Möbelmässig und was die Küche betrifft , gut ausgestattet, neuwrrtig ,Waschmaschine Zugang mit Schlüssel Safe unproblematisch Beim Doppelbett nur auf einer Seite Ablagetischchen Keine Nachtlichtlampen, kein indirektes Licht für gemütliche Atmosphäre Nur 2 Sehr große extrem grelle Deckenleuchten, die ungut wirken Habe auf Anregung diesbezüglich keine Antwort bekommen Bettdecken sehr dünn, keine Zusatzdecken Kein Schrank oder auch nur Kleiderhaken, nicht einmal Garderoben Haken Auch im Bad keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen Keine Infos zur TG

- Sabine (6/5): Zum Übernachten für uns OK. - Wohnung ist rein zweckmäßig ausgerüstet. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage . Betten bequem , Möbel neu, Balkon, Außenrollo, Fahrstuhl. Für uns passend, weil wir eine Wohnung in der Gegend benötigen und es kaum Wohnungen und Hotels dort gibt. Trotz großem Mehrfamilienhaus sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter hat sich im voraus nicht gemeldet. Wir mussten bei Ankunft anrufen , um alle Informationen zu bekommen. Zum Glück haben wir gleich jemanden erreicht, sonst hätten wir in der Kälte gestanden. Ich empfehle den Vermieter telefonisch einen Tag vorher selber zu kontaktieren, Internet und TV gingen zunächst nicht. Internet wurde sofort erledigt, TV einen Tag später. Es lagen nirgendwo Informationen zur Bedienung/Login für WLAN und TV. Das mussten wir selber herausfinden. Für junge Leute wohl kein Problem, aber das sind wir nicht.

- Sara (8/5): Very good - We stayed 2 nights in the accommodation. Unfortunately our experience started not that pleasant because our host gave us the wrong address and the wrong floor number. (?!) We also couldn't reach her for a while to ask for the right directions. Once she was available, we managed to get into the flat. One thing more that no one warned us about is that the Elevator was under the construction at the time we stayed here - with the broken leg my partner had trouble climbing the stairs, but we managed it. Other than that, our experience was positive. Flat was nice. Very simple but nice. And clean. Location is OK. Very big plus is that there is one free parking place in the garage for the guests. All in all this flat has a big potential. Still there are few things, that impact the whole experience, that could be improved.
