• Borne (9/5): - Appartement spacieux et calme dans un bel endroit. Literie un peu dure.
• Mariia (9/5): Spacious apartment and nice host, but comfort issues - A very large and nice apartment with a friendly host. The apartment was with a slightly old-fashioned style. There is a pool in the apartment complex, although we didn’t have time to use it. The complex itself is big and well-equipped, with several shops, cafes, and security. It is also conveniently located close to the entrance to the Medina of Marrakech. There was no toilet paper or soap when we arrived, which wasn’t mentioned in the description, but is something you normally expect as a basic amenity. An electric kettle would also be a nice addition. The rooms were quite cold, and the air conditioning did not work properly in every room. The pipes made loud and unpleasant noises, especially at night. The sound insulation was very poor—you could hear everything. Motorcycles driving at night and people talking outside were clearly audible inside the apartment. There were also very noisy people living above us, making loud sounds at night that lasted for hours, as if furniture was being moved or heavy objects dragged around. After two sleepless nights, we informed the staff, and the issue was immediately resolved—the noise completely stopped afterward. It felt a bit strange, but at least the situation was handled. 😅
• Eléna (8/5): - Appartement est situé dans une résidence sympatique, propre, accueil chaleleureux, il y a toutes les commodités sur place. Le seul bemol pour nous, car on devait tous les jours rejoindre le reste de notre famille, et nous avons parmi nous une personne à mobilité réduite, il n'est pas situé à l'endroit qu' indique le Google, mais à la " résidence alquria assiyahiya". Ça nous rajoutait une 13 minutes de marche supplémentaires. Mais pour ceux à qui ce n'est un problème, (surtout qu'l il y a des taxi à coté de la résidence avec 10 euros jusqu'à jardin Majorel)- je conseille vivement! Bon séjour!

• magalie (7/5): Residence calme dans l'ensemble - L espace autour de la résidence est tres agréable et sécurisée. La piscine est agréable aussi.facile d'accès et connu Des taxis et transports touristiques. Agence en interne qui conseille bien. Bruyante quelques soirs par rapport aux personnes qui parlent dans la rue et les scooters. Manque d'entretiens sur certains espaces et beaucoup de chats avec l'odeur qui va avec.

• Saveen (9/5): A pleasant experience - We had a great time during our stay. The location was very convenient, and the room had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh. Overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of room service. There wasn’t an option to request assistance or service directly from the room when needed.
• Sarah (10/5): I felt safe, comfortable and very welcomed. - I loved that I was in a gated community, I felt safe. Loved the on site Restaurant Sofia with Mustafa (I think he owned the place, definitely the Manager) I had Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner here every day over my 2 week stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The little on site supermarkets were great, particularly Saied's shop, he was so helpful (he sourced sweets I wanted that he didn't stock, didn't charge me anything extra.) We stayed during Ramadan, so I also loved that this gated community had a Mosque on site, I could hear the "Call to Prayer" throughout the day, which sounded so beautiful. There were lots of cats and kittens around the gated community, which I loved, nothing like connecting with animals to fully relax!! Raja (I hope I spelled that correctly) was the apartment manager, what a gorgeous woman! Every day so friendly, so happy to help with anything. I thought she owned the business, but no, just an employee. She went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our stay in the apartment, she also gave tips on what to see. I hope her employer reads this review and appreciates all the hard work she puts in. Finally, I felt so welcome by all the staff on site (gardeners, cleaners, Shop workers etc) other tourists and residents, all of whom never failed with a smile and a "Bien Venue"/ "Bonne Vacances" "bonjour" / "Bonne Nuit" Would I go back? In a heart beat. Whilst I absolutely loved (can't stress this enough) the cats and kittens on the complex, it upset me to see a few kittens with eye infections. Restaurant Sofia were so kind, they would give me hot water with salt along with tissues so I could clean their eyes. Next time I visit, I hope this is something the community syndicate will have organised.
• Selvitan (1/5): Bad - Only the site was not bad, it was quiet. The apartment seemed good at first glance, but after the first day the sewer was clogged and all the dirty water flowed in. The toilet was clogged, we couldn't use it + there was no hot water + the electric breaker tripped + I barely fixed it, but it took the morning for the water to warm up + the chest of drawers in the room was broken + the kitchen appliances were old and unusable + the refrigerator froze everything like ice + the stove was old and burnt blindly + I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It was very difficult to find the address, it turned out to be on the opposite side of the empty river bed, we had a hard time. The landlord did not recognize all these problems. Although a repairman came to the house.
