Unsere Anreise verlief absolut reibungslos und genau wie vorab per E-Mail besprochen. Die Wohnung hat uns von Anfang an begeistert: Die Räume sind hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die Betten waren wunderbar bequem und gemütlich – zusammen mit der ruhigen Lage haben wir hier fantastisch geschlafen. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit den Dachschrägen gebucht. Obwohl uns bewusst war, dass es für sehr große Menschen eine kleine Herausforderung sein könnte, waren wir positiv überrascht, wie wohnlich und geräumig sie dennoch ist. Lediglich im gepflegten Badezimmer kam ich mit meiner Körpergröße etwas an meine Grenzen, aber das hat dem Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch getan. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Cille Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen! Ein kleiner Tipp für Nachfolger: Im charmanten kleinen Dorf gibt es drei tolle Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen. Wir haben das Hotel am Platz ausprobiert – herrlich rustikal und wirklich gut Das Badezimmer etwas zu klein

Malgré le séjour entièrement vitré on manque un peu de lumière et beaucoup d’intimité : on est sur la rue principale à côté du pub. L’équipement est minimaliste pour visiteurs de passage.

There was beautiful views behind the apartment and it was a short drive to the nearest beach. Bríd was a lovely host who made check in and check out extremely easy. Ab 20h sind aber kaum noch Autos entlang gefahren, sodass das nicht weiter gestört hat. Eventuell ist diese aber zu anderen Jahreszeiten stärker.

The apartment is good but the roof is very low and it hits your head everytime you get out of bed or from sofa in the hall (PS: my height is 5.1’)

It was chilly so we were glad we could control our own heat. Really nice hostess. It could have been stocked a little better with tissue and trashbags. Since the hairdryer is used in the bedroom, a mirror would be helpful.

• Samantha (10/5): An absolute gem of an apartment, in one of the most gorgeous places in Ireland!!! - Our apartment was cosy, had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views all round of mountains, sea and rolling green fields. Very close to all the beauty spots, like Dunquin Pier, only 10 minute drive away and Ventry Beach, again a quick 10 minute drive. We did a beautiful hike up to Ceann Sibéal for sunset and soaked in the glorious sights of The Blasket Islands and surrounding hills and a snow capped Mount Brandon. We will 100% be back to Cille Apartments for an extended stay next time, so we can get more hikes in. Thank you to our host Bríd. Everything was perfect!

Food in the Hotel across the road was great. The sea view from the living area. The bed extremely comfortable. Beautifully quiet place. I know it's catering for 2 people but the dining table is annoyingly tiny. A retractable awning outside the French doors would be a nice addition.

• Mary E (9/5): Brid runs a lovely set of townhouse apartments on the Wild Atlantic Way! - New & modern, we spent the morning in Dingle, picked up sandwiches & headed out to spend the afternoon visiting sites on Slea Head. We were delighted to have quiet for the evening in our apt. It is close to walking trails. Food in local pubs have limited options, stick with soup, a toasties, or the local fresh pan fried fish. Or cook in your apt. Oops, see last two lines above.

Das beste ist der wunderbare Ausblick auf die atemberaubende Landschaft, sowohl vom Apartment als auch von der privaten Terrasse. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, daher ist die Unterkunft eher hellhörig, bei recht lauten Nachbarn könnte das eher unangenehm sein...

• Donna (9/5): 3 nights in the stunning Dingle region. - Cille Apartment #3 was at the rear of the building with country views out to the ocean. The small 1 bedroom apartment had everything that was needed for our 3 day break. It was spotless and our host Brid was warm and welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Our stay was the end of June and for a couple of Nth QLD Australians it was cold - we had heating! Situated in the village it was a short walk to 3 pubs, if you were looking for a meal or beverage. Lots of walks and drives in this stunning part of Ireland. There is even a local golf course, we were recommended to dine there and it didn’t disappoint. After 2 months of travel this was a perfect choice for our 3 night recharge. Thank you Brid for a memorable stay in County Kerry. Nothing 😊
• Michael (7/5): The Dingle Peninsula is very beautiful and worth a visit despite the narrow roads. - The property is located in the center of the village. The view is excellent and it is very peaceful and quiet. The host was extremely accommodating. The overall apartment space is small and the kitchen really does not lend itself to much in terms of meal preparation.

Very helpful owner/host, who was both a problem-solver (see below, related to the lock) and a very knowledgeable local person who suggested some great places to see, which I would not have known about. The "triple lock" of the front door was very difficult to use. It would have helped to have detailed instructions about how, precisely, to work the lock. Also, the ceiling in the bathroom and shower were VERY low. I'm not a tall person, but I could barely fit in the shower and the bathroom seemed "miniaturized", because of the roof angle, which made the spaces upstairs much less comfortable than I would have expected.

Our host went out of her way to answer any and all of our questions about the adventures we had planned in the area. The apartment was beautiful and provided everything that we could have possibly needed. Everything in town was within close walking distance, including delicious food at friendly, delightful pubs. It was a very memorable stay. I highly recommend this treasure located in a lovely, friendly, small village. I would love to return someday!

• Sharon (8/5): A Good Stay - We were in the loft apartment #2 which has been well-designed to fit an awkward space. The host has done a lot to maximize what is available and is very welcoming. The downstairs apartments would be better, but when we booked, they weren't available so we knew the loft wasn't ideal. It was adequate and not a disappointment. #2 includes a nice outdoor covered area. The apartment is a good value. The couch did not supply adequate support and our backs began to hurt after about an hour. We brought up 2 of the cushions from the outside couch and these helped a lot.

Due to rain, we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful patio as much as we would’ve liked. The walls appear to be very thin. We had a noisy couple next-door that did not honor the quiet hours.

• michael (10/5): - Great location in the village, places to eat/drink, local walks to do, near a beach (walking distance) short drive to both Dingle and Dunquin; our friendly, helpful host Brid met us on arrival. The apartment had everything we needed Nothing not to like!
• Garrett (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing stay in the heart of the village but also in the middle of the countryside - Beautiful new apartments in the center of the village. Very comfortable and spacious, the view from the sea view apartment is fabulous with tranquil views over the fields to the sea and 3 sisters. Unfortunately the shop in the village is temporarily closed so if you need supplies you need to pick the up in Dingle
