- Pascal (6/5): - La machine à laver Manque d'ustensiles pour la cuisine (poêle, couverts,...). Un micro-ondes aurait été appréciable ou éventuellement un four. La douche était petite et pas facile à régler. Le parking dans la rue coûte horriblement cher (3,40 €/heure entre 9h00 et 22h00, sauf samedi et dimanche gratuit) et il faut utiliser une application (HandyParken) pas pratique et seulement en allemand.

- Stephanie (10/5): Immer eine Reise wert - Die Wohnung liegt im schönen, gemütlichen Meidling. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für uns 2 Erwachsene und einen 17-Jährigen. Auch der kleine Hund fühlte wohl. Fussläufig sind Schönbrunn, U-Bahn Stationen, Bus Haltestellen, eine eingezäumte Hundewiese und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar! Es gibt viel zu erkunden🙂👍🏻

- Raluca (8/5): - The area was very quiet and clean. The apartment was well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower cabin door was about to fall off, and we risked getting cut by it. It definitely needs to be replaced. Although it says there is a coffee machine, it did not work very well, and there were only four capsules. This was not a major issue, but we could not find any more capsules to buy, as it was a specific brand that was not available in every supermarket. In one of the apartments (the two-bedroom one), there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

- anna kristela (4/5): - Close to Schonbrunn. Far from the downtown.. Bed is not comfortable, hard to sleep. Therebus coffee pods byt ni nespresso machine. There is coffee machine but no coffee. There is washing machine in site but no dryer. Hot water runs out. The building is dirty and not maintained. In the 3rd floor, there is an elevator but only 1 can go in with luggage.

- Johan (4/5): Teleurstellend - Koelkast nog vol met aangebroken eten, douche waarvan het water niet wegloopt en dus steeds overstroomde. Zou de volgende dag worden gerepareerd, maar 6 dagen lang niemand komen opdagen. Met 4 mensen en 36 graden is douchen wel handig. Geen ventilator...zou worden gebracht...u raadt het al.

- Sylvia (7/5): Für ein paar Tage ist es eine nette super gelegene Unterkunft. - Top Lage, Sauberkeit, schnell antwortender hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Heizung lief bereits als ich abends ankam im Winter. Das tolle ital Restaurant um die Ecke. Einkaufszentrum und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Schloss Schönbrunn mit tollem Weihnachtsmarkt fußläufig und die U-Bahn ist auch nicht weit. Nur ein paar Stationen ins Zentrum. Ruhiges Haus und Wohnviertel. Bei der sauberkeit im Detail (Krümel auf den Stühlen, geschirr) und der Ausstattung ( u.a. Matratze sehr weich, um es nett auszudrücken, heizstrahler bad war der Schalter zugeklebt, und mir fiel als erstes das Rollo auf den Kopf als ich es runterlassen wollte...ein Rollo fehlte bereits) ist Luft nach oben...
- Christian (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! - Charme einer Altbauwohnung im Herzen Meidlings. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Infrastruktur (Buslinie 9A direkt vor dem Haus, U-Bahn wenige Gehminuten entfernt, Restaurants, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe). Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus (Achtung: Kurzparkzone Mo. - Fr. 09:00 bis 22:00 Uhr!). Knarrende Wohnungstür und vor allem Badezimmertür, sodass der Partner bei Betreten des Bades immer gestört wurde. Matratze im Bett sehr weich, muss man mögen. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: 3-4 Kleiderhaken + Schuhablage im Vorzimmer/Küche (wichtig vor allem in der kalten Jahreszeit).

- Monika (8/5): - Ústretový majiteľ, výborná komunikácia, reagoval okamžite na požiadavky. Apartmány by potrebovali menšiu rekonštrukciu. Niektoré veci v apartmáne chýbali, my sme napr. nemali dostatok tanierov a rýchlovarnú konvicu.

- Christos (8/5): Πρακτική και ήσυχη - Καθαρό και διπλά σε στάση λεωφορείου. Μόλις 5 λεπτά από το μετρό με το λεωφορείο. Πολύ καλή θέρμανση και ζεστό νερό όλη μέρα. Μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις τα πάντα από τον σχετικό πίνακα μέσα στο σπίτι. Πολύ μεγάλο το υπνοδωμάτιο. Η περιοχή εξαιρετικά ήσυχη και ασφαλής. Υπάρχουν πολύ κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ, πιτσαρία και κατάστημα για είδη καπνού ενώ στα 7-8 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεις πεζόδρομο με διάφορα καταστήματα. Επίσης το παλάτι Schonbrunn είναι προσβάσιμο και με τα πόδια σε 15-20 λεπτά. Εκτός του κεντρικού κρεβατιού που είναι τεράστιο όλα τα άλλα είναι εξαιρετικά μικρά στα όρια του άβολου. Τα μαξιλάρια χρειάζονται σίγουρα αλλαγή καθώς έχουν διαλυθεί εσωτερικά από τη χρήση. Η εξωτερική πόρτα του κτιρίου είχε πρόβλημα και δεν άνοιγε με το θυροτηλέφωνο. Ήθελε χρήση κλειδιού. Πέρα από κάποιες κρεμάστρες δεν υπάρχει ντουλάπα κάτι που ίσως δυσκολέψει κάποιους που θα χρειαστεί να μείνουν για αρκετές ημέρες.

- Johanna (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut! Man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn, der Bus fährt vor der Tür! Der Gastgeber ist schnell erreichbar und hilft sofort weiter! Föhn & Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Es ist reichlich Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden! Das große Bett ist sehr gemütlich! Teile der Ausstattung ist sehr alt und entsprechend zum Teil kaputt (z.B. Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer, Wäscheständer). Keine Möglichkeit das zweite Zimmer abzudunkeln, die Nachbarn von gegenüber können durchgehend reinschauen. Es war oberflächlich sauber (frische Bettwäsche, Boden etc.), an einigen Stellen sieht man jedoch, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde. Ein Geschirrtuch wäre schön, um das gespülte Geschirr abzutrocknen.

- M_tomov (6/5): Descend - In terms of location the apartment is fantastic for schönbrunn. The apartment is decently clean with comfortable beds. Other than Schönbrunn palace the apartment is 30-35 min from the city centre. The metro line is direct but it is good 10-15 min walking distance to get there. The biggest problem we had was that there are no restaurants or coffee shops near. None whatsoever. This together with the fact that in Austria supermarkets close at 6 PM in Satuday and do NOT open in Sunday made dinner difficult. Finally, the owner was really nice when I made the booking and before our arrival but when we arrived there was no one to let us in and we had to wait 10 min before a random lady from the block let us in. Overall, I would recommend this apartment if you cannot find any better ones. (I started looking for an apartment 1,5 before my trip, so many better options were already booked)
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is located in very good spot, close to metro and bus, easy to get everywhere. Grocery markets in the neighbourhood, little playground for kids. The only thing we found a little minus was no permanent heating in the bathroom. There is an electric heater so you can warm the room up beforehand but with kids it was just a little bit extra work to remember about ;)
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable apartment (I absolutely adore the high ceilings). With all the necessities for a short vacation: a small separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The little kitchen is perfect to make a light breakfast, snacks or a quick meal. It's equipped with a small fridge, stove, kettle, a capsule Coffee-machine and a sink as well. We spent most of the time sightseeing and exploring various parts of the city, so the fact that there's a bus stop in the street was perfect for us. As well as a few more bus lines and an underground station within a short walking distance. We were left absolutely breathless by the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace which is basically around the corner with its extensive garden area. As for shopping we've visited two small shopping centers, some coffeeshops, restaurants and discounters in the neighborhood.
- Gordana (9/5): Superb - Nice small apartment, perfectly clean, on great location for our purpose - on walking distance to Schonbrunn park/ZOO/Technical Museum. The owner was very helpful especially with starting heating on fiddly gas furnace.
- Bozhidar (9/5): Good place to say for the money. - It was very nicely decorated with a nice location (the 9A stop is right next to it). A very big bed with clean sheets and very comfortable mattress and pillows. - The heating was a little bit tricky to turn on a more easier way would be better. - When we arrived there were no slippers and the floor was cold to walk on with socks only and we had to buy slippers from BILLA. - Microwave would be good to have. - The remote for the TV seemed not to be working.

- Kardenakhlishvili (9/5): Overall good place to stay - The apartment is clean and has big rooms. It’s designed simply and nice. Host is helpful and very responsive, they allowed us early check in which was nice :) Bus stop and grocery shops are nearby. Schönbrunn palace is also close, the street where apartment is located is really quiet. I think it’s a good place to stay for 4 people. Beds were comfortable (mostly). Bed for 5th person was uncomfortable:( also metro is little far (15min by walk).

- Samantha (8/5): Lovely apartment in a convenient area - The property was conveniently located and modern. Had a working stove, coffee machine, kettle and toastie maker (no oven!) It's small but does the job for two people. The host was very responsive and helpful. There wasn't a washing machine as advertised, but that didn't matter so much. Could get a little chilli hut there's heating to help.

- Petru (6/5): Fair stay - Clean bathroom, amenities in the kitchen, convenient bar/eating table and couch. The apartment had big windows, with plenty of light. The bathroom: it is not heated at all, cold walls, steam and moisture buildup as it was winter and cold during the visit. Also the window leads into the inner hallway of the building- hence minimal privacy, as people can pass by the window. Suggestion: add a rolling curtain :) The heating system in the apartment was an old gas heater, and it was no mention during the booking/description that this was the type of the heater. Also no visible gas / smoke detectors were installed - considering this type of gas flame system would require such.

- Agink (6/5): Acceptable for the price - The property was clean and very reasonably priced. The check in and checkout process were straightforward. The host was approachable and helpful. 1) Distance from the metro station - it’s about 20min walk to the station. 2) The flat can use some extra equipments such as a mirror (the is only a small mirror in the bathroom and no mirrors elsewhere in the flat) and an iron.

- Vladimir (9/5): Money worth. - The place is excellent organized. Big enough for family of 4. Good equipped, clean. Close to Senbrun, but takes some time to get to metro (about 10-15min walk). It os clean, good looking, with super comfortable beds. Heating could be better, it took some time to heat the place in these cold days. There was no instructions for heating and wifi. Also few accessable plugs would be useful

- Limbania (9/5): Almost perfect for a long stay - I temporarily moved to another apartment, but it worked out well—the owner responded quickly and made everything smooth, even refreshing my original place with clean sheets and towels. The apartment had good lighting, was clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was small but had everything I needed, except for a washing machine. My original apartment didn’t have a washing machine, which was a problem since I was staying in Vienna for three weeks. I brought it up with the owner, and they offered me the option of moving and doing laundry in another apartment. That apartment was also quite nice, but it had a very strong scent, possibly perfume, that I found unpleasant. It made me sneeze frequently while I was there, but besides that, everything was quite comfortable.

- Доника (9/5): Not in the center, but it's not a problem - The apartment was not in the center but in a very communicative place, in a 15 mins of walk next to two metro stations, bus station, hop on hop of buses and Schönbrunn. So we had a easy access to the most of the places that we wanted to visit. The room was clean, neat and comfy.

No instructions for Wi-fi and the TV... - Clean and quite environment. 2 of 4 beds were uncomfortable simply you feel that is is had a hole in the middle. So cannot sleep normally, woke up several times with a pain in a back. No instruction for the Wi-fi password and TV manunal, so can't used it (the owner can simply write on a sheet of paper). No helpful info about nearest parking garage, bus station, metro or supermarket (simple sheet of map will solve it).

- Gina (5/5): Might work for one night but not for a long stay - Location, close to Schonbrunn Comfortable bed The host is renting a few apartments in this building, and while the description is the same, the apartments are very differently equipped. Therefore, the reviews are also different. Our apt. was located on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival, we found out that some facilities were missing while others were flimsy or malfunctioning. 1) A basic nominal kitchen with outdated stovetop and no hood—it's impossible to cook something there, so we used only the kettle. The excessive ice buildup in the freezer prevented from chilling even a bottle of water and gave us an idea how the equipement is maintained. The toaster listed in the description was missing. 2) The bathroom/toilet window leads into the corridor= a nightmare and lack of privacy if you need to use it in the evening and turn the lights on. No toothbrush box or at least a rack where you can store your bathroom amenities. The shower lacks an organizer, so the only solution if you want to take a shower is to place all your bathroom amenities on the floor. The washing machine listed in the description was missing. 3) No wardrobe or closet as listed in the description, just a clothes rack, so if you come for a long stay, you'll have to keep your clothes and small personal belongings in the luggage. And that is also a problem because the room is so tight that you barely find a place to store two luggages. 4) TV—only Netflix, requiring a subscription. 5) Walls with chipped paint and poor lighting in the common area give you the sensation of poorly maintained building. This is our 6th stay in Wien. We always rent an apartment and have visited many cities across Europe, but for the first time we were disappointed by our accommodation. If you come here to sleep for one night, it might work; otherwise, look for something else.

- Alexandra (9/5): A really pleasant stay in Vienna - Clean, spatious, a walk of 15 minutes to Schönbrunn, a good match for our family with two 10 and 12 y old boys. I was glad the apart had a washing machine. It can get uncomfortable when it is hot outside without air conditioning. The bathroom does not have a ventilator.
- Darko (8/5): Very good - Location is 10 minutes by walk from Schonbrunn and subway, peacefull and quite neighbourhood. Apartment has everything you need, kitchen is fully equiped. Only bad thing was tv that was out of order. I tried to change the batteries but nothing. Tv wasnt fix while we where there (4 nights).

- Silviu (10/5): Excellent stay - The location is perfect for visiting Schonbrunn but also other Vienna places. From Meidling public transport station there are 10 minutes to the apartment and from apartment 10 minutes to Gloriette Schonbrunn. Is very clean, easy acces to the apartment, nice conversation with the owner (all the necessary info were provided prior our arrival and were very clear). In the apartment you have 6 places to sleep ( 2 single beds, one large double bed and 2 single extensible couches). There is a small fridge enough for couple of days, the washing machine has also a dryer and a very useful program Wash and wear (also washing powder was provided). Thank you for the stay and we'll book again when we'll visit Wien again! Ps: A big big thank you to the owner for allowing us to check in earlier that the usual hour of 4PM. We had the flight in the morning and for my mother and our two daughters having the accomodation available around 12 PM was fabulous. DANKE!
