• Johanna (8/5): Clean and Comfortable Studio apartment - Central location just a short walk to the town centre. The property was perfect for a short stay for two people. We stayed 2 nights. The on street parking was fine and free of charge. We were happy with our stay. The property is on a hill, and might be an issue for some, but we did not mind the walk.
• Bernadette (5/5): Passable - Nicely renovated accommodation. Found the cigarette pot at the front door a bit off putting. Needs a more welcoming appearance and general clean up at the entrance. Had to message host as we had no hot water. Got no reply but had hot water by the following morning.

On arrival the smell of cigarette smoke. That was rectified by Caroline moving me to another apartment. She was a great help to me. Very kind and considerate which all contributed to an enjoyable stay for me.
• Chris (7/5): Good - Good sized room near to town centre, walking in easy enough Good information on access arrangements received by mail when we had booked on the day Unfortunately there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that didn’t clear even with the extraction fan on. Someone smoking near the duct outlet maybe? Other than that we had no complaints at all.
• Lloyd (9/5): Cosy little flat - Nice little flat situated just out of town on fairly quiet road. Mattress was a bit soft for my liking maybe could do with an update but no dramas.
• Mike (9/5): Great little home from home. - Cooking facilities and fridge on site Pans, crockery and cutlery provided. A fan if it became too warm. Comfortable, clean bed and sofa. Compact bathroom with shower. Nicely laid out, and tastefully decorated. Iron, with ironing board, and hairdryer provided. Microwave for fast and gas cooker for traditional cooking. Quiet area at night, so could get to sleep easily. Location is up a small hill, but not the properties fault.

So not sure if I’d stay there again

Owner of the property was amazing had a brilliant chat with him and made us feel really welcome Even left us a bottle of water in the fridge amazing service Ok now the parking is definitely very hard to find so id recommend being early to get a spot. I found it a bit hard to find the premises could do with a bigger house number

• William (8/5): Very good - Great space, lovely shower, nice kitchen setup, free WiFi, easy to find parking, good price for the area There is a pipe above the kitchen cupboards which made a pretty awful sound through the night. Assuming it's due to the wind we had but it was still unpleasant. The bed was also not the comfiest.

• Francis (10/5): Nice studio, close to the Train station - A perfect location for a stay in Pencanze. Only a few minutes away from the train station. Very nice studio with a installed kitchen, nice bathroom and good bed. Located in a quiet street it is perfect to have a nice rest.
• Aaron (8/5): Great value for money with fantastic communication from the host. A new mattress and soundproofing the windows would per - Good value for money and included lots of handy amenities. The bed was quite uncomfortable mainly due to the mattress. It needs replacing or at least a topper. The windows were also quite noisy as you could hear noise from outside such as people and cars.

• Georgie (9/5): Penzance gem - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. A home from home feel. The bathroom is slightly on the small side. This isn't a complaint just a to be aware of.

• Alison (9/5): A very pleasant stay. - It was a big room with all that we needed. There were all the necessary kitchen utensils and plenty of hot water. We could see the sea. The bathroom was tiny! It was a little far from town or supermarkets, you really need a car.

• Fairhsa (8/5): Convenient, well appointed studio walking distance to most things - convenient. good value. good kitchen. good shower (bathroom quite small though). Wobbly chairs and table. Access not great if you have mobility issues.
• Ryuichi (9/5): Great experience in Penzance - The building had a sturdy key system requiring a PIN code for access. I was informed of the code beforehand, which made entry seamless. However, I had some trouble with the room's electric key. Upon reaching out to the host, they promptly assisted. An engineer was dispatched shortly after and fixed the key's locking mechanism. The issue was smoothly and swiftly resolved. The room itself was immaculate, with a clean toilet and shower. Given the serene environment outside, I was able to relax and sleep well in the room. The building isn't too distant from the train station and is situated in a peaceful residential area, which I find to be a good thing. The only concern was the uphill walk from the station. Unfortunately, my partner wasn't feeling well the day before, making the climb a bit challenging and worrisome for us. While this is our oversight and not a complaint, I wish I had researched the steepness of the hill in advance for my partner's sake. To emphasize, we're very satisfied with the host's attentive service and the cleanliness of the room and the building.
• Chinedu (9/5): I would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues anytime. - The room was very neat and tidy. All the utensils and facilities we needed were provided and even more! We felt at home. Great neighborhood as well. An overall lovely stay. The mattress could be a bit sturdier.
