- Melissa (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Es gab einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war groß. Es gab Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Koffer. Das Bett war weich und nicht unbedingt bequem.

- Kimberly (1/5): Booking was awful to deal with. - The reservation was canceled because you couldn’t send the confirmation. You canceled and supposedly refunded me. The lady called you guys 5 times and couldn’t get taken care of.

I really loved how awesome the staff was. Better pillows & for the price, wifi & breakfast should be included. Other than that, we didn't have any issues.

She said she slept so well before her tournament. we thought the breakfast was complimentary and it wasnt. also the Starbucks didnt have a full menu and they didnt know how to make one of the menu items.

- Charlotte (10/5): Comfortable and clean hotel with exceptional staff - We booked this hotel as we were visiting the Vampire Diaries set, it was clean, affordable and comfortable. The main thing we liked were the staff, they were so accommodating and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The location is brilliant as there is restaurants and a grocery store within reach. Only a 7 minute uber to Covington centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.

- Kiersten (1/5): It was close to what we wanted to do, but the hotel experience was awful. - I liked how close it was to Mystic Grill and the town! That's was the main reason we stayed here. They threw my medication away when they did a refresh in the room. I went to the front desk, and she said, “Oh yeah, I'm sorry, she did throw your medicine away. I'll let the manager know.” She never told the manager, and when I told someone else, they didn't do anything. That was a week and two days' worth of medicine. I was talking to someone through messaging on Booking, and they didn't answer once I said I wanted to speak to a manager. Not to mention that they tried to have me pay double for our room. I will never stay at this one again.

I guess you could say from the thin walls. - Clean Rooms The walls must be paper thin because I could hear my neighbors like they were sitting directly next to me. They weren’t doing anything weird. - Karen (8/5): Convenient stop - Nice location, has a restaurant, convenient The front desk staff was great. The staff operating the restaurant was sub par. They wanted to be anywhere else but there at work. The gal at the bar was on her phone the entire time we sat there. The kitchen folks were about the same. Food was pretty good.
- Heyward (10/5): I was in Covington for one night and I was very pleased with the facility. Easy directions from I-20 - What breakfast? Guess I missed it. Facility is clean and modern. Plenty of outlets in the room. Very pleasant aromas throughout. There was nothing I didn't like.
