• Rachel (7/5): Great location but ask about building works before you book - Location is excellent. Just a few steps to scwedenplatz metro. It is large with separate kitchen and bathroom. Cooking equipment and some basic supplies like tea and coffee provided and also laundry detergent for the washing machine. Thank you. Bed was large and comfortable. For the location in district 1, it is quite reasonable. In the booking confirmation I was told there were building works on the outside which would not effect my stay. Not great to tell me that After booking and paying. The scaffolding and mesh completely obscure the view ( which would have been great) There was banging from around 7 am which was building works. The entrance and lift area are dirty and shabby. The woman on the phone contact was abrupt and quite unfriendly. Possibly to do with language. Pics I had shared are OUTSIDE the apartment. Inside was quite cosy and nice but entrance and lift were not
• Ursula (10/5): Sehr nettes Apartment mit top Lage⭐️ - Das Apartment liegt perfekt in der Nähe vom Stephansdom und dem Graben ca. 7. Minuten entfernt sehr zentral und könnte nicht besser sein! Ideal auch für Sportbegeisterte der donaukanal mit einer tollen Laufstrecke liegt quasi vor der Haustür, wo man wunderbar Erholung entlang der Donau findet! Zum brunchen unbedingt das Motto am Fluss buchen was 1. Minute entfernt liegt! Top:)
• Daniela (7/5): I would not recommend this - A big apartment, with most things you would need for a pleasant stay. This property was difficult to find and entry information was provided too late. Also it looks out onto a major thoroughfare which can get rather noisy late at night. The staff completely ignored a request for a later check out and then requested an excellent review from me.

• Jackie (10/5): Perfect stat in Vienna - We loved everything about staying here. Large living/bedroom space. Large and comfortable bed. Very clean. Warm. Quiet. Good location. Close to public transport and walking distance to sights, restaurants, and shops. There was nothing to not like.

Loved having own bathroom and kitchen, comfy couch and bed. Inside of the building doesn't seem very welcoming at first, but if I had known to expect that in advance, it would've been fine! The location and accommodation itself was worth it.

• Jose Luis Dopico Nouche (5/5): Apartamento bien ubicado pero descuidado y con escasa limpieza. - El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y tiene una ubicacion extraordinaria, al lado de una parada de metro y muy cerquita del centro histórico al que puedes ir caminando. Buena comunicación vía mail con los propietarios. Una calefacción estupenda. La limpieza muy, muy escasa. Sábanas de la cama rotas en dos lugares (adjunto foto) Las almohadas no las pudimos utilizar porque ambas tenían pelos de otras personas anteriores, con lo que dormimos las tres noches sin almohada. Un kleenex tirado debajo del lavabo que allí estuvo los tres días (lo q demuestra la limpieza superficial que realizan) En la ducha no hay un dispensador de gel ni champú. Sólo unos frascos abiertos y usados por otra gente, lo cual no resulta nada higiénico. Los cables del televisor en la pared todos amontados y a la vista (lo q que demuestra bastante dejadez y poco cuidado) Restos de comida en cubiertos de la cocina (lo que vuelve a demostrar la limpieza como la hacen) Unas chanclas usadas en el armario El alfeizar de las ventanas lleno de ceniza (lo cual también demuestra la escasa limpieza) Ante la pregunta de si realizan limpieza diaria, te responden que no y que si la quieres te cobran 30 euros por día, lo cual tampoco aparece recogido en ninguna parte de la reserva cuando la realizas.

• Yuri Kretov (10/5): Great location - Best location in town :) Only trick is - do not book a taxi directly to the official address - it is in historical center with one way streets. Just walk 100 feet to a larger street - and there is public transport right there.

• Francesco (9/5): - La posizione centrale, 10 minuti a piedi per la cattedrale e vicino stazione metro e bus per spostarsi con facilità, praticamente uscendo dallo stabile trovi tutto quello che serve, supermercato, bar, ristorante ecc... La camera da noi prenotata aveva la cucina, c'era anche macchinetta caffè e tutto quello che serve. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo. Chi prenota presso questa struttura sappia che è con self check in, qukndi non avrà contatti di persona con l'host, non è disponibile il deposito bagagli, quindi ci si deve organizzare prenotando nei deposito bagagli presenti in centro che comunque non mancano. Il palazzo un po' datato.

El menaje era algo escaso para 3 personas, faltaría algún mueble en la habitación (da la sensación de estar mal aprovechado el espacio). En la cocina pasa lo mismo, es muy pequeña y está tan llena de cosas que apenas hay espacio de almacenaje.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Join to the apartment is through a hall which seems little bit messy. Join to the hall is easy, but everyone can do it from street-it is not so safe I mean.

So close to main attraction, St Stephen’s Cathedral is just 10 mins walk, the Linie U1 Schwedenplatz is so central that we can almost get anywhere in a jiffy Bedside bulb lamp on the left side was blown up and there wasnt any free Netflix. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the underground, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Being in the heart of Vienna meant we were close to great restaurants, cafes, and major attractions, all within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again! Nothing

When we first arrived my husband labelled it the ghetto. Once you’re in the flat it’s fine but the entrance is very off putting.

• Andy (8/5): Very good - The location was very good for ease of access to the main attractions and transport. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen area and a washing machine. It was also very clean. The apartment was let down by a couple of easily remedied issues. The main light fitting was missing three light bulbs and the curtains had come adrift from the rails in a couple of places so didn't close properly. The entrance to the building is quite off putting and looks quite run down. We were not aware that it was not solely residential. There are a number of businesses operating from the floors below. This didn't cause a problem. It just wasn't what we were expecting.

• Nina (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean and cosy and in an excellent location. The TV wasn’t working, the curtains were flimsy and the bathroom and toilet doors squeaked.
• Lingzhen (9/5): Superb - I would say the location very good. It is not like those fancy hotels close to Kirche or Museum. But by walking less than 10 min, you reach many tourism attractions and restaurants. More important is it has a river view, with a large window. It is not so easy to find. We spent some 5 min to reach the property.
