• AHMED (7/5): Very good and nice. - Location is great. You can see the table mountain and the Ocean. It’s in 4th floor. It has a security gate and privet parking. Disturbing traffic from the adjacent street. The window insulation is poor during the rain; a little water leaks inside. it can be managed by butting towel.

• Sinokuhle (8/5): Aesthetic, peaceful and very modern - The apartment is very modern and the lighting was incredible, beautiful views, ocean views and etc. The windows were dirty, I had to open the windows to get beautiful photos and videos, gaining access to enter the complex was a struggle, the gate access pin only worked once , it felt easier to just stay in instead of going out

Our experience with offsite reception was disappointing. The receptionist was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I called to request gate access and was abruptly told that the code had already been sent to me earlier that morning. I tried to explain that I had checked my emails and could not find it. Although the code was eventually provided, the interaction made me feel like I was being an inconvenience, which left me feeling unwelcome.

A tiny microwave the plates do not fit inside 3. The bedroom light was blinking the whole time. Driving us mad 4. No soap tray in the shower 5. Someone needs to look into the tird on the windows. Wow!

• Gawula (5/5): Bad Service - Room was as it is advertised The fact that i requested and early checkin and i was denied. And later after i waited for 15h00 checkin the key was missing and waited for a good hour before i decided to leave the place to my other appointments without checking in after i waited from 11h00 for 15h00 to checkin. The lady was also not so very accomodating in this ordeal, her attitude was not assisting at all. I was tired arrived at 11h0p from Gauteng and needed to refresh to attend to my other activities. The property failed me with denying me an early checkin, and by then having no key when i had to check in, even worse not knowing who cleaned and what time they left and what happened to the key. Very bad service.

• Nhlanhla (9/5): - It's a beautiful place, we loved the location. The sea view is just perfect and just a walking distance away and the location is easy to access via Uber. We spent our first day without electricity. And there was no communication until we reached out.

The kettle was not working..however caretaker /manager was quick to get it replaced They are not accommodating or flexible. I've never had this problem with other booking. Com stays. Check in and out could be accommodated an hour before or after. We had to move around with luggage the whole day coz they couldn't even let us leave the bags at the accommodation place. Also the dishwasher does not function properly. The caretaker saw us loading the dishes. He should have told us this

• Colin (9/5): One of the best places we have stayed at - The flat was spotlessly clean. The views incredible. Not enough towel rails. As there is only one bathroom a mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful. Stayed a week and the refuse piled up for a week.

• Dee (3/5): Bring your own blanket to keep warm! - The property is at a beautiful quite location. The place is the same as the pictures that are on booking.com. There's a mall close by and you can have food delivered. its about 30 min away from the CBD and you can use uber/bolt to move around. I asked for blankets the following day after we arrived, they told me I should look for a heater but it wasn't there. That side of Cape town is cold and it becomes worse when the sunsets. I waited till I left the property for blankets. To think I went back with a cold after a holiday was the pits. They never bothered to bring the heater or just the blankets I had asked for or even ask if I am still feeling cold or still need the blankets. My child and I were cold throughout the nights, so I will rate them a 3 for this. We was freaking cold throughout the nights, mind you we were there for 7 nights. Even after the lady came to insert electricity, I told her about the place being cold and needing blankets. She never got back to me after she left. And not once did they come to change the sheets or to even clean the place.

• Akhona (8/5): A wonderful stay - I loved that the host left us alone. Was not in our face or overwhelming us with attention. However, that doesn't mean that the host was not available for us anytime we needed assistance. As a proactive guest, I asked all the pertinent questions ahead of our arrival and therefore was able to relax and truly be "home away from home." Sometimes, a host's attention can be stiffling, and I cannot overstate how I appreciated being left to treat the apartment like my own. There is complimentary coffee and loads of towels and toilet paper. I was truly impressed with the provision of salt and pepper. The simplicity of the gesture is absolutely stunning to me, someone who loves to cook. The security guards at the gate were so helpful and friendly without being inquisitorial, and I appreciated that. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. There really wasn't much to dislike. Perhaps the kitchen window lack of blinds or curtains was a bit of a problem, but since the proeprty is in the corner, there wasn't much human traffic passing that window.

• Linda (7/5): Everything would have been 100% if we just had a working lift and access to reliable wifi. - The views are stunning and the location was excellent for us to be able to get to all the places we needed to with minimal effort. While another unit on a lower floor was not available, the hosting company were very pleasant to deal with and tried to help where they could. It was very unfortunate, but the lift was not operational while we were there and we were on the forth floor with a patient that was to go in for surgery, so climbing the stairs was a real issue for us. Also, I have recommended that they replace the 5G with a better Wifi, as connectivity was unreliable
• Vinay (1/5): Capetown was beautiful I am frustrated ata the contractors coming in I had lots of valuables and could not leave the roo - The views were magnificent Elevators were not working had to carry stuff 4 floors, bathroom flooded up so could not shower properly during load shedding there was no water , there were contractors that came in to do repairs left and odor in the flat which made the family sick the wife had wheezing for the rest of the trip extrememl upset that contractors were scheduled to repair windows whilst I was on holiday not exceptable my entire trip was ruined coz the wife got sick , I was told the repairs could not be rescheduled very disappointed

During blackout nothing is working including lights, wifi, elevator or washing machine. Apartment is located close to busy road, it’s really noisy even during the night. Consider that AC would be nice.
