• Naimah (5/5): Not really satisfied - The location I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay. First, the bathroom door latch was not properly aligned with the latch hole, which made it impossible to lock the door properly. I also noticed that the sauna was still listed as one of the available facilities even though it was under maintenance. It would be better to update or temporarily remove it from the facility list to avoid confusion for guests. Additionally, on Sunday at approximately 6:55 AM, someone opened my room door. When I asked who it was, I was told that it was a mistake and they had entered the wrong room. I appreciate that the matter was addressed after I made a complaint, and I’m thankful for the complimentary late check-out provided afterwards. However, overall, the experience was still quite disappointing. Even for a simple request such as coffee sachets and sugar, I had to send three separate messages before receiving them. I understand that issues can happen, but I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

• Nadiah (9/5): Luxurious studio in prime location - Great room, very clean and well furnished. Definitely had a luxurious feel. Was a little confused with Banyan Tree Signatures Residences vs Hotel. They are at the same area just used different elevators to access different rooms/suites.
• Aminah (6/5): Nice room, but service could be better - The room was clean, spacious,comfortable and cold. Kitchenette includes microwave and washer dryer with dishwashing soap, dish sponge and laundry detergent also provided. Host was poor at giving directions. They instructed us to take Exit B from the MRT but there is no exit B. When asked where the link bridge was from Pavillion mall (i.e. which floor, which shops to look for) they couldn’t give a proper answer and only said that the signage would be clear (it was not, we had to ask a few guards). Netflix was provided in the room but depending on how many other rooms are watching, you might not be able to watch. When asked, the staff just said I have to wait till it’s not peak hours. Extra pillows were not available as the hotel says they ran out because it’s a full house.

• Norhayu (8/5): Comfortable, spacious, and clean room—great for families, with apartment-style facilities. - Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean—very suitable for families. The facilities were well-equipped, more like an apartment, which made the stay very convenient. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls and most places within walking distance, which is a big plus. The hotel staff was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. One downside was the air conditioning, which was not cold enough even after we informed the hotel. A technician did come to check, but the temperature remained the same and was still not satisfactory.

• Howric (3/5): I felt not welcome every time ago into the property because it was Airbnb treatment. And many people live in those apart - The location was good. These rooms they are used like Airbnb accommodation there is no reception. The welcoming people are non-existence. I felt not welcome every time I go because these rooms are selective Airbnb style. And the swimming pool and gym there is a sign saying short state people not allowed to use the pool and gym.
• Wong (8/5): - There is no on / off switch for the lights in the pantry area . It is only on when you stand in front of the pantry but only last for 30 seconds. This is very bad for the eyes when you have to use a knife to cut open an orange or peel an apple. I have notified the management office , they have sent a technician to check it out and said the set up is as is. He then told me to turn on the fan hood which has lights on but then the fan noise is so loud you cannot watch tv. The technician then helped to turn off the fan which there is a button on top of the fan. I do not think that this is a good idea even though I can get constant lighting but the 2 lights in the pantry keep on and off every 30 seconds if I stand in front of the pantry. This is a very negative point to an apartment.

• BELLAVINI (9/5): Nice clean apartment with a perfect location, 5 minutes to pavilion mall, and 15/20 mins walking to Suriah KLCC Mall - The room is clean and well maintained, the staff that take care of my bookings and room they are fast to take care all of my concerns, just I got the room with no view ( building next door), location that connects to the pavilion mall is my main interest to choose this apartment. None of it about the property and the room, only about the Nepali security that got into my nerves, i’m coming out from the elevator just to grab some items right in front of their table and going back up , it’s right in front of him I’m passing through but he ask me if I’m staying there or no, ( it’s my 3rd nights there ) and this guy always open the door for the first 2 nights. They should be trained how to talk politely to the guest.

• Theng Theng (4/5): Both location and room are good. - The check in experience was the worst ever. Was being informed to text the person once reached. After texting, was told to wait at the lobby. After waiting for almost 20minutes, there is no sign of the person in charge. Texted the PIC again, she was saying that we should check in at 16th floor but we can't go up to 16th floor on our own, we have to wait for the bell boy. We waited for another 15min, we finally saw the bell boy. When we asked whether we need to show the booking details? He said no need as he managed to "guess" we are the guests he was looking for. That posted a concern on safety staying in this hotel. During check out, another "guessing game" happened. We met 2 hotel PICs asking whether we want to check out. We said yes and we were being asked to pass them the room keys. After paying them the food we consumed, we requested for receipt but there is no receipt provided.

• Alif BN (9/5): - Great location, directly connected to Pavilion with plenty of facilities. Having laundry and a dryer is a big win for long trips like ours. The room was spacious and comfortable. No complimentary water bottles, body soap or shampoo were provided on the first day. We used the small water bottles in the pantry and were later charged per bottle, which felt unfair. Not sure if this should be the customer’s fault.

• Fatima (10/5): Loved every bit of it - Loved everything abt the room, spacious, clean, strong shower, has a bathtub, comfortable bed, can watch netflix & easy to bring stroller to pavilion. The workers were also friendly & helpful! Unfortunately, they did not have freezer ☹️

The whatsapps makes it easy for us to reach the customer service. Convenient location to access the malls. Feel safe there and the staff including those at level 1 entrance are friendly. Checking out is easy. Earlier check-in or late check out needs extra charge unlike some hotel chains on case by case basis. The check in was not as expected, I informed them prior to reaching hotel ard 3pm coming to check in. Was told someone will bring us up but ended we waited around 30mins or more to the room. Due to the limited time, we have no time to enjoy what it provides.

• Aldo (5/5): good location but the quality of the service was not to expectation - Location was good. large bed and bathroom The hotel was a very small type of hotel. Operated more like a AirB&B (but it was not). Only one key was available per room, they did not have any spare pillow, and several times the cleaning staff forgot to leave bath towels. When i asked for towels that were missing, i was informed they did not have any spare. Not what you expect from a hotel. Also no formal check in or check out location, all done at the entrance of the lifts. The room had a small kitchen but no means to cook any food and very limited in terms of glasses and plates. No towels. All communication with the hotel staff was via whatsapp.

A staff met us at the lobby to collect the keys from us upon check out 3. Staff were helpful on our every request 4. Communication with the admin were all via whatsapp 5. Location is strategic to KLCC and Pavillion 1. There were two keys given for different purposes. we requested for another set but that took a while to get done. But it was not a big deal just not efficient 2. we place DO NOT DISTURB tag outside or door for various reasons, but we got interrupted by housekeeper at around 1am (pressed the bell at least 3 times) to deliver water when we did not request for any AND we were already asleep. however the admin staff did apologise to us on behalf, thank you for the fruit basket. 3. our keys had issues twice during our stay. it was inconvenient for us to get it fixed as outside of work hours we only have WA as means of communciations and no front desk to approach 4. when we checked-in shampoo and bath soap were not available in our room, tho housekeeping sent these to us eventually. 4. Washing machine is very noisy. we did not complain about this as it still work. Just noisy. 5. There is not much information provided in the room 5. Not much cloth hanging spaces for three pax 6. Room for two and room for three are same sizes. the room is a bit small for 3 pax, it gets crowded. But just nice for two.

• Ramat (8/5): Nice, comfortable, relaxing and quiet stay, amidst the loud hustles and bustles of the city. - I like that they personally guided us to the checking-in procedures, and to our rooms as well. Because, the room numbers can be quite complicated. Not sure if the people at the ground floor/lobby are insynced. Coz I ever asked someone behind the desk for the correct address for Grab pick-up address, she seemed nonchalant.
• Nordyana (10/5): Worth every penny - 3rd time here. Will come back again. Location - next to pavilion. Just a bridge a way hehe Cleanliness - very clean Room - spacious and comfortable Staffs - very friendly and accommodating. If you have any problems you can contact them via whatsapp 24 hrs

• Jaan (8/5): Good accommodation, but the service is very poor - Great location and a comfortable room Lots of issues with service from the moment when I arrived for check-in. Staff memebrs were friendly, but mostly incompetent.
