Guest Reviews
- Sonia (5/5): If you require very little to be pleased, then this property is for you. - The flat was priced lower than others in the area. And as the saying goes, you get what you pay for…
There are definitely some positives. The space is generous, and having 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms is great when the bathrooms decide to cooperate. The property was also cleaned well on arrival, which I appreciated.
I lived in London for 11 years and absolutely love Wandsworth, so the location is a real highlight. You’re in a great area... just perhaps in a slightly chaotic flat within it.
And credit where it’s due: the property manager, Jelena, was extremely helpful and apologetic throughout. She did her best to resolve issues as they came up, which didn’t go unnoticed. She also let me check-in several hours early.
All in all: great location, good space, and a strong character-building experience. Where do I even start…
Let’s begin with the spa experience: no hot water for several days and heating that operated strictly on vibes. When the handyman came to fix the boiler, I discovered this wasn’t a one-off . Apparently the flat had recently enjoyed zero heat… in January.
The kitchen setup was… minimalist. Two glasses, two wine glasses, one pot, one pan, and a knife. Perfect if you’re a solo traveler on a survival show. Slightly less ideal for a month-long stay with family needs.
On arrival, there wasn’t even hand soap. Toiletries, tissues, paper towels? Dream on. The toaster also had a fun feature where it would blow the entire circuit. Interactive, I guess.
The en-suite shower clogged impressively. It was “fixed” early on, only to stage a strong comeback later in the trip. Consistency matters.
Jelena helped a lot. She brought a new toaster, some kitchenware, soap, and cleaning supplies. So things improved… eventually.
A few bonus features: bathroom lightbulbs that had given up on life. A relentless click-click-click soundtrack outside the bedroom windows that never, ever stops. EVER.
Overall, it felt like spending a month in a frat house. Nostalgic in theory, but not something I was looking to relive, specially on holiday to attend my best friend's wedding - with no hot water.
- Nicoletta (7/5): Okay stay in Wandsworth - Good location, modern It wasn’t super clean. The duvet in the main bedroom with en-suite had stains, tables were covered in dust and drain of shower / bath were blocked with hair.
Also, heaters didn’t work in the two bedroom and there’s a continuous ticking noise coming from the balcony, especially at night. That disrupted our sleep

- Cinzia (10/5): Good stay in a quiet area of London - Comfortable two bedroom flat near Wandsworth Park and the Thames River
Clean and well equipped space with a nice balcony too
Host friendly and always responsive, we would stay again Keys pick up from a neraby store, about 10 minutes walk which might be the only improvement required to the stay
