• Ferenc (10/5): We would love to come back next year. - Very stylish, well equipped and super comfortable apartment with private terrace next to the see. If you value quality accomodation and easy beach access, then this is your place!
• Nenad (9/5): Unique venue to get real rest - We were very happy with the apartment with direct access to the sea. The combination of quality interior with spaciousness and comfort right on the beach is amazing! We didn't have any issues nor noticed any deficits but appreciated the structure of the apartment very much, as you can get a little bit of privacy, both as a couple and as parents. We will definitely come back again. If we had to find one complaint, it might be that the light and air conditioning controls took a bit of time to get used to. The rest was just great.
• Milan (1/5): The epitome of bad host and a horrible experience - We were the first guests at this property, when we arrived the guy that welcomed us was a maintenance guy in further text called Peco. So Peco welcomed us showed us around and gave us codes from everything since the apartment has smart home sistem. Immediately after Peco left we noticed bad smell in bedrooms,noticed bedside tables that were full of mold, inside and out. I threw them outside because our youngest has severe asthma. Once i picked them up bugs fell out of them.Bugs are a common thing inside this apartment u will find them everywhere ,cockroaches too! They are domesticated they have bug traps all over this “ luxurious” apartment! The shower is leaking so be ready to have flood in bathroom every time after shower! Outside tub was disgusting brown and full of dead bugs, we had to clean it ! The beach is NOT PRIVATE!! That is blatant lie, the whole building is using it as well as people from surrounding houses! Outside patio is nearly unusable since the small basement underneath is full of water and mosquitoes and u can’t sit there more than couple of minutes in the evening! Tv was in Dutch the channels were not working as well as netflix that was not paid! Smart sistem was such a mess, lights going on and of , codes for everything, honestly such a hassle! Lights go on sensors so if someone is sleeping and u pass their room insanely bright light goes on ! Especially next to the first bedroom, on that matter that first bedroom has no natural light or natural ventilation, that room looks into the big hallway and that room smells the worst!The aircon is always on so the air is basically recycling. The aircon sistem is impossible to shutdown u can just lower the temp or make it higher! The fridge was dirty so was the sink in the kitchen. We got three towels , two small and one big synthetic towel,for 4 days stay! And no cleaning,they clean the apartment every seven days so if u rent it for a month they clean it for 3 maybe four times! Stay out of this place,!!!
