Nicholas (9/5): Unique hacienda experience - Beautiful hacienda, pool, and open air restaurant. The food was simple but good. The staff are very friendly. It was usually very quiet in my bungalow by the trees and lawn. The A/C and Internet work well. It’s 10-15 min from Tarapoto but I didn’t mind taking taxi in and out. It was worth it being in such a peaceful place. Weekend party noise from the neighbors, whose dogs also came into the hacienda property one night and were barking. But the staff removed them when I brought it up. Bungalows looking out on the water would have incoming cars pass in front of their balconies so I recommend the ones further back by the trees.

La signora Consuelo, suo marito e tutto il Team fanno veramente un ottimo lavoro nella gestione del posto e accoglienza del cliente. Le camere son belle pulite e moderne, noi avevamo vista lago, con un balcone dove ci rilassavamo a guardare la natura che ti circonda. Per postarsi per le attività consigliano dei tour , altrimenti hanno delle mototaxi di fiducia se non si vuole stare dipendenti da gruppi di persone, e ti porta dove preferisci. Colazione molto buona e varia ogni giorno. Consigliamo al 100%

The kitchen staff always catered to my whims! The hotel is very well located. Close to everything and quiet to have a restful sleep. The Wi-Fi network in the room should be improved.
