Je ne recommande pas - Très mauvaise expérience – logement non conforme et insécuritaire Nous sommes extrêmement insatisfaits de notre séjour, qui a duré à peine 30 minutes avant que nous décidions de quitter les lieux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu des difficultés à accéder au logement. L’hôte prétendait nous avoir envoyé un courriel contenant le code d’entrée, mais nous ne l’avons jamais reçu. Il a été très difficile de le joindre, et nous avons dû appeler à plusieurs reprises avant d’obtenir les informations nécessaires pour entrer. Une fois à l’intérieur, nous avons constaté que le logement ne correspondait pas du tout à l’annonce. Les photos montraient une cuisinette avec un réfrigérateur, mais aucun de ces équipements n’était présent ou fonctionnel. L’endroit était peu propre, le confort était inexistant et l’espace mal entretenu. Lors de la réservation, je me souviens très clairement que l’option de vue sur la montagne ainsi que la présence d’un poêle figuraient parmi les caractéristiques disponibles. C’est d’ailleurs ce qui a motivé notre choix, puisque nous avions prévu de cuisiner sur place. Mon copain, qui était avec moi au moment de la réservation, peut également en témoigner. Nous avions donc apporté toute notre nourriture ainsi que les commodités nécessaires pour préparer nos repas. Or, en arrivant, nous avons constaté que les installations ne correspondaient pas à nos attentes : il n’y avait pas de poêle, ce qui rendait impossible la préparation des repas. Cela a rapidement mis en péril la conservation de notre nourriture, qui a commencé à décongeler, nous forçant à quitter les lieux précipitamment. De plus, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité. À notre arrivée, des personnes se trouvaient devant le bâtiment, dont un homme insistant qui n’arrêtait pas de nous parler, de poser des questions sur notre destination et de nous interpeller. L’ambiance générale était inquiétante et inconfortable. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter les lieux rapidement, d’autant plus que n

• Josee (7/5): Correct. - Belle salle de bain complète. Vu avant agréable. Propreté à l'intérieur irréprochable. Aurait aimé quelques coupes de café supplémentaires, ainsi que quelques rouleau de papier hygiénique aurait été apprécié. L'extérieur manquait d'amour. Il n'avait pas de condiments dans la cuisine seulement sel et poivre.. Les matelas de lit et sofa lit pas confortable ni un ni l'autre. Nous avons très mal dormi.. Nous avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le foyer.

• Renata (9/5): Great place for skiers. - It was a great place located less than 10 -15 minutes from any of the Laurentian Skiing Sommets. You have 12 mountains to choose to ski from. It was quiet and comfortable. The bed is perfect for those with back backs, and the fire place was great to warm up with. The property did not ice well. As we walked out to the car to leave, my husband fell on the sheet of ice and water. The toilet is very low to the ground. It could have used a little information book on places to dine out at, emergency numbers for fire, police etc. There was a number for the owner to be contacted, but that wont help in an emergency if they do not pick up.

There are two balconies to enjoy - one facing towards the St Sauv ski hill and the other towards the rear. Fantastic location - easy to walk into St Sauv or a short drive to other towns. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!!

• Nathalie (9/5): Fabulous weekend - Well appointed unit. Water bottles and iced tea in fridge. I would of enjoyed more coffee though. Did some cooking and cooking oil was nice to have, saved me a trip at grocery store. Icy steps leading up to unit. No parking spots after returning from night skiing on Saturday night. No other option but to use handicap parking spot.

• Chantal (7/5): Most important aspects that we were looking for were met. Little improvements could be made. - All accessories for cooking ,good towels, good shower, quiet at night ( no neighbors to do party), close proximity with different places in the Laurentians. Good indications for key etc. Clean property. The fact that it is close to the highway and the noise on the front of the apartment. The lack of good lighting for cooking. The temperature between front room and back room was hard to adjust. The movies were not really available on tv. Had to create a code, etc. Access to Netflix etc could be improved.
