• Anastasia (8/5): Overall, it was a decent stay, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and privacy. - I appreciated that the property was spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located in downtown. I also appreciated that the hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. I did not like that the apartment was on the ground floor and the curtains were not fully blackout. When the lights were on, it felt like people outside could see inside. Additionally, the rooms could have been cleaner. Since we were three people, we used the extra pillow and blanket that were stored inside the couch, and they were not very clean. In general, we also found some hair in the room that did not belong to us.
• Irene (7/5): Central location but not hygienic - Central with 5 min walk to U2 Taborstrasse and tram in front of the house. I agree with other reviews that the mould was disgusting, the curtains not adequate for the floor facing the street and no mention that the flat is on the ground floor at street level.

• Bennell (6/5): Good location and value for money but needs some TLC. - Spacious and warm, with underfloor heating. Easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Communication with the host also very good. Wifi was good and it had everything u need in the kitchen for example, with dishwasher and tablets provided. Hairdryer and washing machine the bathroom. Place was not very clean. Surfaces were ok but the apartment overall looks well used and cheaply put together. Mainly the walls that were very very dirty with gross snot marks above the headboard of the bed and mold growing in the corner of the bedroom near the window which needs sorting out. Grubby hand marks on the walls all over. Apartment is quite dark as its ground floor and doesn't get much sun. Also the curtains also need to be closed all the time for privacy anyway as the windows face directly into the street. Bathroom "curtains" are completely see-through and not adequate enough for privacy in the bathroom. Drain also smells awful in the bathroom, and there's mould growing in the grouting and around the seals of the shower which needs attention.

• John (10/5): Big apartment close to Central Vienna - Excellent well equipped and clean. Good location for getting to Central Vienna. If you're traveling there by public transport go to Taborstrasse, it's a lot closer than Schwedenplatz.
• Barry (6/5): Pleasant and comfortable base to explore Vienna - Location was good; really close to public transport links. Self catering apartment so no food included but good facilities including fridge, cooker, utensils etc. Clean and secure apartment. There was no hot water for a full day and it was a struggle to get it to work, although we did receive a prompt reply when we flagged the problem. Also the controls for the underfloor heating were difficult to operate so we were cold at night. An instruction manual to explain how to set the temperature would be helpful.
