• Kar Teng (7/5): Comfortable, well-equipped stay with a responsive host - The host was very responsive, which I really appreciated. I didn’t expect the studio to have a water dispenser with both hot and warm water—super convenient. The room also came with an EVPAD, offering plenty of channels to watch. The only downside was that it’s a bit of a hassle to walk from the car park to the tower.

• Hamid (4/5): Overall satisfaction is 40% - The room was clean. The bed covers were clean. The stay was comfortable. Accessibility was convenient. There was no additional plastic garbage. The TV wasn’t working. There wasn’t any additional toilet tissue of better quality. There were no tables or chairs on the balcony. It was mentioned that the view is of the mountains, but there is another hotel building blocking it, so there’s no clear horizon in the view.

• UKEINDRAN (1/5): Worst Room Full of dust - Nothing to like. Worst everything. Can give best dust award room. ​"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the room was covered in dust. The heater was filled with dirt and a thick layer of dust on top, making it feel unsafe to use. Even worse, the bedding had visible dust on it, and when I looked under the bed, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. For the price paid, the lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable. I am really unsatisfied and would not recommend this room." (3 & 4 January 2026)

The host was nice..he sent cleaner as fast to clean the room The room was not cleaned..when i checked in at 3.45pm..i was not informed also that the room was not untidy.had to wait around 20 minutes.. Im really disappointed ☹️ No coffee packs No kitchen towel to clean the top

The host was excellent, and the room was well-equipped with working kitchen facilities and fridge. Only minor issues were the bed cleanliness and limited parking convenience.

• Shareen (5/5): 还不错的，只是整洁方面要注意细节，蟑螂几只都跑出来了，水机那边也是，要清理干净才行，冲凉房地上确实是非常滑。洗澡的时候要注意，一不留神就会滑倒 - 地点是不错的，那边还有24小时餐厅可以吃，不用怕找不到吃，还不错吃的，叫Grab也方便，我是叫Grab上Thempark的。价钱也不会贵，比Hotel的价钱便宜很多 整洁方面，确实有蟑螂几只啊…还有水机的卫生，没有清理干净，电视方面只能开Youtube，不能开其他，有一点失望
