• Monica (10/5): Ruhige Ferien - Die Ruhe sowie der Garten zur eigenen Benutzung. Sowie der Parkplatz nicht an der Strasse. Die Nähe zum Strand.
• Joerg (8/5): Gut und günstig, gerne wieder. - Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig am hinteren Ende des Grundstücks. Es gibt eine schöne überdachte Terrasse direkt im Garten. Etwa 3 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker und einen „Tante Emma“ Laden. Die Promenade ist nach etwa 15 Minuten Spaziergang zu erreichen. Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück ist etwas speziell. Unser Auto (Mercedes B-Klasse) setzte heftig auf, so das wir dann lieber an der Straße geparkt haben. Das war problemlos möglich. Besteck und Geschirr waren sehr übersichtlich. Es hätten ein paar Teile mehr sein können.

• Iuliana Mioara (10/5): - Ne-am simțit excelent aici, a fost o vacanță pe cinste! Locația este super, la doar doi pași de faleză, perfectă pentru plimbările de seară. Din prima clipă am observat cât de curat era totul – pur și simplu strălucea, iar gazdele sunt genul de oameni care chiar sunt atenți la cele mai mici detalii. Ne-a plăcut terasa. Oferă super multă intimitate, e locul perfect în care să te relaxezi seara fără să te deranjeze nimeni. Mai mult, când ne-am cazat, am găsit pe masă o sticlă de vin cadou din partea lor. Un gest foarte frumos care ne-a mers direct la suflet! Recomand din toată inima, noi sigur vom mai reveni.

• Andre (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - Tranquillité, confort, jardin Rien matériellement, juste déçu de n’avoir eu aucun contact avec le propriétaire
• Philippe (8/5): Bel endroit dans la nature proche de la mer et de la ville - Joli jardin, belle terrasse, parking privé, proche de tout. Appartement petit avec des équipements pas très confortables : Douche très étroite, eau chaude aléatoire, salle de bains avec de l'eau qui déborde près du WC, une seule plaque chauffante marche, les chaises en plastique ne sont pas solides (une s'est cassée dès que l'on s'est assis dessus). Des chiens du voisinage ont pas mal aboyé un soir.

Quando arrivi ad un alloggio e non trovi nessuno, devi chiamare per la chiave perché chi doveva lasciarla sulla porta si è dimenticato... piace un pò meno
• Dunja13 (9/5): Small lovely garden house near the Kalamata beach - Nice small garden house near the beach. Lovely, a bit wild nature/garden by the house. Perfect for 2 people, but enough room also for 3. The bed was really comfortable. Kitchen area is small, but included basic things and even a bit more (coffee machine, kettle, sandwich grill, small oven). City is 30 minutes to walk. Everything was as it was described in booking, so no need to complain.

• Rafael (10/5): Nice place and it can fit three people but it's very tight. - Very nice garden with an outside seating area and the host was accommodating to our delayed arrival. It's by design but you can't let the AC running while you run a quick errand.
• VASILIKI (10/5): - Το σπίτι είναι είναι από τα λίγα που συνδυάζουν ηρεμία, άνεση και πολυτέλεια! Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, διακοσμημένο όμορφα και προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια! Όταν κάθεσαι στην βεράντα έχεις την αίσθηση ότι είσαι μέσα σε μια μικρή ζούγκλα! Ένα από τα καλύτερα δωμάτια που έχουμε μείνει! Όλα ήταν τέλεια...δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό
• Effie Sim (10/5): - Ήρθαμε με τον σύζυγο και το γιο. Το σπίτι ήταν ανετο, πεντακάθαρο με όμορφο κήπο και ιδιωτικοτητα Το στρώμα πολύ ξεκούραστο, τα σεντόνια κι οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολουσαν. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Άριστη επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες.
• Nina (9/5): - We liked the private garden, the entrance to the place is very nicely hidden. Our privacy wasn't disturbed throughout our stay. The apartment has most necessary and some random items, that were appreciated! So we then left some of our items, like laundry detergent, razors, baby toys. Hopefully can be used by next guests. It is close to the sea, which is a great plus. The bakery next to it is not good, but you can order food and drinks, everything comes quickly! I wish we did it more often. Some nights the neighbor dogs started barking in the middle of the night, so we had to close the window. Some nights it was too hot for that though! They barked for 20-30 minutes, then stopped. Then they started again in the morning. Maybe the owners can talk to the neighbors about it, but sometimes nothing can be done about it, so we don't hold it against them. Also, one stovetop didn't work (but the other one did) and there was an always wet spot on the bathroom floor, next to the shower (like a leakage of some kind). But apart from that everything that we used was very convenient. Oh yeah, maybe some additional ambient(not bright) light could be installed, but that is an issue of almost all places that we've stayed in – there isn't appropriate (dim) lighting for when you want to just chill with your family in the evening.

Olemas veekeedukann, kohviaparaat, võileivagrill, pliit+ahi. Pesumasin ja konditsioneer. Randa ja poodi 10 minutit. Oleks tahtnud seal kauem olla.

• sophia krem (10/5): - Το διαμερισμα ήταν σε όλα άριστο. Άνετο, περιποιημένο και διακοσμημένο με προσωπικές πινελιές, πολύ καθαρό, εξοπλισμένο με ο, τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για τη διαμονή του. Το καλύτερο απ'όλα όμως ήταν η βεράντα του μέσα σε έναν κήπο "ζούγκλα", που ήταν αποκλειστικής χρήσης του σπιτιού. Ούτε βλέπαμε άλλους, ούτε μας έβλεπαν! Η απόλυτη απομόνωση μέσα στην πόλη! Απολαμβάναμε το πρωινό και το ποτό μας σε ένα υπέροχο περιβάλλον με φόντο τις μπανανιές και τα λουλούδια και δεν μας έκανε όρεξη να ξεκολλήσουμε. Πραγματικά απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας! . Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. Αρκετά κοντά στην παραλία, τις ταβέρνες και τα beach bar, οπου πας με τα πόδια, αλλά όχι το μεσημέρι με τη ζέστη. Πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικόυς δρόμους και σε σουπερμάρκετ. Είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για διακοπές στην Καλαμάτα. Η μόνη παρατήρηση που θα μπορούσα να κάνω είναι ότι χρειάζεται μια πινακίδα γιατί δύσκολα διακρίνεται από τον δρόμο το στενάκι που είναι κρυμμένο το σπιτάκι.

• Chris (9/5): Thank you for a lovely stay. - A lovely quiet place with a beautiful garden. A bakery and shop were within a minute or two's walk, and it is only a few hundred metres from the sea where there are many restaurants. Nothing I can think of.

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing, the apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stuffed with all you need for cooking. Accommodation is close to beach. Terrasse is amazing place for outside eating. Even washing machine was in there! Very thoughtful and amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Although it is long way to the downtown,there is no problem to get there,because local buses can take you there every 20-25min. from the stops along the beach.Also taxi is available. Longer holiday
