’s just a short walk back to your cozy apartment, which is so convenient and safe.

Hau (10/5): - I am guessing the view varies depending on the room you have. For me, the view is multi-million dollars. The host that I worked with was extremely friendly. She allows me to check in at noon, had a case of water ready for me in the room, and super responsive to every questions I had.

Vanessa (10/5): - Spent 4 nights in one of their 2bed/2baths units, and ended up extending our stay for another week. This is a great option for groups of 4-5, or for familes with children. I personally prefer to have a hangout spot and a kitchen, it was definitely better than booking 2 different hotel rooms. The rooms are clean and very modern, I was lucky to get the 35th floor with a balcony and city view. Location is great as well, there are restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance (and very easy to pickup Grab food deliveries too). The host is very nice and accomodating, they also provide room service like a normal hotel would, just note that towels are replaced upon request. Overall, my family and I had a great experience here and we'll definitely come back for our next trip!
Nelson (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Ann the Host is amazing, very kind and attentive. She will message you and ask if I needed anything. Installed a new TV system for me too. Central Park is the place to be. Secure, safe area and people are just nice. Malls, shops, convenience shops and restaurants within short walking distance 3 min. District 1 eg Vincom mall is only about 12 min away. Takashimaya mall, only 15 min by taxi, with traffic. Vincom centre is where Landmark 81 is. Cinema, ice rink, restaurants, and a large Vincommart etc. High end shops too. My one bedroom apartment was clean and comfy. Quiet. With balcony, washing machine hidden away on balcony. Aircon was perfect. Whenever you want the maid, just contact Ann. I also had a large rectangular table which was perfect for my work. Ann also told me the closest suitcase shop when I needed one at 8 am. I initially stayed for a week and extended it. The host makes a difference to your trip. 10/10. Nothing
MyeongYeol (10/5): 완벽했던 호치민 힐링 여행 - ○ 위치 ★★★★★ 2군지역 랜드마크81 바로 옆 아파트에요. ○ 접근성 ★★★★★ 바로 옆에 대 단위 상가가 조성되어 있어 다 사 먹으면 되고 그랩(카카오t앱으로 부를 수 있음) 정류장이 숙소 앞이라 편해요. ○ 숙소 컨디션★★★★☆ -장점 엘리베이터도 엄청나게 빠르고 6개 이상 있어서 혼잡하거나 오래 기다리지 않아요. 화장실, 싱크대, 냉장고, 방 청결 상태 매우 만족입니다. 특히 내려다 보이는 뷰가 환상적이었습니다. -단점 다만, 킹사이즈 침대와 더블 침대 두개 모두 컨디션이 혼자 자면 괜찮은데, 2명부터는 너무 심하게 꺼질 것 같네요. 매트릭스만 개선되면 최고입니다! ○ 숙소 주변 추천 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리는 수변 공원이 정말 잘 되어 있어요. 매일 저녁 버스킹도 하고 앉아 쉬기도 좋아요. 선착장도 별로 멀지 않습니다. 랜드마크1아파트 1층(81 광장쪽) massage Ngoc Vin spa 여기 마사지사 중 남자 분 추천해요. 덩치있는 분이요. 베트남 이번에 4일동안 8번 마사지 받았는데 이 분이 제일 잘했어요. 랜드마크81 안 지하에 텍사스치킨 (아마도 프랜차이즈) 강추해요. 여기 닭 4조각이 한국 한 마리보다 살이 많음. 한국 프라이드 치킨과 KFC중간 쯤 맛인데 괜찮았어요.

Phuc (10/5): - Căn hộ có vẻ đã sử dụng 5-6 năm nhưng nhìn chung là sạch sẽ, và đầy đủ tiện nghi, chủ nhà cũng rất nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh khi mình cần hỗ trợ. Tiện ích xung quanh đầy đủ: quán cf, nhà hàng, shopping mall, siêu thị, cái gì cũng có. Bắt taxi cũng rất dễ dàng. Mình sẽ lại tiếp tục ở đây cho kì nghỉ dài tiếp theo của mình.

VuCa (4/5): - Had bad experience. Owner didn’t register my stay so I was raided. No house keeping. Only had 1 time when I asked for it. Had to take my own trash out. No toiletries and had to buy my own. Bed is very uncomfortable.
Betsey (10/5): Exceptional - Ann has been a wonderful host. Very responsive & professional. The AC in the elevators are not set to a cool temperature so it can be very stuffy and hot.
Kenneth (10/5): - Property was on the highest floor which I liked. The view is amazing. The property was clean and also has a wash machine. The host made it very easy to check in with clear instructions. She is very accommodating. This trip was for business to close a trade deal and the location of the property is central to everything. I highly recommend this property. I will book again per every trip to HCMC

They only need to improve the bedroom. The mattress is hard, and they need something more comfortable to lay on.

peter (6/5): - I like my stay communication wasn’t the best. I booked 2 different apartments. Shouldn’t advertise a pool when it’s not accessible. Only residents can access pool. Other than that area is very nice with shopping and dining options. Elevator would go in and out so it was hard at times on higher floors.
