CECILE (10/5): - Onsen, breakfast and dinner excellent with amazing food and choice. For the onsen you can even privatize one if you are tattooed. The public ones are excellent with inside and outside baths. The rooms are large. All good! Just not a modern style but matches exactly the pictures so no surprise.

KEIICHI (5/5): 最終的に良かった - 1階の露天風呂良かった。丸いお風呂にしか入らなかったけど、温度が丁度良くてゆっくり独り占めできた。 12階のお風呂狭すぎ。脱衣場も狭いし洗い場も少ない。浴槽も狭い… 狭いのにうるさい… こっちが気を遣っても、他はズカズカ邪魔してくる…ゆっくりできない… ロッカーのカギが抜かれてる？人数に対してロッカーの空きが合わない。

網走 (8/5): もう一度泊まりたい！ - 食事の種類が豊富、料理が少なくなるとすぐ補充、係の方も感じのいい接客でした。風呂は内外（露天）とも広く大人数で混雑しても大丈夫。ツイン（喫煙）でした、部屋がとても広く圧迫感なし、携帯等の充電にコンセントの取り合いはの心配はありません。 12階の展望風呂、眺めはよいのですが後付けのような感じの狭さ（小さいことはフロントであらかじめ説明されました）一番の欠点は窓が全部はめ殺し、換気ができず蒸し風呂！（エレベーター降りた途端サウナのような熱気）部屋にベランダがあるのはいいのですが、非常用なのか隣の部屋の壁が全くなし（横に桟があるだけ）通り抜け自由！防犯のため部屋の鍵は常時閉めておくことを忘れずに。
