• Hannah (1/5): Scam , terrible, do not book! - Scam, no one was answering the phone. Paid for the property and couldn’t get in , we had to book somewhere else
• Rijan (1/5): BEWARE its a SCAM !!!!!! - BEWARE .Stay away from this property, its a scam at best. Even after a week I haven't received any response from the property, and they are not answering any calls or messages. The same unfortunately apply to booking.com. • Shaun (4/5): I wont use Booking .com again - The company managing the letting were not informed of our booking by Booking.com. However, they went out of their way to accommodate us with another property. Booking.com
• Roger (8/5): Quiet comfortable new apartment - Very clean and comfortable new apartment Excellent soundproofing meant it was very quiet although in busy area Good security including parking Good facilities including dishwasher No information in property at all regarding how anything worked
• Carys (9/5): Definitely would go back! Great price and location. - Modern, clean, fresh looking. Definitely worth the price as it was one of the lower prices we found for Manchester area. TV and fully furnished kitchen was very handy. Bedroom with en-suite was lovely. Not so much a “didn’t like” but we got a little confused with entry to the apartment. But the host was always available via a text/phone call. So any issue was sorted immediately!
• Kristina (3/5): Not as advertised. - Location was good. Unit was clean. This property had so many issues from the get go. 1st, you collect keys at a completely different location and are not informed of that until day of arrival. Once we got the keys, we couldn't access the garage because the fob didn't work. We immediately contact the owner and he said he would contact the management company. Our whole reason for booking this unit was the private, secure parking, which was advertised. We were there for my husbands job and needed dedicated parking. Throughout our 9 day stay, we had to ask for multiple items as the kitchen wasn't even properly stocked for us to use the cooking units. And when they did bring towels (because there was only 3 towels and we had 4 guests) and pans, the pans were not the correct type and wouldn't work on the stove. We had to pay for offsite parking as the parking issue was never resolved, the owner stated he would reimburse us for that, and that never happened. It honestly was super frustrating having to park away from the unit and not being able to come and go as needed. The unit is intended for single night stays, where you plan on eating out (because the unit is not equipped) and you don't have a car.
• Jessica (5/5): It was okay - Great apartment inside, spacious and a lot of light, good facilities The beds weren’t that comfortable. We unexpectedly had to pick the keys up from a convenience store which we didn’t know till day of check in, when we arrived at the apartment block it was hard to tell which building it was, we were sent a video on how to use the fob which was handy but it still wasn’t clear as all the buildings look the same. The fob then didn’t work for the car park. We called the contact to then be told there was actually a malfunction with the gates which we didn’t know nor were told when given the information. We managed to get through the pedestrian gates but the car park gate still didn’t open from the inside. This was all very frustrating and wasted about 25/30 minutes, we had reservations we had missed because of this. The contact then proceeded to say if we called him back because we still can’t get in, he might not answer because his phone would have died and he doesn’t have a charger which I thought was bizarre. Luckily we managed to get in by waiting for someone else to leave the car park but you can’t guarantee that someone will leave when you want to get in so you end up waiting a long time. Overall the actual apartment inside was nice and it was a perfect location to where we needed to be, it’s just a shame the whole key fob situation made us miss our 1st reservation which was for my birthday.
• Graham (9/5): Excellent apartment in a good location - Excellent location for Salford or central Manchester. We were going to an event at Aviva Studios, which was a short walk away. The property itself was clean and bright, and furnished and equipped to a good standard. It was perfect for our short stay with a couple of friends. The key collection process worked smoothly, and communication with the hosts was good.
• Dawn (8/5): Very good - Location was brilliant. Collecting the key from the local shop 1 mile away from the apartment was unexpected. WIFI also didn't work and wasn't fixed after reporting the issue.
