• SASI KALA (10/5): - We recently stayed at Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort from March 23–26, and it was a wonderful experience. One of the best parts of the room was the private balcony facing the sea; the view was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or watching the waves in the evening. ​The room itself was very practical and well-equipped. It’s rare to find a microwave in a resort room, which was incredibly convenient for quick snacks, and having a kettle made it easy to enjoy tea and coffee whenever I wanted. The toilet and bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. ​If you are looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and a beautiful ocean view, I highly recommend this resort. It’s a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze.

• Yoke Oi (8/5): We have a Host (Ali) tat is very hospitable & flexible. Keep up the good work and thank you. - We mostly go out to explore the town & food...but the second night we went down the cafe by the beach. we have a wonderful night enjoying the " FIRE SHOW" . It was great! Overall everything was good. I would like to suggest they put in some towels for wiping the tables and sink area when we wash the plates & cups. The bedroom was comfortable.
• Nadarajan (1/5): No Security and Safety for Room # 711 in Rainbow Paradise hotel Tanjung Bungah, Penang - Sea View. Unauthorized Person was inside my Room Number 711 in Rainbow Paradise hotel when I was in Swimming pool of the hotel with family. On 15 March 2026 at 10.30 am before I check out, I found that unauthorized Person was inside Room 711 when I open the door. That unauthorized Person claim check Air cond leakage. Infact there is no problem on Air cond in room # 711. The owner of the unit # 711 claim he never ask anyone to check the air cond of the room 711 when I called him. Don't book this room # 711 in Rainbow Paradise. Lucky I came back to the room 711 on time before that unauthorized Person leave from the room 711. There is no Scan access card for the room 711. It's just a Room key. That unauthorized Person access by using his own key when we not at the room 711. No security or Safety by staying in this room 711 at Rainbow Paradise Tanjung Bungah, Penang.

The room had electric kettle,plates,bowls,mugs,cutlerries. glasses,mini bar like fridge. A small microwave will be great.

• May (8/5): Just moderate. Won’t come back again. Rather pay more for better hotel. - The room is quite clean with sea view. Only 1 out of 3 lift was working. Extremely long waiting for the lift to hotel room and squeeze into congested lift space. Stood too long till leg was tired. The beach is long stretch but not vast and not that clean. Only 1 water pipe to wash off the sand before entering the hotel premise. Another long waiting. Limited parking also. And the water heater isn’t working in the hotel room. Nothing to be done during our stay.

• Nur' (10/5): COMMENT ABOUT THE ROOM AND LIFT - The room is super big and it is more than my expectation👍🏻i like the sea view it so nice and calm. Everything is good. The toilets are clean. The beds also clean and tidy 👍🏻the sea is near n easy to go. The pool is clean. Im so hate about the lift at the hotel. It so late and only 1 can be used. We are waiting for 1 hour to go down at level 18 and really exausted because no aircond and very hot. PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS NOTE ABOUT THE LIFT. Thank you.

• D (5/5): Spacious but need careful cleaning - Spacious, SmartTV Air-cond maybe need servicing. Black dust on bed covers even after sweeping away, it comes back. Most likely from aircond? Shower curtain needed otherwise the floor will be wet after shower.

Soap smell is nice, towels thick, got hair dryer as well. Nice view from balcony. Only the lift smell uncomfortable 🤣

• Noor (9/5): Will repeat book this apartment unit next vacation. - the apartment are spacious with 2 room, very clean for resident agent (not under hotel mgmt), i need to park my car outside hotel property. Far park and no secure.
• Nfuxydevos (1/5): Bad - Not much Owner changes your room the day you check in. He tells you, you can contact with him for any problem. I tried on a daily base and each time he would find an excuse. NO wifi, aircon not cold, no hot water and TV defenitely doesn't work. But can't bother the owner. It's a scam. I usually give good reviews, but this... Never again.
