Guest Reviews
- Anca (8/5): Good value for money - A lovely place in a great location. We also appreciated the generous supply of amenities. Great communication as well! Blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom would make a big difference, as the room gets very bright in the morning.
Cleanliness in the bathroom could also be improved. The bathtub/onsen had some residue likely left from previous guests, and the walls felt sticky from soap buildup.
The beds are also starting to feel quite old and lumpy, so refreshing the mattresses would improve comfort significantly.
- Paul (7/5): A tight squeeze in an exciting district - The location was convenient and quiet The stairs were steep and tight. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom, basin configuration was very tight and cramped for 4 adults
- Rachel (9/5): - Good location, quiet street off the main road.
Comfortable bedrooms and good kitchen facility for small meals. OK space for Tokyo but still quite tight, especially the bathroom!
- Juan José (10/5): - La ubicacion diseño y limpieza Un poco dificil de encontrar. Seguir sus instrucciones.

- Ryan (10/5): Great location, very helpful hosts, a beautifully traditional yet modern decor property with great functionality and a q - A beautifully designed well functioning property in a great location. We are a very tall family with long legs so toilet was a manoeuvre to use but completely manageable.
- Elsa (10/5): Good value for the location - Prolongation de sortie Steps
- Georgiana-Izabela (10/5): - I loved it here! It was close to both the subway station and the bus station, the rooms were so pretty and with a traditional touch! I think that was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and honestly, I still think about the blanket, I wish I knew where to get one like that haha. The owner is really nice and helpful and answered quickly to all our questions. All in all 11/10, would definitely be back when I come to Tokyo again

- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent place for a family. Central location to explore Tokyo, and quiet too, which is nice after being in busy areas. Kill Bill restaurant is just around corner. The house is lovely and equipped for all your needs. Excellent coffee sachets too. Very clean, cozy, and private. Toilet is a bit tight as others mention, but you can make it work. Steps down from the loft are a bit tricky for a young boy, but fine for a teenager or an adult. Highly recommended!
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - In a great location only 10 minutes walk from the train station. The house is cozy with everything that you need for a stay in Tokyo. We really enjoyed the location and the little ramen shop that is 20m from the front door. Would definitely stay again when in Tokyo.
- Geoffrey (7/5): Very small apartment in a great location - Great location 10mins walk to the Metro station and shopping at Roppongi Hills
The host was very quick to respond to queries and very helpful.
The apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped however although there were sachets of coffee provided but there was no filter coffee machine to use the sachets in. The apartment is VERY small with no window in the lounge area and not designed for tall people. The toilet is very very cramped for a normal sized person - I am 170cm and slim but could not sit on the toilet without moving my legs to the side so anyone larger will have great difficulty
The windows in one bedroom only have Japanese rice paper shutters behind the glass so at sunrise (4am) the room is no longer dark, the other bedroom has curtains .
- Furniss (6/5): Affordable accommodation in a great location. - Location was great. The toilet was way too big for the space. It was not possible to sit on the toilet without your knees pressed against the wall. Main dining/lounge area very dark.
- Marc (10/5): We really liked it. - Clean, flat, enough space for 4-5 people. The owner prepared for us, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tea, coffee, water, cookies, which was very nice. The flat is close to the metro, shops and restaurants.
- Aleksei (10/5): Amazing - I recently stayed at this cozy three-bedroom apartment in Nishiazabu and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Roppongi Station and even within strolling distance of Shibuya. The apartment itself was well-soundproofed and had all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like free water, tea, coffee, and sweets. Convenience stores, bars, and restaurants are all close by, making it easy to grab a quick bite or pick up any supplies. The bathroom has an almost onsen-like feel, which was a lovely surprise, and while the toilet area is a bit narrow, it was still comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Tokyo, and would gladly stay here again. Nothing to mention
- Ayumi (2/5): Location good rest give a pass to other options. - Bed was soft but the mice in the ceiling keep you up at night.
Location good but need to research the area to understand if a visitor as we stayed and know the area well as in between house moves do picked for location. Others may not know as well. Internet down all day could not do work said be there to fix in 1 hour but came 3 hours later and never answered repeated calls asking why.
Shower did not drain became a bathtub with soapy water.
House smelled a fish resturant kitchen fan blow into living space 1 foot away from window.
- Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - I like location, you can walk to shibuya crossing even by foot Bathroom is super small, I'm 190cm and I had hard time setting my self up there
- Emily (8/5): We loved our stay in Tokyo. And your apartment was so handy to the station and shops and convenience stores. The owner - The location was excellent. Great shower and nice and easy to heat.
Close to the station and shops.
Comfortable beds. It was very, very small for a group of six and we had to sit sideways on the toilet as we’re tall and our legs didn’t fit in the room!
It was also quite dark inside.
- Adrian (4/5): Disappointing - Beds were comfortable. Good showers. Too cramped and very humid. The staff never came over to check on us and explain how to use certain things. Neighborhood got loud late at night.
- Fokko (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (9/5): Wonderful! Would love a list of other properties managed by your business. Any link accessible? - The manual was easy to follow and understand. The place lived up to the Bookings photos. I was puzzled initially because there was a set of built-in wooden cubes “storage” spaces in the photos I couldn’t find. They were in the second floor closet. It was the second day when I realized they doubled as stairs into a third floor (loft?) bedroom. Tiny room with maybe 4 foot ceiling. I’m 5’4” and definitely could not stand. It was a neat find and a young kid would have fun finding this space with dedicated air conditioner. Restroom is on 1st floor only though. 1) Finding the property was a little tricky (you will not fail). I would describe it as 2 physical buildings set on 1 land property. This unit is behind the one you see on internet maps. So the address is accurate, you just have to walk around the front property to find it. It’s like a walkway that leads you to this property. Maybe just me, but I found the searching experience fun and made my high school grad son do the walking around while I followed him.
2) Shower drain was slow draining. Used a small container to drain collecting water to dump into adjacent tub. It would eventually drain. The hack was to stand in the tub. The shower pressure was strong enough to reach across and you can shower while standing in the tub (will need to bend a little). Very little water would collect in the shower area for water to collect when we did this. I’m sure a minor fix. Because of the warm weather and my walk/run routine, I showered twice a day some days, so a little inconvenient, but would do it again!
3) The other part people may have a hard time but it is written and we were forewarned: toilet room is tiny. Again I’m 5’4” and my son is 5’6”. Our knees touch the wall. I knew this going in and found it part of the property’s charm. Just gotta be relatively flexible when going number two.
- Michael (7/5): totally fine for a tiny apartment, but a little far from public transport - Quiet little side street but still local enough to convient stores and restaurants. Private apartment and key code entry was nice once we knew how to use it. It was a little confusing on how to enter the property, and particularly hard for someone who did not have phone call service. I had to ask someone on the street to call on my behalf since I had issues accssing the property. There was a number on the door which was the correct number, the one provided by booking.com did not work.
- Emer (8/5): Very good -
- Weekai (10/5): Exceptional -
