• Dobrescu (10/5): Locația este superbă . - Locația . Centrala cu vedere frumoasă Comunicare a fost rapidă .
• Catana (10/5): Super!!! - Locația este ultra centrală, fix în Piața Sfatului. Din păcate accesul în locație nu se ridică la nivelul proprietății. Cel mai probabil nu ține doar de propietarul locației.

• Ilaria (9/5): Appartamento super spazioso e centralissimo - Posizione strategica, vicino all piazza centrale di Brasov old town. Appartamento super ampio e pulito con tutto il necessario. Ottima vista sulla piazza e vicinanza a tutto. No presenza di ascensore, se hai un bagaglio molto pesante o con difficoltà motorie può essere difficoltoso. L’appartamento è situato al secondo piano. Per noi non è stato un problema che viaggiavamo leggeri.

• Marius (10/5): Vedere superbă, spre Piața Sfatului. - Amplasat ultracentral, cu vedere superbă în Piața Sfatului. Extrem de curat, atent mobilat și utilat cu tot ce ar avea nevoie cei mai pretențioși turiști. Am găsit cazarea ideală în Brașov. -

• Lucía (10/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue la localización, está en plena Piata Sfatului, más céntrico imposible. Las vistas desde las ventanas son preciosas, y el piso estaba muy bien. Tenía todo lo que se podría necesitar y era muy acogedor.

• Dr. Annette (7/5): - Die Aussicht auf den Platz war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Eingangssituation zum Appartement war sehr heruntergekommen. Man betriebt das Appartement über einen Hinterhof. Das Haus scheint bis auf das Appartement leer zu stehen.

• Andrei (9/5): - Locatie fix in Centrul Vechi al Brasovului. Foarte bine mobilat, curat, decor modern si diverse consumabile la dispozitie (pt cafea, pt igiena, spalat rufe, fier de calcat, toaster, prosoape, perne, plapumi etc). Nu am folosit majoritatea din ele pt ca am stat doar o noapte, dar a fost foarte bine ca erau acolo. Am dormit chiar bine in pat si am avut caldura. Check-out-ul pana in ora 11:00 mi s-a parut foarte rezonabil. Intrarea se face prin curtea interioara a unor cladiri mai vechi si pe etajul proprietatii sunt mai multe apartamente (cred) abandonate. Nu aratau tocmai placut, dar atmosfera nu a fost neaparat un minus pentru mine :) Baia, in schimb, necesita putina investitite. Are un miros neplacut, ventilatorul nu functioneaza, iar butonul becului de la oglinda se tine in niste cabluri din spatele ei. Si singurele doua geamuri care puteau fii deschise nu aveau plasa de tantari. Nu pot spune ca am fost dezamagit la 300 de lei pe noapte, avand in vedere toate beneficiile locatiei, dar vreau sa las totusi un review sincer. Singurele minusuri reale sunt usa, broasca si cheia care par foarte ieftine. Nu am avut foarte multa incredere sa parasesc proprietatea pt cateva ore cu toate bunurile mele acolo, dar curtea interioara are macar mai multe camere de supraveghere video.

• Rina (9/5): Beautiful, spacious Apt with $ views! - Initially when we arrived and got direction to the apartment, walking through old gate, broken pavers, I was apprehensive. I was told it's on 2nd floor and from outside it is very old, after climbing 50 stairs with a suitcase each (I counted) we opened door to a beautiful spacious apartment. It has the most incredible views of the Main Square where you can sit by the window with a glass of red and watch the world go by! The host Georgiana was very helpful and prompt in replying to WhatsApp. Would recommend. Just the climb to the apt with suitcases.

Being on the second floor, we especially loved sitting on the high chairs by the window and watching the activity below. The location was excellent—very central and within easy walking distance to many great restaurants. The apartment was well-stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and a variety of toiletries in case we needed them. The host also communicated with us very well throughout our stay."
