• Butuc-cerchez (10/5): Excellent stay in Timisoara. Free parking. Quite area. - Location was near the woods, very quite. Parking spot outside, but in a private area so very safe. Large rooms and everything you could need in the kitchen. Clean. New building. No mosquitos, even we were near woods. Also, the bathroom's window and bedroom's door to the balcony had insects net which is a big plus when you are searching for some fresh air during the night. Very good communication with the owner. My daughter even forgot her phone and changer at the location and we got them back in the same day after checkout. The apartment is near the Rural Museum of Banat which worths pay a visit when you have free time. Tips and tricks: if you don't have hot water (because the electricity was interrupted) ask the owner how to restart the heating unit. If you don't find the cutlery, see the small hidden drawer where he plates are. Weather was hot and even if the air conditioning in the living was working, it was still hot. I recommend open all windows during the night. In the day, you should keep all the doors closed so the living room can get cooler. No satellite connection or Netflix to the TV. Only Youtube access if you want to have some music.
• Alexandru (9/5): Superb - The apartment was sparkling clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood near the forest, with several supermarkets in close proximity. The private parking was also very convenient for an overall safe experience. We caught one of the hottest days in June there and unfortunately, even if advertised in the property facilities, the AC was not yet installed. The host let us know that a few hours before the arrival so we went along with lots of showers and cold liquids to keep us hydrated.

• Dávid (10/5): Quiet, new, moder, nice and good value. - Clean, new, moderm We couldn’t make the thermostat work, but it disn’t matter, we just opened the windows.
• Mirza (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just realy nice! I would only propose to be added an iron table and all the cold lights to be changed with warm lights (less than 3000k) for a more relaxing environment. But as I said, the place is very nice and for sure I would go again.

It also had all the facilities: a refrigerator, a sink, all kinds of dishes and cutlery... everything. They have a large parking space so you don't stress at all when you arrive. Host Erika was hospitable and helpful. We will definitely come back again!
• Kaja (10/5): Perfect - Modern , very clean and spacious appartement in new complex with private parking. Good location , close to the center and iulius mall. You have everything you need , kitchen is well equipped, smart TV ( my daughter especially like) , big terase and quite neighborhood. And important for us it is pet friendly.
