- Randi (8/5): Ideell beliggenhet ! - Utmerket beliggenhet! Flott leilighet, men du må kunne gå i trapper!
- Kathy (9/5): Good location and perfect amount of space for five adults. - Convenient location and the amount of space. The street was noisy!
- Lee (4/5): Poor - Great location and easily accessible Very poor windows , really noisy in the bedrooms . We may as well been sleeping outside
- Darren (9/5): -
- Guest (9/5): - Very clean and tidy flat. Equipped with all you need. Modern bathroom. You could hear traffic noise, but not all too bad.
- Matthew (10/5): - Great flat that is in a great location. There are great restaurants nearby and walking distance to many locations.
- L (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in the perfect location to see the major sites!!
- Anonymous (9/5): My kids and I loved London. No regrets !! - Loved the pastry shop (serendipity) right next door. Good location !! It could of been cleaner, dirt on carpet so could tell it wasn’t clean!
- Amanda (9/5): Great place, great location , lovely and clean - Great location, lovely and clean, everything you could want for a short stay Nothing
- Sirithip (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean. The kitchen and the sitting area are very nice and there is a washer but no dryer. There are four flights of stairs that are very narrow and the street noise makes it’s hard to fall asleep. Turning the fan on at night helps a lot.
- Pui (8/5): Very good -
- Gina (9/5): Great location, everything that we needed was provided. - The location was excellent, little noisey at night but to be expected.
- Claire (9/5): A pleasure to be welcomed so warmly in such a great location, with all the facilities of a home. - We organised out own breakfasts by shopping at the local supermarkets. The flat is on the top floor, with an uncovered west facing glass skylight. We were there in mid summer. There is a street lamp right outside the east facing bedroom windows. The blinds on all of the windows were not sufficiently dark enough to keep out the light or the sun - either in the morning or afternoon.
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Pui (7/5): Helpful staff - The staff, Remy, is very helpful, responded quickly and helped me solving the problem on Saturday evening. The flat is located near to Victoria Station (6-8 minute walk) with supermarket and restaurants nearby. There was a water leakage under the sink in the kitchen and drainage problem in the bath, but both problems were solved the next day. A bit difficult to get the suitcases up and down as there is only staircase to get to the flat.
- Richard (3/5): Save your money and find someplace else to stay! - This location was ideal for visiting London our first time. My family of 4 stayed for one week. We really wanted to see Hamilton and Wicked, and this flat is near both theaters. It is roughly 6-10 minutes to walk to the train station (depending on how fast you walk). There are groceries and restaurants close by. There was no blow dryer in the flat, but the host had one sent over. Remy, who helps out with the flat, was extremely kind. The repairman is also nice. The flat is on the third story of an apartment building. The staircase is narrow and fairly steep. We had two teens in our party, and they struggled to get their bags up the stairs. The night we arrived, the cable wasn't set up for the television. This was disappointing, as we wanted to watch the World Cup. That was fixed two days later. The second night of our stay, we were awoken by water dripping onto our bed from the ceiling via the light fixture. We had to adjust our schedule to accommodate the repairman (who came another day later). A day after the issue was "resolved," water again dripped on me in the middle of the night. I ended up sleeping on the small love seat in the living room, while my spouse slept next to a pot with the sound of dripping water. It was NOT a good night. We were told this was apparently caused from the upstairs neighbor's dishwasher leaking. We loved knowing that someone's dirty dishwater was dripping on us! The handyman couldn't return again (due to it being the holidays), so we stayed in the flat with very little lighting and unpredictability of a leaky ceiling. On our sixth day in the flat, we found a backup supply of toilet paper in a cabinet under the sink in the kitchen. Sadly, it was wet from a leak in the kitchen. Throughout everything, we communicated regularly with the host. We took care of the property by promptly reporting problems, cleaning and using pots to contain water from leaks, and adjusting our schedule to accommodate the handyman. When asked whether she would be willing to compensate part of our 2400 Pound stay, she replied that she would gladly offer us a discount on our next stay. We felt like that was a slap in the face and comparable to splurging for a nice restaurant, finding a hair in three courses of your seven course meal, and then being offered a coupon for your next visit. UH, THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER VISIT. The previous guests left earplugs for us in the flat too.
