I’d definitel - Fast responses from the host The chalet was nice overall, but there was no gas for the BBQ, which was disappointing since we had planned to use it during our stay.

• kyounghwa (4/5): - They advertised wrong address. Lots of broken part (bed frame, kettle, bbq machine, refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced), dryer was dirty, someone’s winter coat were in closet. We checked in for 8 people, but they only had 3 Nespresso pod. And broken huge tree blocked half way of road and it’s almost scratched our SUV car. When I notified few issues, host just ignored When we entered property, it was steaming like 28 degree. And another guest from neighborhood, they were partying and so loud. It was really not worthy for $650 especially cleaning fee $260 was insane as they maintain the property so poorly.

Noah and Karina were very responsive. we had everything we needed. only note, if you are coming in winter and you do not have a 4x4, you will have issues driving around and will probably get stuck in the snow as it is very high up and the area is fairly new.
• Zou (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful chalet in the forest! Everything is new. Recommend for families up to 8 people including kids.
