• Dhovesh (3/5): Overall, i cannot trust this hotel management and definitely not booking there again. Put us through so much pressure on - Nice bed, clean towels and clean room. Water pressure too high in bathroom. Need to have good adjustments on pressure and volume to get nice flow. Payment facilities limited. Professional staff inadequate at night. I had a transit flight to bangkok from Mauritius, we had 8 hours to spend in bengaluru. So i book 3 rooms in this hotel for my family to shower, rest and eat before my next flight. I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours because the trainee staff could not charge my card and he did not know what to do. He told me to go get cash from atm while my family waited in the lobby. They were all tired and hungry. Atms were also closed. I had dollars on me. Hotel had my credit card on the system. Rooms were under reservation for me. Still the trainee staff did not know what to do. Only when i suggested he called the manager to ask if we can occupy the room while they try other methods to charge my card. Finally the issue was with their card machine. That machine is for local offline payment only. And he kept trying all my cards on the same damn machine. Finally the manager got my cards details and charged me same night. The dinner: Too spicy The breakfast: I already informed hotel via booking message that i will check in at 6pm and check out at 1 am. I requested for packed breakfast. They confirmed online. But when i reached there, they had no idea. Then we put something together quickly, but forgot to add any drinks. The reception guy even told me i had to pay for coffee at dinner.

Personnel aux petits soins. - Hotel récent, extrêmement propre, avec un personnel adorable, le cuisinier allant même jusqu'à nous proposer un dïner non prévu dans le menu. Le seul bemol est l'emplacement qui est éloigné du centre. Par contre l'aéroport est facile d'accés mais nécessite un taxi ou VTC

• Mubarak Ali (1/5): Too bad a place. - Nothing I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Basic amenities like soap were not provided in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges guests for comfort and service. When I contacted the front desk to address the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or resolving the problem, they spoke in a disrespectful manner, which made the situation even worse. Good service and basic hygiene supplies should be standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here.

• Jagadeesh (9/5): Fantastic. I highly recommend this perfect place for transit or even long stay travelers for sure. - The person at the reception, Shashi Ranjan, was extremely hospitable, efficient, friendly and cooperative. Interacting with him was a pleasant experience - such a welcoming reception is rather rare experience in my travels around various countries over the years including in 5 star rated hotels. The attached restaurant has excellent food and great service. We enjoyed the tasty food although our overall stay was only for a few hrs as we had to catch a very early morning flight. The bath towels could be a bit better. Otherwise all the amenities provided are at the 5-star level.
• Lobsang (7/5): Thank god it was just the 10hiurs from 15:30 to 01:00 am - I like the room I didn’t like the service, I called 4 times before reaching the hotel, one of the front desk said call you back after her lunch but she didn’t and talked with male staff to make ready for my room but nope when we were there, room wasn’t ready for thriple occupancy which booked for three person.

• RAMAKRISHNAN (5/5): It was not worth the money we paid to book this hotel - 1. Breakfast was good 2. Rooms and bathroom were decent, with wooden flooring which was comfortable 1. The bedsheets and pillow covers were never changed even though we checked in only at 12.05am. 2. The construction was going on all sides and curtain could not opened for any outside view. 3. The hot water did not work and started functioning only at 8am next morning

• Narayan Venkatraman (6/5): Good and clean room near the airport. - The Room was large, neat and tastefully furnished. The toilet came equipped with premium fittings. The manager was difficult to deal with. According to booking.com our room was for two adults and a child but he insisted he would charge us an extra thousand even after we showed him the details shared by booking.com We were only given a twin room, and he made no effort to provide us a king bed or an extra bed. The hotel itself has an access road problem, with the last hundred metres being unpaved and not well lit.

Good facilities and nice upkeep . - Location near the airport but you have to travel into a quiet private lane . Only Hotels in the private lane. Few hundred feet away plenty of good restaurant's from south Indian , North Indian, Continental , sweet shops all good restaurants . Street parking for self drive. Some construction works opposite and in the next site.

• H.A (9/5): בחירה מצויינת למי שזקק למלון סמוך לשדה התעופה. - המלון ממוקם קרוב לשדה התעופה. בשעה שמונה בבוקר הנסיעה לקחה בערך רבע שעה. החדרים נעימים, וחדר האמבטיה נקי ונוח (אחת הנורות בחדר האמבטיה שלנו - חדר 306, לא עבדה, אז היה מעט חשוך..). יש באזור הרבה מלונות קטנים, ומסעדות. הצוות היה מאוד קשוב ומנומס, ועשה כל מאמץ לסייע לכל בקשה שלנו. בהחלט ממליצים על המלון הזה לכל מי שזקוק ללינה ליד שדה התעופה. המלון ממוקם בקצה דרך צדדית שרק בחלקה היא סלולה. החלק שסמוך למלון לא סלול, וזה אומר נסיעה על מהמורות, ויציאה לשטח שהוא לעיתים בוצי. מול המלון בונים בניין נוסף, ומשאיות עלולות לחסום לזמן מסויים את ההגעה עד לפתח המלון. אנחנו קיבלנו חדר בקומה שלשית. החדר עצמו היה נעים מאוד, אבל כל הזמן היה רעש של מכונות, מעין דפיקות, מעלינו. לא ברור אם זו המעלית, או שעבדו למעלה. ייתכן שהיינו יכולים לבקש להחליף חדר, אבל כבר היינו עייפים מאוד..

Probleme mit WLan, insgesamt nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, kein Haartrockner vorhanden, insgesamt machte das Zimmer, besonders das Bad nicht den saubersten Eindruck, Morgens Gardinen aufgezogen und man schaute auf eine ca 50 cm nahe Mauer. Die Fenster waren komplett mit Betonspritzern bedeckt.😡

• BM Kamath (9/5): Very comfortable and value for money - Neat, clean and spacious rooms with all amenities provided, including tea/coffee maker, mini bar and all possible toiletries. Staff were polite and helpful. Food was good in restaurant. Generally, service and food in restaurant is good; but for breakfast, there was delay in providing the options we ordered, due to some logistics issue. The staff genuinely apologised for the same and offered a 10% rebate on breakfast charge. Also, no covered parking; parking was in adjacent plot, so lot of dust on the car due to construction work nearby.

Room was unclean and ac was leaking and the staff helped me change it. Almost no vegan option, no oat milk. Overall, it is just about average place.

I had some chocolate bar from the minibar and the receptionist said he cant take credit cards and I should get cash somewhere. Never been in a hotel which does not accept international credit cards before.

Building site next door was noisy in the morning when I was trying to catch up on sleep after 2 flight journey. Hotel arranged a taxi to central Bangalore city and we agreed price with driver, Driver then overcharged 500INR when got to destination

• Petr (4/5): Not ok stay / ventilation issue / not sound proof - It’s located nearby the airport in the cluster of hotels. Price was good. Room is fresh and clean. Water, tea provided. It’s my first time when I was completely dissatisfied with my stay because of the serious engineering issue of the building. And it’s not about missing sound isolation- with earplugs I was able to cancel noise from planes, talks in other rooms and loud music in the hall playing a whole night. But you cannot stuck your nose to block a smell. So what happened is - they have a restaurant and they cook inside the building but seems like ventilation is missing or is not working- because all my floor was filled by the ghee oil smoke, in the hall and all inside the room. It was terribly disgusting.
