Paulista, vicina a due stazioni metro (Paraiso e Vergueiro), vicina a supermercati, bar e ristoranti. L'appartamento era iper moderno, iper accessoriato (ho trovato anche una piastra per capelli e un phon!!!!!) e, gode di una vista sullo Skyline di São Paulo straordinaria (10° piano). Portineria aperta H24!!!! L'host è stato gentile e mi è venuto incontro tempestivamente quando ho avuto qualcosa da chiedere. Nulla. Era tutto dannatamente perfetto!

A responsável pela acomodação (Srª Erica) muito atenciosa, educada, paciente, prestativa e profissional. Acomodação limpa, confortante, segura e pratica. Acústica do lugar excelente. A estrutura do prédio sensacional, com funcionários educados, prestativos e atenciosos. O preço em relação a outros sites de hospedagem ( Airbnb) um pouco elevado.

• Isac (10/5): Excelente localização e custo benefício - Localização excelente, apartamento equipado com tudo que precisa para passar vários dias e reserva de itens disponíveis. A mesa de trabalho é um pouco desconfortável, mas não impediu de realizar minhas tarefas.

Pequeno porém aconchegante e supera as expectativas. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo na chegada. Mas tudo foi resolvido rapidamente. E a partir daí foi tudo maravilhoso!

O contato com a Erica tb foi ótimo, sempre prontamente nos atendendo no que precisamos. Não tem o que não gostar. Tudo perfeito. Até os funcionários do prédio super educados e prestativos.

• Natália (10/5): Perfect location for SP & stunning view! - Cantinho Paulista gave me a wonderful experience! I chose to stay in an area I’m already familiar with, close to Paulista Avenue. The metro station (Vergueiro) is only a 4-minute walk, and Shopping Pátio Paulista is 12 minutes away. Both Paulista Avenue and Liberdade are within walking distance. I also discovered a great place nearby for breakfast: London Coffee Station. The 24-hour reception was a key factor in my decision again, since I was returning late from an event at Vibra São Paulo. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I arrived a little before check-in time, but they allowed me to enter early. The host, Érica, sent me all the instructions the day before, making the process quick and smooth. Access to the studio is through a digital keypad, and facial recognition is used inside the building. Everything worked perfectly. Despite facing Rua Vergueiro, street noise was not an issue. There are plenty of power outlets, clearly labeled for both 110V and 220V. The studio is compact but cover all the basics for one or two people, including a well-equipped kitchen, and even a coffee maker (which I hope to use on a future visit during cooler weather). The shower is amazing, with great water pressure. The balcony view is already breathtaking, but the 360° rooftop view from the 21st floor is absolutely spectacular. I also loved the 24h gym, and the building even has a self-service market where you can grab items, scan them, and pay easily. Super convenient! It’s a good choice for anyone wanting to stay near Paulista and Liberdade, with easy metro access to explore the city. The convenience of this area is a huge plus, and Paulista itself is always worth a visit. There are only two small downsides. First the scorching heat during my stay: a hot summer in SP can be a challenge. The space gets quite warm. Thankfully, the studio has air conditioning, which made things more comfortable. Second, if you have a large suitcase, there’s not much space to store it. The studio is small but very well-designed and nicely decorated, so it’s manageable. :)
